This store is horrible, especially when it comes to the deli. I like to get the fresh slice because it’s convenient and when I do it’s never there, sometimes it’s too busy for me to wait in line. So when I do, it seems like only 2 associates are the only ones working. I never see any managers back there helping and when I do see them, they are on the sales floor not helping their associates who need help and or on their phone in the back not paying attention or helping. I do not appreciate it because I shop at this store almost everyday.

Love shopping at Publix. Get everything I want

Deli needs new management. The last 4 times I have placed an online pickup order for a sub and arrived 10 minutes after the pickup time the sub is not on the pickup order shelf. I have to ask for it and its sitting behind the counter while the deli staff is doing something else. What is the purpose of online orders and having a pickup shelf if its not used? Get it together Publix in west Miramar. Use a different publix for your deli/sub orders.

I went to the deli to get some roast beef. The person who took my order pulled out the very end of the meat. I asked if they had another that the end especially on an expensive roast beef is not the same. An overpowering taste of the seasoning they put on the meat. Usually publix is very accommodating. Not this time guess they didnt want to open a new. Well, I will travel to another publix thats all.

I went to my local Publix cause I was craving clam chowder, which I think they have the best. At the checkout I noticed the price was incorrect. The young lady went back and checked. When she returned she gave it to me free. Thought it was great. Have to say thank you!!!!

Store is pretty clean and most of the staff is friendly. One guy in the meat department follows you around and watches you. Makes you feel kind of uncomfortable. I’ve seen him do it to others and to me multiple times. I asked him once if he needed me to move and didn’t answer. A little weird

The worst deli staff. Said the wait was 8 minutes for the tenders. After 12 minutes waiting, I asked the dept manager Maria Mendoza and the assistant dept manager Nikki Irvin and I was told it was another 10 minutes. What the heck, get it together. Plus, the lady prepping the food was wearing her mask under her nose. Don’t come here on your lunch break or hungry or if you want clean and efficient service. Nope, none of that here.

I come to this place every week and noticed majority of people that work there have attitude. No patience and even attempt to be nice! And this includes assistant manager. It is difficult time for everyone and would be nice if people would treat each respect... time to shop at the different store...

Cashier last night was purposefully unresponsive to me speaking to her 3 times but she spoke very friendly with the people after me in line (loud so I could hear). I had a terrible day at home so it made me feel awful, not sure why she treated me like that I was very polite

I would have given this place 4 stars, but the customer service has really started to go down hill. Recently, I went there and did my usual grocery shopping. At checkout, I was unloading my cart and I had 2 cases of Smart water on the bottom of my cart and I figured that the bag person would help out and scan my water. Instead, the bag person yelled at me and told me that the cashier needed to scan my water and I told her I could not bend down and grab the water. I apologized to her and explained to her that I had a bad back. And she responded by saying, Yeah? Well I have a bad back too! And slammed the water down on the counter and called someone else over to take my groceries out to my car, while she went on break.I have lived down here in Miramar for two years and I have been a Good, respectful, loyal customer, who never complained or gave anyone a hard time. But, the way I was treated really made me feel angry! So, after that experience, I dont think I want to shop at that location again! That was very rude and I didnt deserve to be treated that way!

Employees are always nice and extra helpful if needed... store is clean and in an upscale neighborhood with like no crime... the Pharmacy is the best and the Pharmacist, Chris Maceri, is the most knowledgeable, polite, and helpful beyond his requirements to all who appear here... Best Publix in S Florida in my opinion...Sure there are other, newer, nicer stores but I will drive past 4 other Publix to shop at ease, in no rush, with any help as needed... (plus the Deli, need I say more..?)

I used the app to notify my problem. Nothing. I have written like 4 letter to this people about my problem. Nobody’s answers. Terrible times, but terrible service as well.

One of the few good grocery stores in south Florida.

Clean and friendly staff

This store is clean but it is small and they often times dont have items you need like unsweetened ice tea in the Deli. Theres also other items that you can find at larger stores such as hash Brown casserole or cheesy grits that you cant find it this Publix. It is convenient if you are able to settle on their availability.

This Publix is hidden all the way at the west end of Miramar parkway, which is great because its never crowded. Service is fine. Its your typical good Publix experience without the headache of crowded isles.

Signage literally says they open at 7am on Saturday (see picture) only to have the store manager tell me they open at 8am. This is basic stuff, get it together

I had a terrible experience at this publix. I went to get infant milk for my baby. Then there was an assistant manger that came up to me and asked me if I was going to buy that rudely and kept looking at us until we went to the register. She made it sound like I was going to steal the product. I was very furious. Never coming to this publix again. She was tall dark skin, short hair with brown highlights. Someone needs to talk to her and explain how she should treat customers.

It is truly a pleasure shopping here at this Publix store, the store is always clean, the clerks are friendly and a great selection how could you go wrong - 5 Stars from me !Great customer satisfaction !

This Publix has been my Supermarket for over 11 years. I know most Associates there and all the Pharmacists, I wouldnt go anywhere else even though Ive moved a little further away I still come back here.

I go here at least 3 - 4 times a week and everyone is really nice.
