Walked in to get a flu shot today. They said it would be a 45 minute wait. They said I could make an appointment instead. So I made an appointment for later today at 3:45. I go in during my appointment and my queue is behind other walk-ins. I waited 30 minutes and had to leave because it was taking too long. What was the point of making an appointment if you are still going to wait a long time???
If youre looking for a pharmacy, keep looking. We have really tried to stick with it. Every time we have a bad experience, we say maybe its just that staff or that day. But it isnt. The entire pharmacy is run poorly - rude staff, terrible customer service, extremely slow. The final straw was that we dropped off a prescription and were told to come back the next morning, came back the next morning and were told it would be another day, came back the next day and were told it would be another 30 minutes. When we asked why, the answer was we just opened. Im sorry....what? By all means, use this pharmacy if you want ever visit to raise your blood pressure.
I ordered photos for pick up today and went to go get them.. The photos were fine and picking them up was fine until the associate handed me the photos and I said thank you and walked out. When I ordered my photos I put my card info in and a pick up time. Therefore, I walked out with my photos, a associate came running after me saying I didn’t pay. I go back in and everybody is staring at me as if I was stealing. Well sure enough the man says I didn’t pay, I explained to him that I paid online when I ordered the photos and he told me it doesn’t get charged until he scans the barcode on my photos. Why wouldn’t he just scan them before he handed them to me? I explained to him that the situation was embarrassing and that he handled it all wrong, fellow associates should not be staring in a situation like that
I occasionally go to the store at Hoadly and Dale Blvd. They are always friendly, helpful and courteous. Always! From the second you walk in the store. I have no complaints. Stores prices are way better than CVS aross the street.
Took my daughter and grandaughter today to get Covid shots. Had appointments scheduled 15 minutes apart. Got there on time, first problem they wanted to tell my daughter that her insurance cards were duplicate. No, had she read them one was my daughters insurance the other was insurance through my granddaughters father with a totally different name from theirs. Second, its now an after their appt time and another customer comes in and they do what they have to do with them and proceeds to take them for their shot and still make us wait and tell us they are running behind and taking people in order of their appt. Really? Their arrival was 45 minutes after our appt. You do the math. Needless, to say they wont be getting my business anymore
Best Pharmacy Ever!
Waited in line for 5-7 minutes with no service as a lady stood behind the counter doing whatever she wanted to do. No customer service and left empty handed without the product I ordered through the print center because the lady refused to do her job.
I’m baffled why jasper and patti are not running this store. Management is in the way. Rude, and have zero idea what they were doing. No accountability either.

So the skinny short black hair guy who works the front register, looks me dead in my eyes and do not speak to me, then takes a break, gets in line in-front of me and still do not speak to me, but speaks to the lady who comes in the store. Employees should speak to all customers and especially if you are a regular customer in the area, like I am. He has no great customer service at all, which is definitely what his position is suppose to have. He totally made me feel unwelcome in Walgreens, which is the store nearest to me. Went in twice for a item that was in stock and i asked the same person both times because he was the only one working, he didnt give me the time of day didnt even look at the item i was showing him and said no we dont have that terrible customer service never going here again
They would not accept my pre-paid sealed FedEx package even though they are an authorized FedEx pickup location.
I stopped for some hair products since its on my way home, but they had like only 5 items for black peoples hair. They wont be getting my business again.
Rude sales person, hung phone up before I could get my question out.
