Today was my first visit and I will be back. The ladies at the front desk were really nice! Special shout-out to Hannah. And Dr. Kessler was amazing. She was very detailed and thorough. It was like my best friend was giving me an eye exam. She was so welcoming and friendly. The facility was clean. Paul helped me pick out some gorgeous frames that I can’t wait to wear. I would highly recommend this Visionworks to anyone.
Everybody was awesome!!!! Great experience. Everyone was so helpful and genuine (rare), and I asked ALOT of questions!! They were thorough and patient. I highly recommend coming to this location. Fast, easy, ACCURATE and convenient!
Everytime I visit Visionworks Wolfcreek it is a pleasurable encounter. I have a complex vision prescription that can change from the time I order glasses to when I receive them. VisionWorks has encountered this issue twice and replace new prescription with the 2 week old one, no questions, they just DO IT!. I can always count on getting my prescription glasses taken care @ VisionWorks. They have the best customer service, flexibility and selection of frames @ great prices.

Dr.Kessler always makes my daughter feel comfortable and is very kind. Been going here for years and the service is great. Staff is kind and inviting.

I am very satisfied with my visit to Visionworks Wolfcreek MondayApril 12th. They have a great selection of glasses and was able to find what I really liked and looking forward to the arrival of my new glasses.
Went in and got an exam, picked out glasses . I always use Visionworks. After ordering Transitions and a protracted discussion about making them change in the car i decided YES i want them.Glasses came in early . I drove the 50 miles no transitions. Was informed they could put it on them for x amount more . I just didnt have the cash . I thought i had paid for it on the front end. The guy didnt listen . I mean yes i am buying new lenses for my sunglasses . For a grand before insurance you would have thought the order was right. Now i can either take them back and get used to my old glasses or just say screw it and go without . I just dont have time . Also when i picked them up the lady didnt worry about the fit she just said yea they look fine byeSo now i have a pair of glasses that I either cant use till i can get them fixed or ive got a pair of glasses i dont want. I hope they remember to tint the sunglasses lenses when they come in. I would rather they just ship them to me. I need them fitted but i have no time for this.

I’m not one of those people who like things to be sugarcoated when it comes to asking “how does this look on”. I wanted his complete honest. I work in retail customer service so I know how it is but he was honest in a polite way. Pick out some cute frames. Fast forward to now. I broke the leg off my glasses moving so I dropped in to see if they could be repaired not knowing if they would cost anything. Connor greeted me & I explain what happen. He took care of me & repaired my glasses. I asked did he remember me & he said yes. Again very professional & great customer services. Thank again Connor. Go see him.
I went to Visionworks for the first time last week. I wanted some new progressive glasses. Thats were I met with Shadow and her team. they were very knowlegable and helpful! They showed me this newly available technology for progressives lenses that should improve my experience compared to my old glasses. Shadow and her team assisted me throughout the whole process from picking out frames to explaining the the new type of lenses. They just made my whole experience fun and delightful. I highly recommend Visionworks in Bartlett, Tennessee, ask for Shadow.
Very nice selection of glasses and great service!!! The only bad thing is that they failed to notify once my glasses came in. Other than that, very awesome place!!!
My eye exam was excellent! I had came in on Monday at around 2:45pm. I had already filled out the paperwork, but I had to be somewhere at 3:45. I told the lady at the front desk, that I would have to make an appointment; I made one at 2:15pm on Wednesday, and she said that she would keep my paperwork, so I wouldnt have to fill it out on Wednesday. That was nice of her to do! It saved me a lot of time in the long run! I requested to be seen by Megan, and my request was granted! I absolutely loved it! I requested for Megan to give me my eye exam, and she did it, ( it was her first time giving an eye exam ). I loved the service here!! I was treated like family! I loved the heartwarming hospitality here! It felt like home! I would rate you 10 stars, if I could! I will definitely be coming back in the future! I am looking forward to seeing Megan again, in the future!
As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with southern hospitality from general manager Shadow Mcasland. She goes above and beyond to make people feel comfortable and cared for. She is professional and helpful with helping people find what they need for a specific price point and look.
The staff was excellent and Shadow went and above and beyond to make sure my son felt special with his new look, I appreciate her attention to detail and the warm welcome we received. T10/10 on the service spectrum. Top notch device at this location, we will be back.

