I rented from this facility for 3 years and the service was TopNotch.Aubrey and her team were always helpful and pleasant to deal with.I would Strongly recommend this location to anyone looking for storage. And, I would Definitely rent from them again should the need arise.

We just moved to the Mansfield area so we decided to do some exploring of our new neighborhood. we walked to the local donut shop (I believe Lucy’s but just says Donut on the sign) today and while were sitting enjoying our donuts on the steps outside ExtraSpace, the manager Amber approached us and was so kind to us and our dog. I told my fiancé that she made me want to rent a storage unit even though we have no use for one :D thank you for welcoming us with your cheerful energy Amber!

BUYER BEWARE. They will give you a “promotional rate” to move in but because this place is month to month they can change the rate 30 days after you move in. Our rent doubled on a 5x10 from 40 to 80 just like that. They give you 30 day notice but who wants to move their stuff a month after moving in. Stupid and sorry business ethics.

I needed storage quickly as I was given 3 days notice by my movers in California. Amber called me back right away and was able to assist me in securing a unit in the size I needed. Amber was really friendly and helpful! With all the stress of moving, her kindness was truly appreciated. When I showed up on Sunday to have the truck unloaded, there wasnt a lock in the unit. I called the main number and the woman I spoke to contacted Amber who drove over after church on a Sunday to deliver the lock to my unit. Thank you!!!!

This company has managed to make something that is very simple a frustrating experience. It is extremely hard if not impossible to speak to a real person. I ended up renting a unit that I was unable to see in person first out of necessity. The prices you see online are misleading as there is an additional $35 admin fee and you a forced to spend $18 on a lock with zero options to select if you already have one of their ‘special’ locks. I was told that I could return the lock at the desk if it was unopened, but guess what, office is always closed and therefore it is impossible to return. 1/5 would not recommend. I had no choice but to rent here but hopefully others don’t have to.

Hi Amber was great, she was very informative when explaining the size of the unit, what can be stored and how to get the most space out of the unit. Also I rented a climate controlled unit; they are very clean on the inside.

Did most of the process online and it was a generally smooth process. My unit was clean and the bonus of having only first floor units is excellent after being on the third floor somewhere else.

I have been so impressed with this entire experience!! I spoke to someone on the 24hr line and then two separate stores and each one of them was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Amber went through the process and made helpful and cost-saving suggestions for me that I would not have know without her help. When I arrived at the location to get the key Jessica greeted me and knew my unit number off the top of her head even though I had told her it would be several days before she saw me. She even made sure I got in and understood the lock. I will definitely recommend this company and this location!!

I like this place alot except I cant get an ok from management to extend my entry hours because I dont use my storage for a business. They do allow them. I dont need 24 hour but extended would be very helpful. Staff is nice the couple ive dealt with. The place is well lit up feels safe and my stuff is safe being there. Overall its one of the better places Ive used. As long as they dont go up on my price anymore.

Moving up from Austin and was able to get a 10x35 for half the Austin rates. Amber was very nice, professional and helpful. After doing some math she recommended I do the 1st month free rather than the online rate to save over $100.

Easy process online. FYI they do close on a Sunday even though you may rent a storage online.

What makes this place great are the people that work there! It started with the phone conversation, then the manager Amber called me to let me know Amy was at lunch and would be right back if I arrived and no one was there and then Amy greeted me with the biggest smile and was so helpful and thorough. First off is if you reserve it online you get a great discount for whatever size your looking for. The manager at the store is very nice and friendly. She will answer all your questions and even show you around to see if you like the unit. The storage is secure and has video all over for safety and security.

Ive had used this storage company for the past year and they have been nothing short of amazing. Everyone Ive worked with has been extremely friendly, quick to answer phone calls or return them promptly, and excellent with customer service. I will be moving next week and Amy made sure to give me some great tips for re-homing a few large furniture items I no longer need and made sure I had all the info for moving out with ease (thats saying a lot since we all know how stressful moving can be!) I would highly recommend Extra Space for your storage needs.

The facility is clean and well kept. The pricing is fair and competitive. They even prorate for unused time. Amber, the site manager, is amazing! She helped make the whole experience much more enjoyable than I thought it could be and made sure any bumps in the road were smoothed out before I ever even encountered them!
