I live in Tennessee, and remotely purchased a new vehicle through Jaguar Mission Viejo. All the staff I worked with was extremely kind and helpful, and never pushy. Most interactions were over text message, which I liked. Nearly all paperwork was done digitally, and the systems used where very polished and easy to use. The dealership was also competitive on pricing and I feel I got a fair deal.

Excellent Customer Service!! So most people usually think getting their car fixed at the Dealership is considered a hassle...that is definitely not the case here! Ive been here a few times for some routine maintenance work and repair and I must say that I am always impressed by the caliber of professional service and courtesy I receive. Kyle Mendoza, one of Service professionals there, is always so responsive, respectful and courteous. He kept me well informed and made it super easy with me. He worked with my 📅 and always went out of his way to accommodate me. The car was always left sparking clean upon return too which is awesome. This dealer showed true interest in curing the issues I had with my 1 day old F type Jag. Leased from another dealer in the Bay Area who stated “We test drove it and did not have any issues”. Jaguar Mission Viejo put a tech in the car with me so to experience what I experienced. They kept it a week fixing all the interior and exterior rattled. They have my business from now on.

Great customer service was greeted right away.Only knock is I have an iPace when I picked it up it was down 30 miles of charge and hadnt been plugged in. Normally not a big deal but I had a long drive and we needed the AC full blast so I had to wait an additional 20 minutes to have it charge back up to where I felt comfortable doing the drive.

My Service Account Rep, Linda, was such a pleasure to work with regarding my 1994 Jaguar XJS idle problem. The technicians did their best to identify the idle issue, but ultimately this classic Jaguar would have been prohibitively expensive to diagnose and fix. Linda and I decided to not go forward. When I picked up the Jaguar a few hours later, Linda gave me the keys and an invoice for $0.00, and the car was washed and detailed. What a wonderful experience! True Professionals!

I am reaching out for 3 weeks for my Land Rover discovery sport major rust damage to wheel, metal blocks and the brakes during the repairs at the dealership.I stopped by last twice from San Diego 1 hour drive 1 way, per appointment . Robert Service manager mentioned will be reporting this to Land Rover and let me know the ticket and the repair actions.My wife and I tried to call several times today and left several voice messages. We did not get any update or call back or text replies.Please can you let us know the repair actions as service representative also confirmed last visit, there was no damage to wheels, brakes etc when we dropped off the vehicle for repairs. Why did the wheels, metals and brakes get severe rust within 5 days of repair? Was there any other foul play ? We do not see any tickets when we log in to the Land rover website.Please let us know the actions dealership is taking to fix this issue.We have been patiently following up and reporting this damage for more than 3 weeks for dealership to take ownership for damages. Can dealership stop hiding and step up and take care of things than making me drive every week from San diego . Its a shame.

I came in for a scheduled annual service and because Id recieved a letter regarding a recall for overactive cooling fans.When I arrived the man who greeted me questioned if I had an appointment saying lets see if youve got something booked in for today. Then he said I was past my annual service time, I replied the car only has 2105 miles thats well below annual service mileage. Then he checked his papers and said oh with your model and year your first service is after two years. I got the distinct impression he simply did not want to service my car! I had to convince him to provide the software update for the recall, and he said they were so busy it would be at least an additional 40mins to get my car washed. He made me feel like an inconvenience.He also said, dont want to keep you waiting around this boring dealership. I like cars and most of my career has been in the automotive industry, so dealership arent boring to me. Dont make presumptions about your clients!

I’ve been going to Mission Viejo Jaguar for 11 years, both for sales and service. Their service advisors and mechanics are professionals. Even with the change in ownership, they still treat their customers with respect and friendliness. This time was the same. The service advisor, Cesar Barrancas, was very knowledgeable and friendly. This is what one expects from a dealership if one of the world’s most venerable automakers.

My service began a bit rough. My husband and I went to look at a Jaguar XE. We started out with a sales rep who left us and went to help someone else without a word. The receptionist (sorry I forgot her name) was absolutely amazing and did everything she could to get us some help. She didnt let up until we got someone. Unfortunately, we had to wait about an hour before we had a salesman. We ended up with John Totaro who turned out to be a blessing in disguise. He was attentive from beginning to end. It got late the first night we test drove the car, so we went back the next day to complete our paperwork.John stuck with us to the end, was attentive, and knowledgeable. I will just say, there is a Jaguar service center less than 5 miles from my home but I chose to drive 30 plus miles to Jaguar Mission Viejo because of their service, honesty and have you feeling you and your auto will be well taken care of.Service Advisor, Linda G is superb in our knowledge and customer service. I have that dreaded extended warranty outside of Jaguar and she fought tooth and nail to get almost every repair covered under the warranty. Shes amazing.And the facility at Jaguar Mission sets the standards of what a service center should look and feel like. The repair shop has all glass between the shop and customer center where you can see your vehicle at all times if you stay. I felt like I had an office away from my office with everything available to work on my much needed work needs.
Kyle went above and beyond with level of service. On top of it he put me in a brand new 2021 F Pace loaner vehicle and I am now excited to make the transition into a new car. Smart business move!!!

Back door latch failed unexpectedly, causing the door to swing open while driving. Since I couldn’t wait for a scheduled appointment. I had called 2 different dealerships in Orange County, one had a walk-in wait of minimum one week, while the other one, service advisor told me 2-3 weeks !!I called this dealership and got Linda as my car advisor. She was AMAZING! She was able to get my car seen that same day. She handled everything with such great intent to resolve and professionalism. She kept me updated daily and was very thorough and detailed. I would say this was the best customer service I’ve ever received while having my car serviced. (Including having other high line cars prior)
Name is a bit misleading, but all’s well that ends well. Turns out they sell cars, not cats. Was hoping to build a pit of hungry, wild felines to intimidate my enemies. Ended up leaving with a F Pace, which is not as intimidating, but really fun to drive. Good service.

Linda in service is great she always gives top notch service. I am having difficulties with the FPace SVR I leased starting Nov 2019 . As soon as I got the car there was some brake noise. At 9153 miles June 2020 I took it in because the noise got louder. It needed new rotors and pads . I waited one month for the parts . I got the vehicle back and it still made noise when going in reverse. I needed service at 14415 oct 29. I mentioned I still had brake noiseAnd now I need rear pads $890 . I regret getting this this car

I don’t write too many reviews but after the amazing service and kindness I received at Land Rover I just had to say thank you. Scott handled my car- I was panicking as gasoline went everywhere due to a fuel line break, but he kept me calm, reassured me and handled everything. My back-up camera went gray in my new Velar so I tried going on line and making an appointment at both of the Jaguar Land Rover Service Departments in my area but when I saw my Service Advisor at Jaguar Land Rover Mission Viejo that is where I decided to take my Velar. Linda Gemayel provides exceptional service and great communication so you know when your car will be ready. Of the two dealers and their service departments, Linda is at the one that is furthest from my home and office, but to have her as my Service Advisor is worth the drive.

I’m told Land Rover of Mission Viejo has new owners and I have to say it truly shows in every aspect of the dealership. My service issue was quickly and properly attended to by several specialists and I couldn’t be happier. During my visit to the shop to drop off my vehicle I was introduced to several of the new sales team as well and I must say they were all attentive, extremely pleasant and knowledgeable.
