The service and product from Ortho was above excellent. My dad has a medical condition which causes him to move and talk very, very slowly. We needed to get him and my mom new motorized beds. Ross, our sales associate, was extremely helpful and patient. He met with us beforehand (minus my dad) and answered all our many questions. He was friendly, kind, not pushy, and gave us enough knowledge in a clear way that made sense. He also was super helpful and respectful during our second meeting (which included my dad). He went through all of my dads questions with him and waited the extraordinary amount of time needed to make sure my dad was physically able to try the beds and comfortable. He was willing to work with us where he could on pricing, etc. The beds arrived as promised and were installed without issue. I would highly recommend shopping at this store!›

Came in for a new mattress and was impressed with how well the process went. Jean was a great help; he was very knowledgeable and was able to direct me to the right mattress for my needs and for a fair price. Was by far the best mattress buying experience Ive had. I would certainly return for any bed needs and would recommend to others as well.

After 49 years of marriage, we decided that we would try something completely new in our sleeping arrangements. We had previously had two Aireloom standard mattresses that served us well, but wanted to try a split adjustable bed to give us greater comfort and versatility. We were greeted, as we entered the store by Dillon, who spent a long time explaining all of the options and choices that we had with our chosen option. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about all of his products. After we settled on one option we went out shopping to compare what we were offered to assure that we had made the right decision. Our delivery went smoothly and we are happy with our choices. Our only surprise was that we were not advised that a surge protector would be advised to protect the electronics and motors of the base unit.

My husband and I have been looking for a new mattress and stopped in there by chance. Austin was tremendously knowledgeable and explained a lot about mattress construction and materials. We purchased an Aireloom mattress because of the quality of construction and the materials used. We got an excellent price and couldnt be happier.

I went searching for a new full-size mattress for my son over the weekend. I visited a few places and did some research online on prices and quality of mattresses. After visiting a few stores and talking to a few store representatives, I ended up purchasing a new mattress at Ortho Mattress on La Paz. Dillion was great to work with and was very knowledgeable on the store’s different product lines. He offered me a great price and I am extremely happy with my purchase.

Actually they were pretty good and we liked the mattress, but they werent able to pick up the our old mattress when they dropped ours off. They said to call later about it. When we did they said that it was not possible and were pretty rude on the phone. They gave the old we outsource the delivery we couldnt pick it up if we wanted to defense. I thought that was pretty lame. However later we found our garbage hauler would take it away for free.

Austin is a great salesman, showed me many great options, and helped me narrow it down to the mattress I needed. Pretty cool guy related mattresses to himself, many more good things to come