Had a great experience. Signed in and was helped within 5 minutes. Was given all the time I needed To look for a frame and was not rushed. After I picked the frames, the rest was easy. Shirley did a great job helping me!
They clearly dont have anyone answering the phones i called at least 5 times yesterday. the auto prompt tells you to go to the website FAQs to get a copy of your prescription. FAQs then tells you to call your local office sooooo you just made me chase my tail like a dog for no reason.
When we purchased both sets of eyeglasses, the salesperson told us she would include two microfiber cleaning cloths. (Its rare to spend good money on eyeglasses and not get at least one microfiber cloth per set eyeglasses).We stopped in today to get the eyeglasses and another salesperson said they would not honor it and the original salesperson took them with her...We wont come back here again.
They carry a large selection of frames but not much availability of differing sizes. They were patient with me as I chose my frames and fairly quick and accurate in filling my order. The biggest complaint I had, besides lack of right size frame for my face, was that they didnt fit the frames to my head when I picked them up.
First of all let me start by saying that the prescription process went very well, after that everything was all downhill. My glasses were almost week past the agreement date. With no explanation until I asked them what the problem was, only then was I told the reason for the holdup. Only to be met with a dont call me Ill call you attitude. I will never go-to another visionworks again. And besides that I believed I was overcharged.
I was extremely disappointed in the service here. Due to the kindness of one employee, I am giving 2 stars instead on one. After spending almost 2 hours I decided to buy glasses, the frames only. She put the glasses in a visionworks case, put them in a bag, and sent me on my way. When I got home, I found a few scratches on the frame due to the fact they were the the floor pair. I called and asked if I could order another pair and was informed that I could. I ordered a new pair the next day. Almost 2 weeks later I had heard nothing back from vision works. My father and I, who had also purchased glasses except with lens, decided to go in and check. His glasses were under the counter with the paperwork, but mine were no where to be found. After searching everywhere, the woman assisting us picks the glasses up from another table claiming “here they are”. She went to the back and got a Cole Haan case and put them in it. I asked were these the new pair and she said yes. They were not. The same piece of hair attached to the tape when I purchased the floor pair the first time was still attached. The same scratch was on the bottom of the frame. I was very upset, but after her blatantly lying to my face, I was done dealing with the poor customer service. I’m not sure if it was a problem that I chose not to order lens, but I did not appreciate the deception. I will be notifying the store manager as well. Please, do better Vision works.UPDATE: They never responded to my email and it has been two months. The comment under this was not to help, but to make it seem as if they actually cared. Dropping review to one star.
I went into Visionworks only to look at the frame selection. I’ve been holding on to my prescription for months because I couldn’t find a frame that I loved. Shirley was the associate that helped me and she was wonderful! She found me a frame that fit and looked great on me. She was very knowledgeable and patient with me because I’m very picky. Thank you Shirley I can’t wait to pick my glasses up!

Eye exam was excellent. I called to make sure glasses were there after getting text message. Young lady told me if text came glass were in. Well they were not and I drove a ways. All she had to do was look. Now I have to make another trip. So annoyed.......
The exam was great. Good doctor. BOGO was BOGUS. Same day was No way. I felt robbed even after purchasing the Cheapest frames. Insurance didnt cover it. I took my prescription to Walmart. Lovely.

On separate occasions I needed to take my daughter and my father in for an exam and didn’t have an appointment. They were happy to take them and we didn’t have to wait. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped us choose the perfect frames.
I always love coming in here to get new glasses! The employees are always so helpful in making sure I pick the right frames for me! I’m very indecisive and i feel as though they actually care to make sure I get what I want and what works best for my needs.

