They advertising used cars but when you get in there to look at it. They say oh well were not sure were selling g that. It may need some work. yet they advertised it available? Just crooks trying to get you in the door. Wont be doing business with this dealer.
We were throughly pleased when my sister purchased a used car here. Nick was great, very upfront and honest. He and the dealership went out of their way to make the purchase an enjoyable one for us. We traveled two hours to look at car, and would do it again! We highly recommend Subaru of Marion if you are considering buying a new or used one for them.
Cost 175 to have it towed to get fixed ok I did it and they had the car for 2 -4 day. Got got back and had it back in a week. I will never recommend themNeedless to say there is going to be a lawsuit.

Marion Subaru Service department had my car inspection completed by the time I drank my free cup of coffee. They recommended the engine air filter be replaced, which they completed for a fair price. I was back on the road quickly.
I was interested in a Subaru and went to the lot to check some out. The sales man approached me. I was direct with what I wanted. The sales man was understanding and helpful. I wanted to research on the specific car available and found several others with similar miles and year for much cheaper. I came to discuss with them at a lower cost and offered paying all cash. The sales guy was directed away by the sales manager. The sales manager instead of speaking me to me, only wanted to speak to my fiancee. I politely told him that I was the one purchasing the vehicle and instead of talking to me he continued to direct conversation only to my fiancee. I even told him that I found almost the same vehicle in Evansville for thousands of dollars cheaper but specificly came to purchase from the original sales associate who he sent away.I am a very hardworking woman and the provider in the household. I was treated like I was insignificant and not a part of the purchasing process at all. I was talked down to, the sales manager was egotistical and misogynistic. I have worked in customer service for over 15 years and would never treat a customer who wants to spend their money the way I was treated.10 out of 10 do not recommend.

We had an unpleasant experience here last week that can be chalked up to poor customer service and communication. Our appointment was at 12:30, and we werent informed until after waiting 3.5 hours that the wrong part had been ordered. My husband scheduled weeks prior to have the windshield replaced in his Outback after being told it needed to be done at a dealership due to the camera in it. I had this day off work so my sister and I made the 2 hour drive to Marion for the appointment. We were told prior to arriving that we would have use of a loaner car or someone would take us where we needed to go. Upon arriving, we were informed no loaners were available and were led to a waiting area and told it would be a couple hours. Not the ideal situation, but fine. We waited for 2 hours. Then 3. Then we were told by an employee that Safelite should be here any minute. I was confused why Safelite was installing the windshield since we could have had them install the windshield at home, or at least much closer to home, but at this point, I was just ready for it to be done so we could finally leave. At 3.5 hours after our appointment time, we were informed that Safelite ordered the wrong windshield so we wouldnt be getting it replaced on this day after all. 🤦 I understand mistakes happen, but we literally wasted an ENTIRE days time, the gas to and from Marion, and were also forced to miss another appointment due to this cluster. This could have all been avoided had someone at any point said, Hey safelite wont be here for awhile so let us call you when theyre on their way or actually made an effort to give us a loaner so our other appointments could have been made. After all of this, my husband STILL has a broken windshield.

They have a nice waiting area with a great coffee machine and snacks and lots of friendly folks. The work was completed as promised and I was on my way. That is the way it ought to be.

Repaired my Subaru after local dealer had for over a month and was unable to diagnose/repair. They were pricey and recommended a bit more than I was willing to do or that were not really necessary yet. But they did do a free thorough inspection as well as performing factory recalls I wasn’t even aware of and diagnosed/repaired my vehicle timely and professionally. They kept me informed, answered any questions I had, provided recommendations in writing with rationale, and got me back on the road in two weeks.( seems like a long time but they had to have my warranty approve new cylinders before doing the work and after all another shop had it 5 weeks and just cost me money by putting wrong plugs in it that these guys then had to change. ). If you need Subaru work done make the drive (or tow in my case), the qualified staff makes a big difference. They Have the correct parts and tools and your vehicle isn’t used as a guinea pig.

Today, Marion Subaru sent a young man to pick-up my Forrester for warranty servicing and also to retrieve a document that had slipped behind the glove box. All of this was done, plus a Multi Point Vehicle inspection before returning it to my driveway within an hour. This was performed efficiently and graciously for no charge. I have always been favorably impressed with Marion Subarus service, but this above and beyond Thank you Marion Subaru!

We looked at many different cars online before deciding to come to Marion Subaru and were rewarded with a totally remarkable buying experience. We drove almost 300 miles to buy the exact auto we were looking for. I came to Marion Subaru because I was interested in a used 4 runner they had for sale. As soon as I got to the car lot I began feeling sick. The staff was so amazing with me and my daughter and my little dog. Although I was sick as I could be they took great care of me. We were looking for a used Subaru Forester and they had two that we were interested in. After a two hour drive we arrived and were greeted by Kent who was Very pleasant to deal with. They recommended a route for a test drive since we were not from the area and didnt know the roads very well. We took both vehicles out and settled on the one that we liked best.Negotiations were fairly painless and I think both sides made out pretty well. We liked the laid back atmosphere and the lack of salesmanship games that we had been dealing with for the previous two months. All this with a two year old that was two hours late for a nap.I would recommend them and Kent to anyone.

