This Publix has one of the best Pharmacist. The workers are very helpful here and friendly. They are regular workers here that takes the time to know their community. So it’s a pleasure going in.

I hope Im reviewing the one on Flamingo road in Pembroke Pines by McDonalds. Very clean and presentation is good. Employees seem nice. Prices have gone up 50% on items and we get nothing for the increase and in fact service goes down as I had to bag myself and still pay the high price . This is a better than average Publix by far.

Lovely Indian dishes. For dessert, try the Mango Custard. You have to make reservations, they can accommodate around 58 for a buffet. Parking available for any occasion.

My brother works here and visit this Publix regularly. Who doesnt love Publix?! I know I do!

Idk who the lady is working register 5 at 12:55 pm today but she was rude. I kept speaking just to be ignored and get bad looks. The man was nice who bagged my things but she even threw my boxes down to him after she scanned them. Just a rude experience which is crazy bc i never had a bad experience here.

Publix has always been great with customer service and cleanliness.The management at this location needs to do a better job or be replaced.Not acceptable for Publix standards.

Always well stocked and neatly a organized store. The Staff are always friendly. Today I received assistance from Roman, he stopped what he was doing to help me search for a product in the frozen food section.

This store is always clean and and pleasantly lit. I can see everything easily. The management and staff are practically over the top with kindness and service. The management and staff always ask,did I find everything that I needed . Even the staff working in the ilses are polite and helpful. I wish every store was like this one.

You know I have never been so upset and disappointed in a publix employee as I was when I visited this location. I was at the deli and the lines were long but I get that publix makes the best subs but as I get to the counter to order the worker asked me what was I having so as I began to tell her she throws up her hand and calls someone else over to take care of me but to make a long story short I hear this same person yelling at the other workers so I asked the girl who was she when she told me she was a manager I couldnt believe it. I have never seen a manager this rude in my life not at publix at least. Anyway her name is Shantel and I told the worker I would definitely report her to upper management or corporate because her and her attitude has no place at publix. Ive always loved the people at publix and thats at any publix i go to never seen anything like this before. Perhaps publix should have her take some classes in customer service. Ijs🙄

Went to get a sub. Realized when I got home they double charged me for a sub. Wasn’t worth driving back. Beware of them up charging you things.

Quite possibly the worst publix ive ever been to and ive lived in homestead to west palm beach and everything in between. deli workers were cold and sarcastic and the cashier was rude didnt even say youre welcome after a thank you. 10/10 would not recommend

A little on the smaller side than your typical Publix. Since they are smaller, that condenses their shelf space and may not have everything that you may find at a bigger location. However for your most basic things, youd be fine.For some reason tonight, it was a little busy and was shocked that they only had 3 lanes open. That is very unusual for Publix. Especially when the lines are reaching the aisles. Ive experienced smaller stores open up lines to move the customers along. And it isnt as if they were under staffed. I saw some associates walking around.Our cashier however was nice and the one gentleman that assisted us with the Ive cream was extremely nice and accommodating. That is the reason for the 4 stars. Otherwise it would have been 3.Im sure Id be back.

When we first moved to the area i enjoyed this location, its close and convenient to my house, the employees were kind, the subs and deli - DELICIOUS.BUT the past two times i went to the deli for subs i was REFUSED a meatball sub because they were out. They had PLENTY in the deli area and i have seen MULTIPLE times where they would just grab them from that area and make the sub... but now they just dont wanna do it. I get really bad anxiety so the first time i just left and didnt say anything. Today the lady in the deli was so rude. First she rolled her eyes when i walked up as if i was inconveniencing her by ordering. Then i asked for a chicken tender sub she asked under breath if i wanted mayo or mustard i politely said no thank you can i have ranch? She looks up at me and huffs and says WHAT?! i repeated it and she then begins to chop the chicken and i ask if i could have it tossed in Buffalo sauce, she doesnt respond and starts just putting the chicken on the sub so I repeated my request to which she slammed her hand down and says in a condescending tone that she was going to put it ontop i let it go and said ok. She she put the cheese i asked for and without even asking toasted it, luckily i wanted that. She asked what id like ontop i say just pickles for this one. She stops everything and looks at me angrily and says how many subs do you want? I politely say just 2. She looks me up and down and asks why i didnt tell her that before she made me the first one... i said she simply didnt ask and i didnt know i was supposed to do so? She wraps it and shoves it at me rudely and asks what the next one is. I said a half meatball sub on white please and she said yea im not making that were out of meatballs... it was 1130am... how are you out? I just said um ok? And turn to leave and see theres 8+ things of meatballs so i unfortunately had to find a manager to ask why this was a thing,. I got the sub after all of that made by one of the deli managers and left. I will not be returning to this location because of this experience. I dont see why after i was so polite i was treated so poorly. Especially since the subs i ordered arent particularly difficult to make? I hate confrontation but i had to say something. I was very unsatisfied with my experience.

