Its a good, well stocked store but they wont let me take the cart out to my car even though I ALWAYS return the cart to the store. So looks like I will have to go somewhere else. 😳

Ordered something online, been waiting 45 minutes and still hasnt gotten it, person who is supposed to give me is gone to Publix to shop, worst customer service.

Only one cashier working on weekends. Always a long line. Utter ridiculousness. Whos doing the staffing?

Honest and friendly staff. Two days ago my daughter lost her iPhone in this store and the cashier returned it. Forgot to get her name but she was on staff today at 4:53pm. This is my go to star for great deals on home, hygiene and cleaning supplies. I especially love the digital coupons when I don’t have my coupons with me. Great Store.

I would give it no stars if I could because of the customer service from the manager that was on duty yesterday morning at 11 am, shes of African descent, slim with curly hair . She has a very nasty attitude, she ignores the customers when they asked her a question, she was very disrespectful to me and my family. This is a place of business, you want customers to feel comfortable spending their money.We couldve easily not purchased the items and go to another store where our business is appreciated but because the young man Rudolphie at the cash register was so polite, very nice and helpful, we decided to continue with our purchase. I will never go back there as long as shes employed there.

At this I get in out quickly, I found what I wanted very easily.

Horrible customer service. I used to love going there and thanks to the rude manager kethia I will now never step foot in there again. The family dollar should strongly consider hiring a manager with better people and customer service skills.

This store is the worse family dollar ever. The store manager is extremely rude. On several occasions Ive witnessed her be rude to employees. Just go across the street to dollar general where the people are much more friendlier.

Parking cld be a problem.Only bc you might have to park &walk a little distance.There is Plenty of parking spaces tho. Be Careful- the people Can be a little aggressive over here. Plus, theres a Publix. 👍🏼 And a Pizza place in the same plaza.🍕😉

They have good prices on pet food, cleaning supplies, but everything has to be charged to the car, because you cannot take the shopping cart outside, I always buy weekly, with the purchase coupon $ 25 and you receive a $ 5 discount that is no longer there is.
