My family has been using Grange Vision for our eye care needs for several years now, and I had always been happy. Unfortunately that changed today when I stopped in to discuss an issue with my glasses. After having spent thousands of dollars on glasses, lenses and contacts here over the last several years, they refused to stand behind their product. My glasses that are less than a year old are severely scratched, and it is obvious it is a result of a poor coating that was applied to them. Grange Vision (My Eye Dr.) refused to replace because I had not bought the protection plan. The protection plan should be for negligence, not a poor product. Very disappointed that no customer loyalty was shown. I will be looking for a new eye doctor. Crazy thing is, when I told them this, they didnt seem to care.

Three times I have called to order contacts, and each time was told that no one was there that knew how to, and to call back next week.

This place was terrible. Extremely long wait times despite an appointment. Trying to stealthily overcharge me (and would have had I not said anything). Small selection of frames and severely overpriced. The entire place also felt very sketchy, my pre exam was in what felt like a storage closet. Will never be coming back here.

I having been using grange vision for the last several years with good experiences, but are now under new ownership. On my last visit they would not see me because my appointment was not in there system. I checked once I got home and still had the confirmation from there online system! I will be looking for a new eye doctor since I have to re-arrange my work schedule for these appointments.

Only been going here for a year but have been very impressed both times going. Needed a new pair of glass as soon as possible, called an hour ahead. When I got there they already had my file pulled without asking, had a pair of trial contacts for me, and helped me to get my new pair picked which the frames were half off. In and out in 20 minutes.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. If my glasses need a tweek to fit better they are always caring and patient to get them to fit just right. I really appreciate this! And when I tried contact lenses for the first time, they gave me many options to find the contact lenses to fit my lifestyle. Im very pleased with their excellent customer service. Also, they offer quality, fashionable, and comfortable glasses and contact lenses.

The staff is very friendly and professional. The office/waiting area is laid out and designed nicely and is clean and orderly. I cant say enough good about Dr. Mike. Hes kind, very professional but still has a sense of humor, very knowledgeable. He took the time to check my eyes very thoroughly (best exam Ive ever had) and listened to all my questions and concerns without me feeling hurried or bothersome. I was a patient here long ago, and Im very glad to be back.

The examine I received was thorough and I was given all of the time I needed to make sure the image choices that I viewed were the clearest possible. The prescription I was given seems very correct. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. A frame adjustment that was needed after I had been wearing my new glasses for a week was done promptly, correctly and without an appointment.

I never write reviews but I just received my glasses after 2 days and couldn’t be more happier. Been going to this location for 5 years and NEVER have I been disappointed. Appreciate the staff for always being so friendly and polite. If you need glasses go here. End of story

My wife and I visited Grange Vision today for the first time for an eye exam with Dr. Mike. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The eye exam was very thorough and help with frame selection was great. Would definately recommend.

I met with Dr. Michael for some eye issues, the appointment went very well, the office was modern, clean and busy. The front desk and the tech assistant were very accommodating. I was impressed with the quality of service and would recommend them highly for any optical needs.

Everyone I have come in contact with over the years of going to Grange Vision has always been very friendly and attentive. Any questions I have are always answered fully. My perspective is that they truly care about me and my eye health.

This was the second place I got prescription glasses from but I wish it was the first. I rarely wore the first pair of reading glasses from another vision center because they made me nauseous. Even after two or three weeks it seemed I wasnt adjusting so I gave up.Grange Vision was fabulous, said up front to come back in if that happened with their glasses. I picked them up Friday and had no issue getting used to the script. Dr Mike and staff were professional, compassionate, competent and friendly. Im thrilled to have glasses to help with computer work during long shift and excited about the anti-glare coating to help more with that. Today was the first day wearing them and it feels wonderful not to have sore tired eyes! Thank you!!

I have been recently looking for a new eye doctor (because of my new insurance). Instead of just going to any old place I really did my research and I’m glad I did. Grange Vision is a 5 star experience when it comes to customer service, pleasant environment and great care. I recommend it.

The staff was friendly, professional and fun. The waiting area lighting was nice not too bright and not too dim. Lighting is important when dealing with sensitive eyes. I will definitely return next year.

