This is by far the best place to come and get your eyes checked for one they are fast and efficient. Most places take hours to get your eyes checked. This place get you in and out in an orderly fashion with your time as an important factor. Go to West Tennessee eye for all your eye care needs

First, Connie Atkins was an extreme help with the insurance side and assisting me with the instructions I needed to complete my purchase of my new eye glasses.Secondly, the Memphis site is where I picked up my new glasses and everyone there was a tremendous help, courteous, friendly and professional.

Dr Tally and staff are awesome! Dr Tally had a situation with an upset patient, therefore they were running behind. I could tell they were trying to get caught up, but they handled everything very PROFESSIONALLY. Dr Tally and staff were patient in between patients and answering any questions. This is the worst place ever to buy glasses from. You have to wait almost a month for your glasses, after they’ve guaranteed you they will be back in less than 2 weeks. Then when you call to check on the status of your glasses, they’re constantly telling you lies about why they’re not ready and when they will be ready. VERY BAD COMMUNICATION PROBLEMS..So please if you do plan to purchase from them, PLEASE CONFIRM ALL OF THIS BEFORE YOU EVEN GET AN EXAM🤬🤬🤬

My children and I had a great experience... The only one I felt was rude was the actual dr... He needs better people skills..but other then that it was great and we got in and out no problem...they even have patience to deal with my adhd/autistic 5 year old...which is no small battle getting him to do any type of exam without hysterics... Thank you for the great help...one more problem we have is they are suppose to open at 830 and didnt open theyre door till 930....

I have been a patient with West Tennessee for 20+ plus years. Due to a misunderstanding on poor communication I did not schedule an eye exam for my yearly prescription for my contacts. Since I needed vision exam we decided to correct cataracts. This was all scheduled but due to medical emergency (pneumonia-hospital) I had to cancel my surgery. I attempted to schedule a routine eye exam for contacts (private pay). Scheduled appointment for May 26. On the morning of they called to cancel my appointment with Dr Reece as she didnt want to see me. Said I needed to see my doctor, Dr Talleys. My Doctor, Dr Clark had moved out of state.David, receptionist, was the rudest, most disrespectful person I have ever had to deal with. I explained I was desperate for contacts as I had nothing to wear. He refused to give me any type of emergency appt or try to help get an appt. I was offered an appt for June 18. I have appt scheduled with Optometrist in Memphis. Hopefully I will never have to enter West Tenn Eye. again.

I have been getting the run around for replacement glasses for over a month. I have called and called and they had to reorder them I am so disappointed

Called to inquire about glasses and an unprofessional individual, Morgan, was very short and showed no interest in answering my questions, i called to the Millington location and asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold for over 10 minutes by someone named Barbara, never go to this place,save yourself some time and go elsewhere!

Very good Doctor and Optical technician.The optician who helped me select my glasses was clueless and could only point to a book when I had questions about the benefits of an upgrade. Good prices, but I dont think that I will purchase glasses from West TN Eye in the future. Also, my eyeglass prescription was not available to me at the end of my appointment. The staff member at the front desk advised me that the optician had not entered my prescription into the computer.. She further advised that I could wait, or she could mail me the prescription that day. I wasnt able to wait and advised her to please mail my prescription. This is the first time in 25 years of eye exams that my prescription was not available to me at the end of the appointment. Im hopeful that there arent problems with my glasses. (I will update this review after my glasses and prescription have been delivered to me).
