Thier Cake are really good esp. The Lady in the Bakery help me to bring my Cake to the counter .😇😇bless her heart ❤

Prices can be a little outrageous with mark up on some items. Other then that it is a nice grocery store with a lot of options. They also offer to pack your groceries and put them in your vehicle.

This Lunds always seems vastly understaffed. If you want something from the deli counter, be prepared to wait…and wait…and wait….even when it’s not busy, the wait is nuts because they have one poor soul tending the entire area. Then again when checking out, the lines can get long but mostly just during the busier times.

Very nice store. Very big. Friendly workers. Nicely stocked and well kept. There are many different areas and I saw some places to buy prepared food by the deli area. I was there earlier in the morning so it wasnt real busy. Will shop there again and I would recommend the store.

Their employees seem to be knowledgeable, helpful, and happy to be there.The pre made foods in the Deli & Meat section have a huge variety and are presented in an appetizing manner.The entire store is a pleasure to shop at.These are the things that set this grocery store apart from the others.We have been shopping here periodically for years and have never been dissatisfied with our purchases.

Fruit and vegetables are always the best.A little more expensive but worth it for the quality.Packed and put in your car for your you.Great for older shoppers.

Horrible experience today, was totally profiled by the store manager who literally followed me to the door after I checked out thinking I was going to walk out with my selection. I have shopped at this store numerous times and yes because Im not 60 im not your normal customer however I like good fresh food and have spent a lot of money at this location because I know you have a quality selection. I just hope others are not having the same experience with this guy.. Number one rule in retail is not to judge a book by its cover.. maybe someone needs to do some training with him. Ill think twice before driving 30 miles to this location going forward.

This was my first time in a Lunds & Byeryls, and I was most impressed! I found the store very clean and organized. And the selection in the European Bakery was incredible. I will definitely be shopping here in the future.

I come here for lunch every other day. One of the best hot bar selections in the area! Everything tastes great and never really disappointed.

I stopped in to pick up lunch from the hot bar. The chicken was great....hot & crisp to my looking. Tje potatoes were not very hot so they were not good to me. Great store...did not have to wait long at all.

This is one place that never disappoint me. When I am looking to buy specific cakes, dairy products or even grocery. You can rely on this store for quality products. They are my go to store when I need to look for something specific. Even though there are at least dozen store closer to home.

They have a wide variety of goods and often things we cant find elsewhere. The prices are slightly higher but if you watch for sales its comparable to other stores. The store has a friendly atmosphere and fun to browse

A very nice grocery store that serves the area well. There is a great selection. Some highlights include the bakery (try some of the petifores or mini creme brulee), the knowledgeable butcher counter (their American Waygu steaks are phenomenal), or the produce section (fresh produce with many local options; try the mushrooms grown in Roseville). The staff is very friendly. One of my go to grocery stores.

Lunds and Byerlys is a great place. Its a very beautiful store, its got a nice atmosphere, always clean, the cashiers always have more than one register open, The bakery is amazing! The donuts are my favorite thing from the whole store. If youre looking for a store with great food, quality, and low prices, I say go to here!

I went to this location today to finish up grocery shopping for Christmas weekend. I only had 5 items (REF#21334), and this short lady at the self check out lane was very rude in directing me to the customer service counter when NO ONE was at the self check out. Well the three employees at the customer service counter ignored me (two were Managers). I was standing there with items in my hands- what did they think I wanted? Then the one Manager who was there (14:0023), behind the counter acted like I was the one in error! Like what are you doing just standing there?! look on his face, when the short lady (brown hair, glasses on head, has a limp) again rudely directed me to this Manager at the customer service counter. I proceeded to try to find another Manager to verbalize my experience with- she started to listen (she did a lot of the taste testing areas when they were open) but then saw someone in line that she knew and off she went. Dropped me like a hot potato. I go to this store frequently. Maybe not so much anymore. Yep, good way to be in the Holiday spirits folks at Byerlys Maple Grove! I know you are blessed to be so busy- but with this attitude you will be losing loyal customers. Truly sad and disappointing. AND the self check out remained clear and free the whole time I was going through this customer service check out experience!