Their prices are comparable to other optical clinics. What impressed me the most was the quality of the medical care and professionalism of all staff. I was treated as an individual and time was taken to address all of my concerns. The assortment of glasses was adequate for me and the optician was honest and reliable when choosing frames to flatter my personality and looks.

Renee was extremely helpful and patient helping me pick out new frames. They have a great selection compared to other eye vision stores. I have already recommended Grange Vision to a family member. A friend had recommended Grange Vision to me.

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable. I had went to the same place for years but had to travel to get there. I hesitantly switched to Grange Vision because it was closer to my home. I felt completely comfortable and received the same quality of care.

I arrived early and was taken immediately. Dr. Lind and the staff were very friendly and answered any questions I had. While looking for new frames the person was very honest about whether they looked nice on me or were too heavy, wrong style, which I appreciated very much. I didnt feel like I was being told something looked great when it didnt.

I’d been coming to GVC for years and I was extremely saddened a few years ago when I had switched insurances they were no longer in my network. I had tried LensCrafters and America’s Best but they DO NOT compare to the care I’ve received at GVC. I was reminded why I loved this place so much Dr. Mike is always very thorough with appointments and takes the time to answer any questions and his technician Audrey was outstanding also a shout-out to Renee for helping me find the perfect frames! If anyone knows good customer service and patient satisfaction the staff here have mastered it. Keep up the good work here and another big thanks to all the staff! I can’t see myself going anywhere else.

I find it extremely hard to believe that I am the only one that has had a negative experience here. I am a very patient person and I have been waiting over a month for 2 pairs of glasses, after they charged me an amount $200 more than I was quoted and I had to calculate the correct total for them, broke my sunglasses, messed up my regular glasses TWICE (they apparently didnt check them before they give them to the customer BOTH times). Then I got my sunglasses a MONTH after the order (when I was told it would take a week) and they were wrong! I paid an extra $60-$90 for a special tint that was not on the glasses. I was originally told I didnt have to pay up front and then was called a couple days later saying I needed to pay right away. I never received a receipt or a quote throughout this entire process. Long story short, Ive had to call this place probably 10 times at least now, I asked to speak to a manager and was told there wasnt one in today, and I still dont have the 2 pairs of glasses I paid for.

My favorite eye specialists. Ive been a patient for over ten years. The doctors are amazing and the staff is so friendly! You dont feel rushed, everyone takes the time to talk to you. You can clearly see (no pun intended) they enjoy their job and it makes the experience worth it! Dont bother trying to find another place. Theyre right on the bus route and easy off and on from the expressway! You wont be disappointed!

Ive been using Grange Vision for a couple of years and my first appointment, over a year ago, wasnt a bad experience, but I was purchasing just contacts.On February 27th, I was able to get a same day appointment for an eye exam, which was fantastic. The staff were friendly and I picked out a pair of frames through a website they use, as they dont carry Oakley frames and they are the only ones that fit my large face/head. I was told that they would get them in and I could try them on in a few days. Well, over a week went by and nothing. I sent a message through the client portal of their website and was told that the glasses were backordered. Funny, they werent backordered the day of my appointment as I went home and saw the very frames from my computer once the eye drops wore off. I was told that they spoke to the website directly and that they would come in last week.It is now March 18th and still no frames to try on. This wouldnt be as bad nor would I be as upset if the guy from their office would just be honest with me and be proactive in communicating delays. However, what I cannot stand is the lack of communication and when I do hear back (after I voice my frustration), Im told lies. Its been almost 3 weeks just to try on the frames without the prescription. Knowing how long this takes, itll probably take another month or two to get my prescription made too. Who has 1-3 months to get glasses made when I can get them ordered online and have them in a week?This is not good customer service and not the right way to treat your customers. As a result, I will be purchasing my glasses online (if the office actually responds and gives me my prescription) and not coming back to Grange Vision.

Arrived at Grange Vision at least 10 min early. Was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. She immediately took care of me. Waited about ten minutes past my appt time.Dr Waclawski is always friendly. He addressed my issues and put my mind at ease.Diagnosed the problem and gave me some drops and new contact lenses to try to help with the problem. Currently under his care.Have been going to Grange Vision over 10 yrs and am very satisfied with his care.