Although I have really been considering a SUBARU, they must have sent the newest, youngest, female to help me. She knew almost NOTHING about the various models and what was available on them. For every question, she had to go running to her manager(?) to find out info, so finally he approached to answer my questions. She wanted me to come back and ask for her - NO WAY.

My Subaru Forester was serviced recently for a recall involving a possibly defective airbag, as well as replacing an OSV switch. Marion Subaru worked with my busy schedule that week, helped me locate a coupon that saved me $25, and completed the work in a timely manner while I relaxed in their comfortable waiting area. I have never had a problem with any work done at this dealer, and wouldn’t trust my Forester to anyone other than Marion Subaru. The service technicians are very knowledgeable and the entire staff are experts in customer service.

If I could leave a Zero star rating It would be much more appropriate. I took my 2018 Subaru Legacy to Marion Subaru for a scheduled maintenance and their mechanics found many things wrong with my car including a leaking engine seal, broken sway bars, and claimed that my vehicle needed new brakes. The bill for the recommended work was over $3100.00!! I was shocked to say the least, and being in total disbelief, I decided to get a second opinion. I contacted the dealership I had purchased the car from (Southern Oregon Subaru) and they were also shocked to hear my car was leaking oil from an engine seal. The technician I spoke with from Southern Oregon Subaru told me that the engine work should be covered under warrantee due to the low miles on the vehicle and I scheduled an appointment to take my car there. Upon the assessment at Southern Oregon Subaru they discovered there was NO Leak in any of the engines seals!, and it appeared that someone had spilled a bit of oil on the motor. Also, I did not need new brakes because they still had 60% of the life left. Finally, I did not need the front sway bars and sway bar joints replaced. I have all of the supporting documents from both dealerships to support this horror story including corresponding dates and work completed! Marion Subaru tried to scam me for over $3100.00 for a bunch of work that did not need to be preformed. To top it all off, Southern Oregon Subaru service technicians found a belt that showed significant cracking that did indeed need replaced that the scammers at Marion Subaru had obviously overlooked. So not only did Marion Subaru attempt to charge me for unnecessary work to be done to my vehicle, they also neglected to find legitimate problems that actually existed!! BEWARE IF YOU TAKE YOUR CAR TO MARION SUBARU THEY ARE DISHONEST!

This was our second Subaru purchase, and one I was very excited about. We decided back in February that we needed the new Ascent, and at that point started learning everything we could about the upcoming release. We loved our dealership in Texas, but since we were moving to Illinois shortly before the anticipated ship date for the new vehicles, decided it would be best to find a new dealership - especially since wed need one to service our Outback anyway.I contacted three dealerships in the general area of where we expected to be, and I was much more impressed by Kent at Marion than by the others I spoke with. We discussed what I was looking for and our time frame, and set up a time to meet once we were settled in the state. We made the trip down to the dealership, were lucky enough that the demo model happened to be on site at the time so we could experience the car again, and made our selections on model/color/accessories, etc. Put down our deposit and waited.It took three months for the car to ship (expected), and it did get delayed a bit. Huge demand for the Ascent, and with good reason. There were a couple of hiccups on the day we finally went to pick her up, but Kent and the rest of the folks at Marion were very quick to offer solutions and resolve the problems to our satisfaction, and hopefully theirs. They have made a very satisfied, and hopefully a repeat, customer of me and my family.
I had to get my 90k mil inspection and they did a great job! Took about an hour and they were able to inspect the whole car and change the oil and brake fluid. There were no high pressure sales and they told me what they recommended and allowed me to make my decision. Very friendly people and great place overall.

This was my first Subaru purchase and probably wont be my last. Kole was my salesman and he was great! The financial manager was just as nice. I havent used the service department yet but theyre definitely great people to buy a car from, good service before and after the sale.
Overall, my experience with Subaru was a positive one. This was primarily due to the efforts of the salesperson Bryan Atterbury.He was very helpful throughout and answered all my questions. He was very proactive and patiently addressed all my queries and concerns. I would give him a 100 percent score for his professionalism and the very effective way in which he deals with customers throughout the whole process.

Had a fantastic experience with this dealership. Bought a used 2015 Sienna. They had by far the best price of any dealership within 500 miles on the exact van I wanted, so I drove 400 miles one way to get it. No haggling pricing and no hidden fees was appreciated.Worked with Mike B. He was great. Very up front and honest. Worked with me to get me specific pictures of the vehicle since I couldnt be there to see it. He took pictures of every small defect he could find. Even had his fellow sales people smell the vehicle to detect any smoke smell.When I arrived at the dealership with my wife and two daughters, they were very friendly and accommodating.During the test drive I found a sound with the suspension. It wasnt anything obvious. I work on cars, thats probably why I detected it and the salesmen didnt. They took it back into the shop. Took a half hour to find the problem. Though they couldnt get the part that day, they allowed me to call my hometown dealership and deducted the parts and labor from my price since that wasnt included in the description.I would highly recommend Marion Subaru! If they were closer, Id go here again for every future vehicle. I still might if the price is right:)

I had been looking for one car and live about 2 and a half hours from Marion. I found it on Marion Subaru website and I called the sales team. They gave me an amazing price well under any other car I had looked at. This car even had more options then I was hoping to get. My wife and I got off work at 4pm and they stayed until 7 when we could get there. Well after there closing time just to help us get the car. They had all the paper work done when we got there.
