Solely Bimmer is outstanding! I cannot say enough great things about this place! I went in to get an estimate for replacing the front bumper because of issues with the undercarriage panel/deflector coming unattached and dragging on the ground due to getting caught on concrete barriers at the front of parking spaces. They said they didnt do that type of work, but when I told them I was out here visiting my parents after driving cross-country from Miami, they offered to look at the repair work that had been done by others to see what the risk looked like. They put the car on the hoist and showed me what had been going on, how it had been fixed by others and that types of repairs should be done longer term. They put in additional screws so that I would have greater peace of mind driving back across the country to Miami. And, to be sure the car was as safe as possible, they topped off my fluids and adjusted tire pressure. When I asked what I owed them, they would not accept payment! These are honest people who are doing their best to treat their customers fairly. And, they go above and beyond the customers requests to ensure that their needs are fully cared for as well. I wish I lived out here and could bring my car to them for all of my maintenance needs. Suffice it to say that I will happily refer others to them and will use them whenever I need service in Orange County.

We have been going to Solely Bimmer for about 10 years now. They have always treated my wife and I great and our 325i has never run better. They also worked on our relatives 740 as well, which tend to be much more complex to work on due to all the fancy electronics. The techs really know their stuff so when you take it in they solve the issues or perform the maintenance properly and expeditiously. Their prices are better than dealer and competitive with any other independent shop out there but the service is better than the other options. If you have a BMW I Highly recommend Solely Bimmer for any service or repair needs.

Travis and Matt are amazing: they were very friendly, professional, and know their stuff when it comes to BMW. I brought my E46 here out of storage after two years and they helped me get it back on the road after doing a thorough inspection. On top of that, they are super fast finishing a whole list work some of which was not routine. I highly recommend bringing your BMW here before looking anywhere else!

Travis and his team will, without a doubt, take care of your BMWs needs, and can I say the customer service and attention to the customer are fantastic. Ive had a couple of services done, from a valve cover to oxygen sensors to just some cosmetic pieces from a kidney grill to the inner door handle on my car being replaced here. My 2013 335i M Sport hasnt had any issues since weve taken the vehicle to Soley Bimmer and has been running like a champ. Several years ago I looked for an independent BMW shop. I was lucky enough to have stumbled upon Solely Bimmer. I have had them work on two of my cars over the years. I have always found them to be extremely knowledgable, great communicators, fair in their pricing, and truly an honest neighborhood shop, committed to serving their community for the long haul. They are family owned and their techs are always friendly and happy to help in anyway possible. Believe me when I tell you, they have earned their 5 star rating....they are really that good.

These guys are great! They are very knowledgeable and very fair. I highly recommend taking your car here - especially for people who have BMW maintence plans but the repair is not covered. These guys use OEM parts which is a huge plus. The staff is excellent and they do great work!

This place has great customer service! I took my car here after getting a vehicle check done at the dealership. They charged me about half what the dealership wanted for the same services. The work was done quickly and everyone was very friendly.

Came in for a clutch replacement on my 2001 BMW Z3... was told by my previous mechanic that the clutch was in need of fixing as it had neared the end of its life. After taking it to Travis at Solely Bimmer, he called me the very next day..not to tell me the job is finished and the price will be X amount...but instead called to let me know I was misinformed and the clutch had plenty of life left!Not only did he save me over $1400, they noticed my door latch was out of alignment and realigned/ lubed it completely fixing my “door not opening unless knee is pressed issue”For a grand total of: $0I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience and will definitely be coming again!

Took my vehicle in for brakes. The car never made a noise or had a leak. Set an appointment. Brought by and dropped it off. Service took all day. Was contacted right before they closed that it was ready. Car was pulled around front making a terrible sound from engine compartment that was never their before. When I asked what it was. The owner I am assuming replied Oh that sounds like the compressor. He then proceeded to hand me the keys and offered up no further assistance. Got home and parked the vehicle. Left for work in the morning. Got a call from my wife explaining there was a large puddle of oil on our garage floor. Came home to find that indeed there was a lot of oil on the floor. As stated before the vehicle never made a noise or even a drop of fluid leaked from anywhere before. I was offered no assistance in resolving the issue with them and basically paid money, I worked for, to have my vehicle mistreated.

Travis and his entire crew at Solely Bimmer have always been incredibly great to me. Extremely professional, accommodating and timely. Travis knowledge of BMWs in second to none. He has been able to diagnose some of the more odd things my car has done over the years. Highly recommend them!

Travis and the team have worked on my sons BMW 335i for the past 6 months. Their knowledge of the car and BMW in general is amazing. And the guys always go the extra to address other small issues they find. Truly an amazing find for BMW owners who dont want to go to the dealership and pay dealership prices.

Chadd and his team are awesome he even help out when the tow truck guy tried to hose us for 3 x the price quoted he stepped in and said it is not right and its not our problem that there people miss quoted us. Personally these guys are 100% solid good people who actual care about there customers and value there business if you own a BMW come see Chadd and his crew they are the real deal and know BMWS like the back of there hand and wont pull and bait and switch tactic like the tow truck company good honest people end of discussion.

I have an old 2004 BMW 545i that I never drove and the battery died. I replaced both it but the fault sensors were all set off so the Owner (ugh! Forgot his name!) said let me do it for free where other shops said it’s be $100 minimum and a few hours to deal with. He spent 15 minutes and got all the faults fixed once I showed up. For FREE! I’d highly recommend his shop due to their integrity and ethics. I’m buying them shop pizza Monday for their troubles. Thanks again!

I have been to Soley Bimmer 3 times, once (a year ago) when I purchased my 2009 BMW providing me with a complete (computerized) overview/inspection at no charge, and twice since to test my brakes and advise me on future maintenance needs, also at no charge. Chad has been the most honest and helpful manager/technician I have ever met in this business...PERIOD. Hes a blessing to have as a resource and his staff is also AWESOME!

Once again Chad and his team were able to diagnose my car this week and repair it but here is the twist in the story. While Chad right away was able to repair my car he did not plan that the new part ordered would in fact be defective. Because of the nature of the repair and time required my car would have to be in the shop over night. What he did next simply sets him apart from all other BMW private repair garages in Orange County. Chad understands that if you are without a vehicle (especially if you are in sales) that this can cost you in many ways and because of this he gave me the keys to his 5 series BMW so I could conduct my business the next day. Nobody that I know of does that but to him it was a normal course of business. There should be a 6 star rating and it would go to Solely Bimmer!

Came to see Chad after picking up a used BMW for my son. The check engine and other lights kept coming on after 2 different mechanics checked it out. This time the trans light was on. Chad diagnosed in about 5 minutes that it was not the trans and really was a non-oem part that was throwing a phantom code. Others may have taken advantage of the situation and sold me a trans. On top of this, he did not have the part in stock, so he gave me the one off of his car so that we could go in and pass the smog test sooner! This was a few months ago and Solely Bimmer is the only place we bring this car.I am now in the market for a used BMW and they gave a thorough FREE pre-inspection for a car that I am now going to buy. Matt, a mechanic there, spent about an hour looking the car over and the paperwork. Awesome. Have dealt with Travis too, Chads brother. Great guy as well.Prices are fair! Great customer service!