Going downhill surprisingly. Constantly find expired product on shelf. This time it was expired queso dip. When I notified employee she checked in back for more but they were out. Then as I walked away she turned them all back, forward facing and left them. Knowingly selling $8 dip isn’t very good customer service. Care more about profits.

I am giving 2 stars Only to the Sushi place, not Byerlys - I love Byerlys! Today (Wednesday) was Sushi special day. Well... DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! It was horrible. Fishy tasting poke bowl and the rolls were falling apart and tasted horrible. Never getting Sushi there again. Back to Hy-Vee I go for that.

I was so impressed going to Byerlys today. I have shopped there since moving to Maple Grove in 2002. I always found it to be a good store, with friendly people helping. They have employed a woman for some time that may have some challenges, and she always is so happy and accommodating packing our groceries and putting them in car. I admired this employer to give her work that she can feel good and I as a customer feel good.From the moment we walked in the store today early (we are seniors), and I saw the diligence in spraying/wiping the carts, the same loyal staff filling the shelves and spraying cleaning as we went through checkout to cleaning the numbers that we use to pick up our order in the drive through. All the customers were also observant of keeping their distance. It made what was a somewhat scary (who would think that you would say that about grocery shopping) a good experience.To top it off we were allowed to choose a free meal creation as they were expiring today. We had it for lunch, and now will pick them up occasionally as we found it to be delicious (hoisin glazed meatballs).Kudos to all the employees!

This is an upscale grocery store with very competitive sale prices. Some of their items are above average price but they have weekly sales with prices that are way below average. Definitely worth checking out! What sets this store apart from the rest is that there is a hot food bar, a salad bar, a coffee shop and a gourmet cheese shop. Theres also a bank in store.

They have the good paper bags with the sturdy handles!!!

I especially like the seafood and meat department, but I have to qualify that by admitting that I work for one of the seafood suppliers. I also like and respect the quality personnel,; you cant get better service anywhere.I highly recommend the salad bar and the hot food bar. I think you can get these cheaper somewhere else, but probably not as good.SUSHI ! Dont miss out on the sushi made each morning right before your eyes.

Saw makes the BEST sushi--better than any other Lunds store or even sushi bar Ive been to. I made a trip there today just for his sushi. Great store overall. Very kind cashiers and baggers.

Only had a quick visit but I can say the stop was nice. I got a sushi platter which was very delicious and presented nicely. Prices are a little high but it is quality food. The buffet looked nice and the whole store was quite clean. Would recommend a stop in.

The pastry are fantastic especially the eclairs.What I have found is Byerlys section on precooked meals. I usually get the turkey with mash potatoes and gravy and my wife likes the chicken version, but do not forget the olives.They have over 10 types of olives and many different types of cheeses and breads. The prices range from mid to high levels depending on what you want.

I do not like being inconvenienced. I went in for the salad bar, made my salad, made my way over to the restaurant/dining area, and there was no cashier. The sign instructed you to go to the registers to pay for your salad, and then I would have to have come back to the dining area to eat; not happening. I put my salad down and left.

This is by far the best grocery store around. The help is friendly, the carts are clean, and the store is kept in tip top shape.The meat department has amazing cuts. The produce is always fresh, and I do not have to be concerned that I will bring it home and inside it’s bad or spoiled.

Like Barnes and Noble, but for groceries.Some common items do cost more but plenty of high quality items you wont find elsewhere. Great service. The cheese selection is good, and the meat if way higher quality than you get a a big store.Smaller store size is nice as they have everything and you feel like you are wandering in a warehouse.Try their signature chocolate pudding.

Fancy! This isnt a run-down grocery store with no selection and flickering lights. Its an expansive experience with great, engaged service and incredible variety. We stopped in to just grab some lunch. Theres a fantastic pay-by-the-pound salad bar, mulitpile soup options, plus sushi bar, taco bar, Chinese selections, and American food bar, too! The food was fantastic. Oh, and theres you know, a good grocery selection, too!

I was delayed more than 5 minutes due to a cashier not knowing how to use the scale during check out... good grief.

This store is only located in rich cities. They are pretty much the most expensive grocery store even when comparing it to a whole foods or trader joes. They do however offer a large variety of every kind of food that you need. So if you are struggling to find a certain food product, go here and you will almost always find it. I think they get away with this by having a large variety but a limited number of stock.
