I love this Publix... I visit every week. The store is always clean. And the associates are well mannered no matter their age. So when go get a chance, stop by, pick up a couple things, and have a small chat and tell them how great theyre doing.

I am always finding expired items here. Most Publix stores are really on top of it and appear to be neat and organized. Unfortunately, I cant say the same about this location. I only go here for convenience and when I do, I quickly remember why its better to drive further for better items.

Its a great place to shop, it had all the items I was looking for. The service is awesome very courteous and showed me exactly on the aisle what I needed that customer service.

No matter what time of day, no matter the day... they never have noone at the deli cutting meats for the customers. Will have 15 people making subs and doing everything else but waiting to cut meat for a customer. Ive complained, spoken to manangement before about the same problem and its only gotten worse. Only thing you will here for 15 minutes while they are making subs, BE RIGHT WITH YOU, SORRY FOR THE WAIT... Just makes me more annoyed because its the same thing over and over again. Ive went out of my way to shop at a different Publix. I dont even know why I bothered coming back to this store. Its funny, no other Publix has this problem but River Run...for over 7 years now. So long to this store and the miserable people they hold inside who they call employees! Not all, but most! Good BYE!!! NO MORE!

Poor food selection. Very little sugar free items and Deli Prepared food like the Fried Chicken and Chicken Wings many times way over cooked. Had to return both last night for a refund as they were un-edible.Only good thing at the Deli are the Sub Sandwiches

I attended to an appointment requested for a vulnerable lady covid vaccine 19. I was helped be Deborah. The appointment was after 1.00 pm.During all the process Miss Deborah was super attentive to find out if we needed additional help. Even when I had to get additional overwrite approval, everything went smooth.I appreciate Deborah, a lady who was concern during all the process, Debrah was always alert to bring her help. Thank you Deborah we need more people just like you.

My comment refers to the Pharmacy area. On several occasions I have visited this site and I always try to breathe because of the rude behavior and bad attitude that the pharmacist always has. That lady is the most despotic person I have ever met, just with her look and her tone of voice mistreat you. It is the worst customer service I have received for years, every time I carry a prescription she always tells me that they do not have the medicine, another time she told me that she had to go to her lunch and could not pick up my prescription until she returned, And to complete it, I went after surgery with a lot of pain, I explained the situation to her and she told me to go to another pharmacy because she had many orders and mine would not give her time in the day. With this I just want to make public that she is an embarrassment to Publix and to the Health System in general.

The reason I have give a one star cause there have been multiply occasion, there I came in to order a cake and the have fail to get the order right, such as this time, My 15 year old was turning 16 and I wanted a SpongeBob cake and the sponge was going to be strawberry. so I pick the cake up the from this location and we cut the cake and the sponge was not only the flavor was not right, the cake look noting like the picture in the cake book. As I said I asked for strawberry, they gave me vanilla. I can go on the other sorry with my other kids but this is to let future customer, knew that their service was not unacceptable and that my daughter was very mad and upset and very disappointed.

The stars I am giving are for the PHARMACY ONLY. The rest of the store is great and nice cashiers. Now the pharmacist Cheryl I guess her name is ( she says she’s the manager) well since day one has been very rude. I won’t go in detail but she makes me feel like I am a junkie when I call for my Xanax. That’s not nice to make a customer feel like she’s a junkie. I hope and pray they get the man that works there when she’s not there and give him the manager. He is very polite we talk every time I go there always always with a smile. Is unbelievable that just because is Xanax I always have to have a issue with that lady.

Thanks for your beverage selection on the Jamaican issue... Usually I avoid products of Canada.. But now I know I cant avoid the glib about That... Usually Canadian stuff is too intense for me and replaces good attempts at reclaiming indigenous land for urban farm fresh cafes with pre packaged hyper refined twinkie like food bars that replace meals till I was sure all.. Tragedy is of the angry far north...... But I liked the juice and candy... There is more selection at this publix but because its an area for a darker issue the surrounding complex can feel really crowded and never sleeps... With a lot of high impact car lights and health reduced to covid needlists... I hate needles to catheter sized... Has nothing to do with Health to me has everything to do with new left psychiatry on dehydration causing a drug epidemic.. Where is the public water....

Publix was empty and I see why? Prices so high!!! Ill never go there again unless I really need something really important.

There was clean cars. No desinfectant or anything else to clean the car or your hands.The answer they gave ne.They ran out of products to clean or desinfect.They have all those products on their shelves right now.Not not going to that one until Corona Virus is over. If ever. Very disappointed.

I visited Publix on 3/6/19 while I was shopping I was drawn to the seafood department by wonderful smell. I ask the gentlemen behind the counter what is that smell! He said its our steamed snow crab legs. So I replied I will like 2 lbs. A gentleman name Parker steamed me up my crabs. When he gave them to me he said when you come back let me know how you like them Im here to say Parker you did an awesome job! They were juicy and seasoned to perfection. Keep up the good work and for making my Publix experience wonderful. I will defiantly be back again and will be honored to receive your services again. Ask for Parker if you plan visiting in the near future.
