In other words, he was a breathe of fresh air. The receptionist was kind and patient in addressing my questions.The technical person was methodically astute and kind.Overall the atmosphere and attendees were a breath of fresh air,.The eyeglass attendee was kind, patient and cordial in assisting me with choosing eye glasses. LOVE MY ENTIRE EXPERIENCE👏👏👏💫💫💥

When I order my contact lens, the young lady was great. However, when I pick up my contact lens, there was only 1 box order, I usually get 2 boxes ( 1 for he left & right eye). The Caucasian female with black hair was very RUDE, RAISE HERE VOICE AT ME. I request a refund and will NEVER GO BACK

The black lady at the front desk was so a sweet when I called to make an appointment. The ENTIRE staff is sweet and professional. They treated me like I was their most important client. We did not have to wait long and I noticed the staff cleaning after each and every patient. I absolutely LOVED my experience!!

It was a great experience! The office was clean and they made sure you use sanitizer after touching pens, clipboards and equipment. Not to mention everyone was very nice even the doctor. The people where you pick the frames were also nice like I said a great experience.

The call was routed to a different office when this one was closed, so they did not have me listed for an appointment. Some call routing/ voicemail/ website/ web listing updates would go a long way to avoiding situations like this, for now I am changing my review to 4.Previous: I scheduled an appointment here and the next day I showed up to a closed building and no one answering the phone. No call, text, or email for the cancellation. No Google listing updates with modified hours. No update on their website.

My appointment was at 3:30 they saw me at 3:45 and i was out of that office at 4. Than i went next door and they let me choose my frames and was patient with means friendly. They took the time to see what frames looked better on me. I would tell everyone to go there because of the people and service. Thank you so much for taking care of me and my eye needs.

I took my mother to this location for new eye glasses. The staff was so courteous and helpful to my 88 year old mother and to me. If youre looking for a people-friendly place to get your eye exam, this is the place. Its been a while since Ive gotten an eye exam. I was able to book a same-day appointment at a reasonable time. Dr. David (optometrist) and the staff were very kind and helpful. I filled out the forms, had my exam and picked out my glasses next door (VisionWorks) within 35-40 minutes tops.

The receptionist was great, the doctor was okay. she forgot some things and so I had to go back and redo part of my test again. so they sent me over to pick out my glass, the glass place was all right, but they need a little more practice.I put it that way because it was good. Dont get me wrong, it was it was nice but it could have been a whole lot better than it was. They had a sign in the store say buy one pair get one free, but yall should have let your customer know that it does not apply if you have insurance already. They should explain that to you when you walk through the door and you looking at that sign that say buy one pair of glasses get the other one free, so I think it should be a little bit more clarity on them to explaining how the policy work and how the sales are before the people start picking out glasses, because from my experience my glasses wasnt free that I bought I had about two pair but I had to put one back because the sign was not specifically saying that if you have insurance that that it does not apply to that. So please step up your policy on explain to the customer.Great company and always send me friends and family there.Thank you

Master Eye acted like I did something wrong, because when I had my glasses made off the prescription the eye doctor gave me ...I couldnt see, because they didnt work. I could not read close up with my glasses. He sent me over next door to Vision Works without even seeing me ( and I had an appointment). The young lady and young man at Visionworks were so patient and kind. They kept working with me trying to figure out why I couldnt read close up. Finally they came up with a solution...took me back next door...and the Dr still didnt see me nor agree with what they determined was wrong. Oh well I ordered new glasses base on the new prescription Visionworks suggested. $160+ on the glasses I bought 2 months ago...now $140+ on the new pair I had to order(no eye insurance either!) I have been in need of my eye exam for over a year. I WAS PETRIFIED TO BE ONE-ON-ONE DURING COVID PRE-VACCINATED in any setting! Thats REAL TALK. With my Mothers history of Retinitis Pigmentosa that led to her legal blindness and its hereditary pass on properties, all of my siblings must be vigilant with maintaining healthy eyes by getting REGULAR EYE EXAMS. My Doctor at Master Eye Aasciates was EXCEPTIONAL! The exam was so thorough with tests to rule out: possible hidden brain tumors behind the eyes, glaucoma and cataracts. I came out of that testing confident and so very relieved and (DRUUUM ROLL) with a new prescription!!! Thanks to the front desk staff and Thank YOU Dr. David Halkiades! Ill see you next year!!!

I made my appointment yesterday, only to get there and find out that the doctor was out of the office today.

Very friendly place!! Quick and easy and I am sort of a quiet person but the staff there are awsome and I felt right in place.they were extremly patient during the eye exam and didnt waste anytime helping me. The glasses section wasnt open yet so they kindly suggested I could go get something to eat while I waited for that section to open and I did. It was very refreshing and I got to enjoy my meal and didnt have to wait much longer and then went right in to order my glasses. I was welcomed right away with a kind gentleman and he allowed me to sit my belongings aside In a plastic case so I could freely shop and try on glasses. I felt comfortable and and happy knowing that this experience was going to be great. I am super happy with what I got and thank yall so much for the friendly establishment yall created!!!! Will be coming back again on my next exam!!!!!!

Had my annual eye exam just as soon as the office opened up after the virus shutdown.Saw dr. Q, was very pleased with my exam. Dr. Q discussed in detail everything, and addressed all my questions & concerns. Spent plenty of time with me. The ladies in office were professional and everything was to the guidelines of phase 1.

The eye doctor was very nice and competent and a pleasure to work with. The front desk staff were rather distracted when u arrived. The person doing my initial assessment did a good job. I certainly would come back again for care.
