I just moved to Minot. Lindsay is one of the best executive I have met. She helped me understand what my car needs, did not try selling unnecessary stuff and was super kind. This is definitely a great service center and I have just found a great place to service my car for years

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO BE SERVICED HERE!!!Bought a new vehicle from them and it came with free oil changes. Figured I would take it there instead of doing the oil change myself. Did the second oil change myself and had to use a cheater bar to get the oil filter housing off. Of course the housing broke being that it is a plastic housing. This should have been tightened to just 20ft-lbs. Unimpressed to say the least.

Toyota I Minot had the worst customer service! I purchased all four tires with extended warranty in January. I have a flat tire and they can’t fix it until 18 days later!! That ridiculous!!!

If I could rate zero stars I would. Took my 4runner in & was working with Lindsey Erickson in service parts department, VERY rude. Was giving me mixed information. Was told different prices on different days. Needless to say Im not spending a penny here and Im taking my vehicle elsewhere!

My engine light came on. I went to autozone and they tried to sell me a 751.00 evaporator canister. I went to Minot Toyota and a young lady in service recommended me to clean my gas cap and reset the code. She told me to bring I. The car really quick to reset the code. She cleaned my gas cap and my engine light went away. She told me to have a nice day and pointed me to the exit. Thank you April Allen for helping me right away and removing my engine light. Awesome service and I didn’t need to spend all that money on a canister.

Are the real nice place friendly people courtesy time as much of anything and it was just a nice atmosphere to come to its a nice dealership messenger service department every real nice flight and everything worked just fine catch you later and
