I recently had a bad pick up experience and the person who took my call inside this whole foods was wonderful. I just want to give her credit she was sympathetic and very helpful and got my order out to me right away and then I found a free package of three wonderful nutrition bars included that were yummy! My order was totally correct and when I’ve been in the store it’s beautiful and I always find everything I need! Thanks so much again for the help with my pick up delivery!

What a place to get some really good grub.They have so many selections to choose from.Their cheese selection is just wonderful.Big ol’ whole chickens for a reasonable price.Just to much to list.I don’t shop here every time I need food.But do enjoy shopping here.

Mixed bag at this store. Ive always had a good experience with the produce but recently, my tomatoes started molding the day after I bought them (and many other containers of tomatoes were already moldy at the store). I was in a rush so I didnt check the tomatoes with a super close eye but I also expect that the workers would do so.On the other hand, their bakery/bread items are great! Theyre not full of preservatives but stay fresh until the best by date on the stickers.If youre going to shop here, make sure you thoroughly check your produce before buying it.

Familiar with whole foods but have never been to this store before. Did some shopping here today between 11:00 and 12:00 noon. Staff was very friendly and did their best to help me find what I was looking for. There were a couple items I could not find and request an item at the deli that staff was not familiar with but they managed to locate it. They had an excellent pizza slice available that was Mediterranean with feta cheese and herbed tomatoes absolutely exquisite. The young man that was doing the pizza was very helpful and all together and enjoyed the experience speaking to the staff in their Express department. If in the area I will shop here again.

I bought my own Birthday Tiramisu cake from the bakery section, it was so good even my guests loved it so much. Worth the price and taste wise excellent! Here after I will be buying cakes from here only 😅

Very nice location with plenty of cashiers to handle the business flow. Covid precautions are in place if thats a concern. Very Clean store almost looks like everything was brand new! Courteous employees, great service. We will be back.

Its usually crowded here, because its not a huge place. Plus theyre an Amazon drop site, of course, its pretty busy. Be prepared to drop some coin, but the specialty products are superior. Customer service is five star though and youre in and out as fast as you want. Its just a bit small and cramped.

It is always nice to have fresh groceries in your neighborhood. Also we love their Cake !

There are a handful of items that are bait-and-switch prices, and I am not referring to the Prime discounts. On multiple occasions the cashier would scan one item more than once and try to charge me for it. If it happens once, its an accident. If it happens multiple times, its on purpose. Why the shady business practices?

Whole Foods has lost a customer!!! I was harassed 4 Times during my shopping trip which lasted only 10 minutes...The mask mandate at the actual store is discriminating! Walls our governor has lifted the mask mandate 5/14/2021 (The day I was shopping)The cashier would not even scan any of my groceries unless I had the mask over my nose...I gladly walked over to Trader Joe’s they had no signs and no one stopped me or my children from walking in and having a wonderful experience there!Whole Foods has definitely lost a customer I will be going to Trader Joe’s across the street instead!

Actually love the store. For the most part service is very good but it only takes one to take down a whole store. My main reason to lower the rating is the other shoppers. This store in particular I am seeing moms with numerous children, no masks, no physical distancing or respecting the space of others attempting such. While the store makes good efforts some people seem to intentionally go out of their way to be jerks.

Their buffet 9.99 a pound, I thought I would give it a try. I paid 15.58 for a pound and half worth of food. It tasted like 2-3 days old with no taste. Never am I getting this again!

Did grocery pick up. It was great. They washed my windshield and took away carpet from dirt spill. They really liked the possibility of having a party with me for my birthday 🎂 🤪 🙃 🙂 because my dog was 👍

Love Whole Foods in general but what the heck is up with all this extra plastic!! The world is trying to move towards reducing plastic and you guys are adding more single use to products that simply don’t need it so you can convince shoppers to buy bigger quantities??

Ive been a Whole Foods fan for years! They offer the best selection of organic produce and they have wonderful fresh meats and seafood. The store is good about providing foods tailored to those with special diets and their buffet and deli selections make it a great destination when you want a healthy meal to go! Pricing is higher, but they arent that much different if you were to buy the same brands and organic offerings at a different grocery store.

Love this place! Always clean and welcoming. Very impressed with all of the cashiers and workers I’ve gotten the pleasure of meeting! Very friendly, definitely brightened my days when coming here (much needed with the stress that Covid brings). Will always recommend!

Went in for a piece of pizza but couldnt get anyone to help me. Apparently employees prioritize backroom tasks but not hungry customers.

The staff was amazing and the selection was limitless!!!! I was really impressed on how polite everyone was even the customers! Definitely a good culture there and I would definitely return again! Thank you for a great experience

It has been awfully sad to watch the decline of the Whole Foods brand under the ownership of Jeff Bezos and Amazon. Not only do they offer less their products now they also lack common sense. Such as providing a hot bar yet no place to sit and eat said hot for food either indoors or outdoors. Today will be the last time I ever step into a whole foods again. I’m certain that I cannot be alone in this sentiment. We will see what that happens with the brand in the future.

A lovely place however its a bit more pricey then other grocery stores. Being an Amazon prime member helps to save some money on random items. The quality of food is good, lots of delicious cheeses, and a fresh cooked eatery. Mask enforced and sanitation stations at the entrance and exit. Also the registers have plastic dividers between lanes.

I love shopping at Whole Foods. The sanitary precautions taken are up to good standards. I trust the food here because theres GMO-free, pesticide-free, paraben-free, etc. food and household items on every shelf. Theres many vegan and vegetarian options as well. I love that you can buy cold deli food, hot ready to eat meals or your regular grocies all in one stop.

I to the bank and I ended up in the delli. The selection was amazing but the quality is what impressed me.