Vision works was great I enjoyed my experience the store was amazing my glass was ready on time with great customer services I enjoyed they were very explaining and they were very helpful it was great I really recommended going there
Mrs. Felicia was very friendly and engaged my 3 year old as we searched for a frame. She also explained our insurance which changed my decision on originally just getting lenses for his current glasses vs a new pair. Now I will say their sign in system is crazy and they cant keep up with who is next and no one greeted us. Being this was the first ever visit, that was a turn off, but Mrs. Felicia was nice and got us done in a descent time so I can look past not being greeted. I will post again once we get thr frames back!

I have been in this store many times and every one was very pleasant,and nice you can tell they care and want to help you there’s one lady that helped me out and made sure my glasses I got were right for me,super friendly I believe her name was Jessica and I want to thank her and everyone else that works there
I made an appointment to get my 5 year olds eyes checked. We had a long wait. We waited an hour to be seen. I can withstand an hour wait, but my 5 year old just barely made it. After the wait, we stood around for ages to try to purchase my childs glasses, but after another 30 minutes of waiting, my kid was losing her mind so we left. I still havent been able to order her glasses, and I was hoping to get it taken care of. I now have to make the drive again to hopefully buy some glasses this time. I had a great experience at Visionworks on Winchester Rd so I was surprised at how bad this one was. It was probably just a busy day, but I strongly advise everyone to try somewhere else if youre looking for an eye doctor in the Bartlett area.
Today was my third time going to visionworks wolfchase....in two weeks. I am not a happy camper! My prescription for transition wasnt put in the glasses. So I go back the second time and she says that she didnt put it in correctly. So they put in for the transition. I get an email and text message stating that my prescription was ready. I was told the second trip that when its ready, it could take up to an hour to do the transition. So I went today, for the third time, and wad told that I would have to leave my glasses because the optical shop was closing at 5. I drove all the way from work, and still have to go back, for the fourth time. Its been a waste of gas. No one was apologetic. Stacey and Patricia, unsatisfactory!

I usually like it here, have had good service in the past, but this time I went in to replace my sons frames under warranty and was not treated well by the sales staff who, after telling me that they had to order the frames, told me to glue his broken frames until the new ones came in, then when I called a week later to check on the order they couldnt find the order and was on and off hold for almost an hour. I am still not convinced they actually ordered the frames until I called in. I called back a week after that and still no sign of the frames but I was told they would order from another story and the frames would be in Wednesday. Here it is a day after that Wednesday and still no frames and when I called they again had trouble finding the order but couldnt answer as to why it was taking over three weeks to get in one set of frames, no lenses. No one offered me any alternatives or tried to help - in fact, I was treated like a nuisance except by Marcus, who was helpful, or at least tried to be, meanwhile my sons frames and lenses fully broke because the broken frames wouldnt stay on his face and he cant see, he cries at night from headaches from eyestrain. I am severely frustrated. UPDATE: After posting this customer service saw it, didnt call me except accidentally trying to get hold of the store, and the store called back an hour later offering a comparable frame that they have in stock. I wish they had offered that sooner. I will refuse the warranty in the future and just get a spare pair for my son online, which is cheaper than the warranty I have had to wait over three weeks and call three times to get replaced.
I had purchase pair of glasses buy one get one free and order one with shade in it was to dark ask them remove the shade they charge me for thre shade and would not refund my money for the second pair states it was the same price if I dont have it in it they should have refund me the different. They just lost a value customer. Always speak up words of mouth is everything if they want stay in business.

I had a very poor buying experience. I was sold a pair of glasses that refracted soooo much light on the outer ends of each lens. It was so gross. I returned this pair and got another pair. I was not told that the new pair would refract about the same amount of light. I was then sold an anti-reflective coating for $60 more because I was told it would reduce the amount of light refracted. It did not. I would give one star, but with 2 returns I think visionworks should get 2 stars.

There is a Saturday morning staff that allowed me to sit for 18 mins, let me add it was no one else there waiting while they talked about Biology class and other non work subjects. When I finally got irritated, the employee argued she was working on my form. What she didnt know is that I have a similar position as hers and im aware it doesnt take 15 minutes for one form entry if there arent any interruptions! This isnt my first bad experience with the staff who isnt concerned with doing their job. This was my last time there. I cancelled the entire appointment and left. Its sad that even adults need babysitters to do their job!! Terrible front desk staff!!