I have various conditions and shes been very helpful getting all my prescriptions transferred and reviewing my drug interactions. Her knowledge is beyond reproach. I dont know what I would do without her .she is a definite asset.

Your cashiers need training in customer service. Its basic: Hello- did you find everything you were looking for?- Goodbye. I did my regular food shopping at this publix until I left feeling how I felt today. I was in a rush and the few checkout lines available were taking too long so I went to the express checkout even though I had like 20 items. My cashier rang my things up without greeting me first or speaking to me or even bothering to say my total price in the end outloud. I felt so uncomfortable and left feeling FURIOUS. You guys lost me as a shopper today.

I used to love this Publix because it’s so close to my house this review and rating is about the Deli. But I work at night so when I get off in the morning I want a quick meal...too bad the deli doesn’t think like that, they are super slow and NOTHING is never done. Is there a time that they are supposed to cook because it seem like they are not on schedule. I’m not going to say they all need to be replaced but I do think their manager needs to step it up a little well A LOT. Because that’s going make people go elsewhere

Publix is my best supermarket

Stocked better than the Publix nearer me though no one seems to be monitoring the arrows on the aisles not even employees. They also only had 2 checklanes open that werent express. As always the service is friendly and professional.

I have like 4 option Publix but this one has it all convenient and ready.. Specially Bakery and Deli.. all fresh.

I’ve been shopping here for years. Everyone is always willing to go out of their way to be helpful! Easy exchanges or returns. Ask an employee where an item is, they escort to the item to make sure you get what you are after. Produce is always appealing. And Joe the butcher is just Great (and handsome 🤗) a delightful help. And when I can’t locate my favorite ice cream... Mr dairy area man always seems to find one for me! This Publix location is always clean & friendly!

This used to be my favorite Publix, they never have anything. Needed some college rule composition book they only had wide rule ...😩 Arrived at 2100 hrs no more chicken. Maybe it’s a sign that I should stop eating 🥩. They are so close tho... Yes they have a friendly staff love the workers... variety please.

The Deli employees at this location are lazy... They have a meatball sub on the menu and everytime I go in asking for one they always say not today... Why is it on the menu if it is always not today???its doesnt say on the menu that its only made when convenient for the employee... I would give this place zero stars if possible

Very clean and people are nice and polite. Very good energy there. Fruits and veggies are super fresh-overall great experience. Every person in the store is courteous and willing to help. Deli, bakery and cooked meals are exceptional. Managers are always willing to take the extra step to assist if the need arises. I personally think this is thee best Publix ever.

Staff members are friendly and attentive; food quality, selection, and prices are decent; and shopping carts litter the parking lot. So about what youd expect from a Publix.The deli section is good, but seems understaffed. Its consistently slow. The meat, specifically packaged cuts of beef, could be better. Overall, though, I can generally find everything I need.

I had the best experience at this Publix today. There was this gentleman that was serving guests at Lane number eight and he was awesome he was picking people out of other lines to make their wait faster and he was greeting people. Also everybody was greeting people asking if they need help. And the lady making the subs was very patient and helpful and very courteous of the other guests in the line as well. In all aspects this Publix is running very well

I have been shopping at this location for a very long time, all the staff & management are very helpful and nice EXCEPT for a very odd and unexpected experience of one particular staff at the sandwich station this afternoon: Her name was Yonallia or something like that, first she rolled her eyes because she had to go cut the necessary meat for the sub I had ordered, then she proceeded VERY slowly to assemble the sub, looking more interested into making conversation with coworkers than making the sub, when I had asked for the toppings for the sub (because I was telling her 1 by 1 of what I wanted) she told me plain flat that I look like I am in a hurry.... and then I should just tell her from the beginning ALL the toppings all at once not 1 by 1!!!It got better when she had simply walked away from the sub station, and her colleague had to finish making my sandwich!! I had briefly informed the lady that said she was the manager... WOW Shopping was NOT a pleasure today!

A well managed public with adaquet parking and short wait times at the register. This is a busy establishment so be prepared for somewhat of a crowd. Otherwise, the produce, meats, seafood and dry goods all appeared to current and fresh. I always like the freshness of the produce at Public as this commodity is always looked after well for spoilage. That was certainly the case at this location.

This Publix is always out of chicken wings when I go to the deli at 6:30pm. I dont understand why, and they never seem to be cooking any. It is very disappointing because I have to leave and go to another Publix.

Have nice variety and manager greets you on siteBut I do have to say my piece about deli workers. At this and almost all locations, the deli sandwich makers are the slowest anywhere. As a restaurant manager myself, I cannot justify the unbelievably slow pace the sandwich makers take. This causes people to wait way too long in back of line. And they dont know their own menu either.
