Didnt want to give one star.But these people that work here are never ever on time to open.And its always something like only one computer up and running.theyre rude and need to work on customer service skills as soon as possible

I always enjoy seeing the staff at this Vision Center. Everyone of them are always in a good mood. Even if Im not getting service at the time. They are friendly and take the time to help you. Even when they are about to leave. Keep up the good work!

No. Just no. Its sad to bother and waste your time with them.

I am rating this on the simple fact that Im unable to get anyone on the phone to get information. When I call the direct number and they transfer me no one answers the phone, and I get the excuse that they are extremely busy, which of course is a lie they have to tell. I actually went to the store to see how busy they were and there was no one in that department at all, the lights were even on to suggest the department was open. I hear bad reviews about Walmart all the time and now I understand what people are talking about. This has got to be the worst example of customer service I have experienced in a while.

This store told me that my safety glasses would be in soon. Three weeks later Im still waiting. What gives???? Work on customer service skills for real. Smh Do not get your glasses at either of these unprofessional, unfriendly vision centers at Walmart.

Don’t like the doctor attitude almost whole staff needs to work on customer service skills

This Walmart Vision Center, was horrible. They were only interested in your money, not helping you pick out a pair of glasses. They were very rude. And the Dr. was the same way, she couldnt wait to get off her shift,and she didnt care if I was happy or not. Now I have a pair of glasses that I cant even use, because I cannot read out of them. Its so bad I cant even see my phone,and I paid over $200.00 dollars. I tell all my friends how awful they were and I would Never recomend them.

Last time I went I got good service. The wait may be a little long, but you cant beat the prices from this place

People say its the cheapest place to get their glasses. Thats not true.$ 80 for the eye exam and glasses cost around $300 to $400. Its about the same at Vision work or other places that dont charge for the eye exam. Besides, Walmart always get my prescription wrong. They either make them to strong or weak.

Every since I have been going their i havent had any problem with them at the vision center I have been going there for the last 4yrs.and still going.
