John is most trustworthy mechanic I have ever known. Ladies I am a single lady which mechanics take advantage of. I live in Mississippi and drive across state or tow across state for his opinion. It is what it is with him. I wish I lived closer when needed an oil change. Ladies...he is not bad on the eyes either.. honest!!! 😇🥰😜

They were recommended to me and were very knowledgeable about Hondas and only use Honda parts and accessories when possible! Plus, they are a lot cheaper than a dealer. And they dont try and sell service you dont need!!!

If you are looking for integrity and professionalism, take your Honda here. Took my car in today for what I though were bad bearings but it turned out to be a different issue. Any other shop would have changed out the good bearings anyway. Thank you Precision Honda! I will be back and will tell all my Honda/Acura friends!

After almost a decade of excellent car service in my former city, I was nervous about finding a trustworthy mechanic locally. I was super fortunate to find Precision Honda and my experience is that John and his team are beyond outstanding in every way related to service, results and pricing. I suspect they are a “mechanic’s mechanic”, as I once overheard a mechanic droping off his mom’s car with John because he didn’t have time to make the repairs himself. I also appreciate their transparency and honesty. There have been times when they have informed and SHOWED me that they cleaned an part (for little to nothing) as opposed to replacing it at an unnecessarily higher cost. In my two years as a customer, Precision Honda has consistently demonstrated that their good name and their customers’ best interests are at the heart of their brand and their business ethics. I trust them, have referred tons of folks their way (even non-Honda owners since they seem to know good mechanics who repair other makes) and I am very relieved that my car is under their care.

John the manager at Precision Honda diagnosed a problem with my tire pressure monitoring system, and fixed it in less than 5 minutes. He did not charge me anything. It has been my experience, that this shop does excellent work, and they are very reasonable with their prices.

John is awesome! Had another national chain try to sell me 1000$ worth of parts that didnt solve the problem. John took the time to find it all and fix it. Electrical problems can be tricky but he methodically went through and found the problem. He is the type of mechanic that takes pride in his work and wont over sell you things you dont need. Cant say enough good things about him. Hes the real deal!

We brought our Honda CR V to them after several different thoughts on what was wrong. They found the problem and fixed it in a couple of days. They showed us another problem but said it could wait awhile since it was not bad yet. The charges were fair and probably 75 percent less than a dealer that would have also wanted to fix the minor problem.

The owner here is always so good at not just doing the service you require with excellence, but educating you on how to make wise decisions on the maintenance of your Honda! I learn something new every time I go there, and the service is always better and cheaper than servicing my car at the dealership.

Over and above good service. My wifes CRV would not start and we had it towed here. They determined the starter was bad and repaired that. I asked them to find where the power steering pump was leaking from and they actually fixed the leak at no extra charge. Im a very happy customer.
