I work at the Transportation office. These folks work good in the office during off season but when its peak season they arent very reliable.

We did a local move with Kloke group and they damaged some furniture. They sent an assessor out to quantify the damage and after providing substandard coverage they refuse to e-mail me back or call me back. This was a military move and Im currently in the process of filing a claim against the company for failure to fulfil its legal obligations to provide compensation/full replacement value for damaged goods. Highly unprofessional and very unresponsive.

I have my things in storage there for 10 years. My main concern was climate control, that is what I had. They decided to move my things to a different location not in the climate control. The biggest problem, they did not tell me. I find that very unprofessional.

Wife and I got a couple of quotes for our move from northern Virginia to central Maine. Kloke, representing United Van Lines, offered the most detailed quote, with a guaranteed price. That took a lot of guesswork out of this situation. The estimator was thorough. The two-person team, that packed what we hadnt done ourselves, was exceptional. Nothing was broken when we unpacked our things. The office coordinator kept us informed. A quality control person visited us during the packing and removal process. to make sure we were happy. The driver and helpers were friendly and hard-working. The driver, upon arriving here in our rural town, deftly steered his Kenworth, 18-wheeler down our dirt road, covered at the time with snow and ice, to position the vehicle right outside our door. Ill just throw this out there: For years, I have practiced what I call advance tipping with service professionals. I tip generously WHEN they arrive on the job, not at the end. There is no guesswork, or anticipation, on their part. Hardworking people deserve generosity. I am sure the Kloke folk would have done a fine job without the pile of 20s and 50s I was disbursing. But their smiling faces made the process more tranquil for us.

Kloke group is no longer at this location May 1st 2020 this building will open as both Bayshore Transportation Agent for Allied Vanlines and its Sister company Shoreview agent for North American. We are relocating to Manassas from Dulles/Sterling area .Kloke is relocating to a new building .

Kloke, has been my mover of choice, for the last 10 years, Ive always been impressed with there level of professionalism. From the Estimator, to the Crews that do the moves. I would recommend them to anyone considering moving.

I have used Ron Beckner and the Kloke Group on a couple of occasions. They are very professional, hard working and thorough when they move your precious belongings. Smooth all the way. Kloke has moved me three times now--that alone should tell you how I feel about them. Very professional estimating, and they give binding estimates. They work closely with you to get the time you want. The crews have all been friendly, fast workers. Kloke isnt necessarily the cheapest, but the extra money you spend will be worth it. This last move with them I had something broken (for the first time)--but it was a inexpensive item that I myself had stupidly packed. Movings always going to be scary, but Kloke has taken just a little bit of the anxiety out of the process for me.

Loose loaded all my belongings in the back of a truck and proceeded to allow different people to pick through my stuff at least three more times during transportation. Resulted in 16 broken or lost items. Items from the sensitive item list were obviously stolen. Split my belongings up into two separate shipments.The packers (not movers) were phenomenal. But that doesnt compensate for poor planning, sloppy execution, and thievery. They should get a job at another company since they dont fit in.

From the beginning of our time working with Kloke to the end, we were nothing but disappointed. The management lied to us repeatedly. The workers were reckless. We ended up with over 40 items damaged as a result of their carelessness. If you care about your belongings, use anyone but Kloke. They are unapologetic, negligent liars.

I contacted Ron Beckner at Kloke Group to find out if he could move my elderly aunt form Ashville NC to Harrisonburg Va. From start to finish it was over and above our familys expectations. Every employee we were involved with treated us great and the moving crew was outstanding. Thank you Ron

Do not use them. Cannot be trusted.They lied about when they would arrive (scheduled to arrive between 8-10 but didnt til 3),They lied about the condition of my furniture (when confronted, said Im only doing my job... sounds like policy to me)They lied about how long the job would take (supposed to be done at 5, but was actually 8),They lied about how many men would be used to do the loading (said 4, only had 2),They lied about when my delivery would arrive, saying it was arriving on July 3rd. UPDATE: It is now the 12th of July, and my stuff has not yet reached its destination.

Stood me up for an estimate. When I try to call I get an answering service that has no idea how to transfer a call. MORE THAN DISAPPOINTING. I will be looking for a different vendor, even though they had been recommended.