Rude worker. Unbelievable policy. I have been a customer of Whole Foods for years. Today my son and I went shopping. Everything was going fine until a rude worker came and said I needed a mask on. Well I am not able to wear a mask so I had my huge face shield on. She was very rude to me and would not let me even pay for the full cart of food we had. We had to leave. What is whole foods thinking? I know many people that are not able to wear masks for various reasons (disabilities, etc.) What are they supposed to do? Very disappointed.

This location will not allow you to wear a facial shield as an option, even when you indicate that the individual has a medical condition that exempts them from wearing a mask. Following the question about medical exemptions, the employee continued to belittle the customer as they left the premises. You can have your policies (that actually are illegal and discrimination against those with disabilities), and we will leave your store without incident. However, the employee actions of berating someone as they leave is assinine.

Whole Foods use to be my favorite place to shop, been getting groceries here regularly for almost a year now. But now I will never go back to this store or shop from this company. Employees are rude, disrespectful and harass customers. I understand masks are required but Whole Foods need to recognize that there are people who have medical conditions and can’t wear the regular masks like others. I shouldn’t be turned away and asked to leave because my mask doesn’t meet their standards, at least I’m still wearing one. Thanks to the employees to this store they have now lost a loyal customer.

I love whole foods for quality, variety, organic fresh fruit and veg. They are over an hour away from our home but try to make it once a month. On a very low income, but determined to eat only the best, its cheaper than the big stores, as whole foods is so fresh it lasts twice as long and no waste.Wish we could have one closer to home.

I was looking for two very unique items, quinoa flakes and nutritional yeast. I was helped by a very customer-service-oriented employee named Ted. Ted was extremely helpful and he found one item himself, and asked the manager about the other. I left the store with both items, and a very happy customer. These days, when excellent customer service is so rare, I felt the need to mention how helpful Ted was. He was very pleasant and genuinely seemed to want to help. Thank you!

First impression: Good.A wide array of selections to choose from, such as organic produce as well as fresh meats and seafood. But it is more pricier compared to other grocery stores like Cub and HyVee.

Best selection next to Hyvee and Trader Joes for plant based options. Whole foods has much better verity of my type of drinks though. Not sure why whole foods does not carry Silk Soy milk . Pretty frustrating lol.. the only real downside is the PARKING LOT to be honest, it can be a nightmare. I am an excellent driver but be prepared to have paintence and be on your toes !Vegan or NOT, if you have not tried the inhouse pizza to go, you are missing out.. get back to me after you see what you get for $20 :-) enjoy....

Shopping at Whole Foods inspires me to live a healthier life. They sell items that some of the health books mention that I haven’t been able to find in other stores such as dandelion greens for my salads and frozen dragon fruit and açaí fruit for my smoothies. They also have items other than food that are better for you such as toothpaste and makeup options that are free of unnecessary chemicals. The Maple Grove store has indoor and outdoor tables if you want to eat a bite after you shop. Amazon Prime members also get deals.

I love Whole Foods.The 4 star rating is based upon budget.This is a clean store.I love the food bar. If you are looking for healthy prepared food, their food bar is amazing!!!!!! Be prepared to spend a pretty penny though.I like the kids club card my boys always get excited about going.I buy all my spices from Whole Foods and bulk beans, oatmeal, etc...Great bulk location.I appreciate the rating scale for meat. This has really given me perspective about how much money to spend on meat and where to buy meat from!

I went to whole foods for my week of healthy eating and ended up with a parfait, snickerdoodle cookies, and a big loaf of bread. Needless to say- my time shopping at whole foods was very delicious. I did, however, come across someone standing in the refrigerator of the butter section. I do not know if he was a worker or just a rando but it seemed unsanitary. Overall, Whole foods had everything I needed and more!

I do like Whole Foods, but this particular location is just too small. The parking lot and the building seem too small for the amount of traffic. The isles are too small and easily blocked. Since Amazon purchased Whole Foods, this location seems to have boxes stacked in the small isles more frequently. It would be great if the could expand or move to a bigger location.

Every time Im here, the help is indifferent. I asked the produce person where the arugula was, he said they didnt sell it by itself, it was only sold in mixes. After looking and looking, I finally found it. How does the produce person not know where the arugula is at?Ive also noted a lot of turnover of products. Ill sample and buy a product and the next time Im there, no one even knows what Im talking about when I attempt to find the same product.The worst part though is the rude and dismissive employees. They literally do not want to be bothered nor asked questions.

In our area, I can’t find better produce. I can get a latte with different milk and no up charge. When my son was 2 1/2, he ran and hid from me. (Terrifying MOM moment and he has NEVER done that again!) The employees jumped into super speed calling the code over the intercom and blocking the doors. We found him under the lemons, giggling away. I’m bummed about canola oil being used in the hot bar. The Brussels sprouts are still made with olive oil. So mostly, we just cook from home. I’ve never had bad service and have been going to this store for 5 years now. If something is wrong, they have always “fixed” it.

The best natural food store. The selection is very good for anyone looking for better options than your traditional grocery store. The employees are mostly knowledgeable when I needed to find an item. The bread here is also amazing. They cut it fresh for you too. Seed and nut selection also has plenty to choose from.

I went for lunch from the hot bar inside. Good food, just not well stocked for lunchtime. I still came back the next day tho! Lots to choose from and a great alternative to fast food blah.... Pizza, sushi, salad bar, deli. You cant go wrong :)

Always a great selection of produce and meats, the hot bar is great too. They have a neat little play area for the kids if you stop and get a meal at the hot bar. Prices are actually much better than rumors lead you to believe and they have great sales if you shop and look for them often. The employees are always friendly and helpful in my experience.
