If I could leave 0 stars I would. This place lacks in so many areas I don’t know where to begin. Let’s start from the begging, my husband had called to set up a appointment to bring my car in. When we arrived to drop my car off the old man who was taking the keys and information was not very personable. We asked if any problem arises during the alignment to please call us. He acted as if we were inconveniencing him. About a hour later we get a call that it’s done. And after my husband had paid for it. The gentleman said that the alignment couldn’t be completed and wasnt 100%. Said we needed new inner tire rods. And that the screw for the tire rods wouldn’t come off. So instead of calling and asking if they could take a wrench to it. They did it instead and hacked up the bolt completely ruining it. As well as when I got in the car with my two kids the steering wheel was now turned to the right !!! And stuck like that!! And it wasn’t like that before. They made my vehicle not safe to drive around with my kids. They had said once the inner tire rods were fixed they would do the alignment for free since we paid for one that wasn’t even completed. So my husband installed the tire rods and called today to set up the appointment for the alignment to hear no, we were going to be charged again !!!!! They are liars and don’t trust them with your vehicle. They will take your money and screw you over. And cause more damage to your car. I went to another reputable shop in laguna niguel across from tucker tires. They are great! And I highly recommend them instead.

My SUV was struck by a large tire treads on highway 5 on the way from LA to SD. It made so much noise, I decided I couldn’t drive it for safety reasons. I usually take my car for repair at Firestone in Poway. So, I quickly looked up local Firestone shop and found this place. The service manager not only promptly fixed my vehicle, but he didn’t charge me anything for the service even after knowing I don’t live in the area. I wish I had this honest and hardworking auto repair shop near my home since I would take it here all the time. You must have a good and reliable mechanic in your life. Place was clean, staff was prompt, and you can see everyone was busy serving customers. Thank you!

Horrible! Poor ethics and no integrity. I went in to have air put in my Mercedes C300 tires and was happy to pay for this. I was told I had a nail in one of my tires. They said they would fix it and add air to the rest of the tires. No problem for me and I waited in their customer service area. I was told upon completion that I owed nothing but needed 4 new tires. They gave me a bid and I said thank you, I would consider it. Four days later, my tire pressure registered as low. I took the car to another center, a nail was found! (in the same tire) SO...Mission Tire Center did not repair my tire! When I called them, they denied the situation.

Had a slow leak due to a tire puncture from a screw. I came in without an appointment. 45 mins and $15 later, the problem was solved and I went about my day. Super friendly, fair, and fast service. Great experience.

Honest, reliable and friendly.The first time I came here, my fairly new car made an outrageous noise, it turned out it had a recall that I didnt know about because Subaru didnt notified us, they were able to diagnose what my car had and sent me to get it fixed at the dealer.Then I came with a punctured tire, got it fixed in about 30 mins.Then I came with my other car to get it aligned and fix the breaks, the car felt like newI cannot express how pleased I am for their work! Reasonable prices and close to my house. They can do everything. Fixed my vans stabilizer bushings, installed new rear shocks and worked on my automatic door locks that were broke. I think I finally found a place I can rely on and use for everything.

I am probably the most annoying type of customer to most mechanics. I do almost all of my own maintenance and repairs unless a certain job is too big or I dont have a special tool required to do the job.I was looking for a place that could bleed my abs system at the same time as doing an alignment and installing new tires when I came across mission tire. I made sure to ask that they had the equipment to follow the proper procedure to bleed the abs and they politely informed me that they did. When I got my truck back the pedal was firmer and higher than I ever remember! They even had better prices than many discount places I called. Gary jr. was happy to answer all my questions (over multiple phone calls and in person) regarding tire classes and load ratings as well.Even though Ive only been here once, I would expect to receive a similar experience in the future.
