Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I was laid off a year ago and we have been really struggling. Then my son broke his glasses. I was so scared the new frames would cost between two and three hundred dollars, which I didnt have, but he had to have glasses. It turned out I had a one-year replacement warranty -- but unfortunately it had recently expired. Becka and Caryn honored the warranty anyway, and we walked out of the store with new frames for only $20. They clearly didnt have to do that, but they did. GREAT CARE and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Highly recommend this store!

I first bought glasses here a few years ago then a year later the lens popped out. Came here to get it fixed then it happened again. Bought new glasses after that and realized it was chipped in the corner. Took it back, had to wait until new ones came, and now I got the new ones, I noticed their are two scratches on the frame. On top of this, customer service has also gone downhill. Save your time and money and avoid this place. These other reviews have to be fake.

Was told by Karen I could come in with out an appt to get a new pair of glasses, called 15mins before I came, Karen acted as if she didnt remember me at first, then I was told to take a seat, and pretty much ignored for the next 10mins. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location and I will be taking my business elsewhere. I understand the ladies that work there are older but it gives them no right to be rude

My dad had an appointment and when we got there, I realized that I didnt have his prescription with us. The manager was very nice and let me go back home and still keep our appointment. Andrew was very nice and very helpful.

Have spent over an hour on hold three days in a row now. This is the only Visionworks location that takes our insurance anymore but you cant get through to even make an appointment. The scheduling feature on their website doesnt work 90% of the time. It just loads a blank screen.

Needed an emergency repair to my glasses. Andy got me in right away and did an excellent job fixing my glasses. He definitely knows his trade. He is a great asset to Visionworks.

Excellent, and friendly service here! I had an Essential appointment in April. I felt very safe as all of the employees were stressing wearing masks and being 6 ft apart when possible. Dr. Roginski was kind and answered any questions I had. They worked with my insurance and clearly explained what was included. They also took care to disinfect all of the frames that I tried on. My glasses were delivered in the mail sooner than I expected. Thank you for taking good care of your patients/clients!

Caryn L. Redemann renders awesome customer service! I visited her store yesterday for help with my loose lenses and frame, actually my left side one had fallen off as I was driving to work and I couldnt see at all. Upon examining the screws she found that one had cut from inside. Caryn took time to fixing them and offered a replacement frame upon discovering that the screws had cut from inside. This is such an amazing optical!!! They repaired my glasses very fast and offered complimentary nose pads. They didn’t have to do that but that shows they value great customer service. I went in on the evening of February 20 to see if I could exchange a pair of frames that I purchased from the Mayfair location that were once sunglasses. They were very heavy and uncomfortable on my face. Becky agreed and was generous enough to do the exchange as a courtesy since they were over the 100 day policy. Andy assisted in finding me some frames to my liking. They were both very helpful!I will definitely comeback to this location as they are all for customer satisfaction🙂

Visionworks has exceptional customer service! Caryn, the Retail Supervisor was patient throughout the whole process of assisting me with picking out the perfect frames. She allowed me to have my space and take my time with my decision. She gave great advice when asked and never came across as being too pushy. The staff here were great. Dr. Roginski was wonderful. Caryn helped us pick frames and explained everything thoroughly. Kathleen checked both mines and my daughters eyes and was very kind. Just the whole visit was delightful. I recommend making an appointment because it gets busy but besides that everything was great.

Called twice to schedule a yearly eye exam. First time the woman took all my information down and said she’d call back. After about 6 hours I called again second woman that picked up was rude. Only reason I wanted to go to this location is because of the dr.

Great staff and good selection. Takes all insurance, even state.Only bad part is the location and parking lot. But you cant blame them for that. Pro tip: park at McDonalds next door and walk over. Itll be easier to leave afterward.

This was my first time at Visionworks. I made an appointment with them for March 2nd 2020. They told me that I could come in as as walk in.The staff was courteous they explained how that there were other customers who had appointments so we may have to wait. I was good with that. If it took longer they would let us know.They were very professional even with the one client who was very rude to them she complained the whole time she was there.The staff was still professional and kept trying to explain turp procedure and protocol. I would definitely recommend visionworks to anyone who asks.Thank you for taking care of me and not have me wait until next year.
