Ive been bringing my Lexus here for service for more than 25 years, Jim does good work and always friendly. I trust Jim, hes the best mechanic that I know. Jim does not charge me for the little things that he does, he replaced both my hood struts and hatch back struts free of charge. I hope hes here to stay for a very long while.

I came to Bay City for an auto prepurchase inspection. I was late for my inspection but I was accommodated without any issues. The inspection was performed with reasonable detail. I had some concerns about A/C temperature on my used car that had an accident history. They verified everything was working well in a reasonable time and for a very reasonable price. I havent had service experience here but judging by their demeanor and attention to detail I would probably come back.
