Not what it used to be. They used to treat customers so well when I visited: Can I get you coffee? or No problem! when I asked for a rain check on a car wash or honor a oil-change discount without a coupon that I discarded. Now theyre like, We cant do that, refusing to accommodate in the slightest. I did not find the service staff very professional, either. When I pulled up to the service desk, nobody showed up. I do not plan buy my next car from them.

I went there to fix my front side car windows and after 3 times visiting and then keeping the vehicle for multiple days each time. They said they can’t fix a simple window problem. And when you try to get customer support, they were terrible and started yelling and they hung up. Overall bad customer support, terrible customer interaction, and bad service.

This rating is for my recent lease buyout experience with Infiniti of Mission Viejo. When I called they said the fee is 300$. After reaching the dealer they said there is another 699$ fee. Total they charged me 999$. These guys are bunch of liars. Keep away from them. They don’t even deserve a 1 star rating.

Scott (GM) and Tony (President) are happy to take your money, but unable to return a simple phone call or email to fix a registration issue (or even delegate to someone that can help). While most car sales professionals are not long lasting relationships, theres better dealerships out there. Id suggest looking elsewhere.Their parking lot is a disaster with a major bird issue.With all that said, and ironically, their finance team is one of the best Ive dealt with in years.GL.

This rating is for my recent lease buyout experience with Infiniti of Mission Viejo and their internet sales manager Ron Narodick. He was very straightforward with all fees and very helpful for stress-free buyout transaction. Before contacting this dealer, I went to Inifiniti Tustin to buyout my leased QX60. They tried to charge me buyout fee at $695 that is clearly set at $300 in the lease contract. When I requested to honor whats in the contract, they told me to go elsewhere to do the business. I just couldnt believe that they think store policy can override the power of contract in US. This didnt happened at the Inifiniti of Mission Viejo. I contacted Ron for the quote without telling him my experience at the other dealer. While honoring the contracted term, Ron even explained that I dont have to pay the registration fee that Infiniti Tustin charged me for $495 without explanation (they told me its a fee that I must pay). By doing business with Ron and Infiniti of Mission Viejo, I could saved $800 that I almost thrown away if I didnt read my lease contract. Now I know where to go for Infiniti business.

I found a pre-owned car my family and I were interested in on their online portal, called the dealership and worked a price over the phone. I also set up a meeting time where we would come and check out the car the very next day. We arrive to the dealership and we find the car we were planning on purchasing right in front of the dealership entrance. I go in and ask for the salesman that I talked to over the phone the day before, he comes out and tells me the car has been sold an hour before we arrived. I never received a phone call before I arrived or anything that it has been sold. I feel that was very unprofessional on the dealerships ends since we agreed on a meeting time and I was never notified of the sale before I arrived.

The worst customer service ever. Martin (salesperson) was very rude. He was not even wearing mask in this coronavirus time. They do not want to negotiate price at all. If you try, they will yell at you to go somewhere else. When I tried, Martin told us that he can sell the car for more money at auction. Then he told us to buy from somewhere else. I strongly recommend going somewhere else to get an INFINITI. I will never go back there again. Its a waste to spend your time or your money here. The worst dealership I have ever been.

Drove 30 miles to look at Q50 Sport certified pre owned vehicle. No customers at the dealership at all. I asked why this car had been at the dealership for 8 months and I was told, the previous used car manager priced everything too high. According to all accounts, the reduced price on this vehicle was still higher than comparable vehicles. When I asked how much room was in the asking price for negotiation, the salesperson said none. When I mentioned that there were a few lower mileage, newer Q50s available from other dealers at a lower price, the salesperson told me I should buy those instead. This dealership has no interest in turning its used car inventory into cash by making sales. Unless they are in the business of money laundering, I dont see this place being around for much longer.If you are in the market for an Infiniti in O.C., go elsewhere. This place was a complete 180-degree difference from Infiniti of Tustin which was a pleasure to visit. Wish they had the car we were looking for this time around. Infiniti of Orange County is a bit rundown but the salesperson there was helpful and respectful.

I’ve been looking for a car for over a week and I’ve been running my credit left and right. I submitted my application here and I instantly got a phone call from Eric Hunter, he needed to confirm basic info but within the hour he got back to me with an approval. I made my way over the same day because it was the best approval I received out of 5 different dealers. I highly recommend this place especially if you’re a first time buyer, they have a great selection of used cars and not to mention they are very up front, transparent, and genuine. thank you Eric and John for helping me get approved and I will recommend any one who’s looking for a car to go to you!

I went to return my leased car today after having the inspection done as instructed by the person who took my call a few days ago when I called to ask about the return of my leased car. I was told that they dont have space on the lot to take my car and to come back in a few days. I asked if theres any way I can just return the car today because I have two toddlers and its very complicated to find someone to take care of them during the current circumstances of Covid19. I was told Welcome to the real world, you should go see the line at home depot !!!!!!!! I didnt know how to respond to this honestly, I left and didnt listen to the rest of the lecture cz I could not stand the mean and rude staff. They could have said, sorry about the inconvenience, we wish we could take it today, anything decent!!!I will never step foot in that dealership again.

I went to the local auto shop to change oil and to check my tires, we found out that my tires were installed the wrong way! Since my car is a sports model, The small front were in the back and the rear tires were in the wrong place!! In the front! I called the dealer and spoke to The service manager Gerald Pagliassotti who goes by Gerry he apologized and said being the car to see it.I went directly and my son and I were there for over an hour! He admitted the mistake, offered two free tires, then said we can put them back the right way for you now until I call you to sorted out.Now he tells me someone rotated your tires!!!I said are you doubting me? Ive never done any tires service after I came to you guys!!! He says I dont know! I say how would any service rotate my tires without charging me unless you are accusing me of lying!!He says I dont know! Beware of this branch. The worst customer service when they act this cheap and selling high performance cars.

Our family leased 2 cars from this dealer in 2016 with Andrew, the only Manager that respond to customer call and already gone. Lately we were trying to get info from how to return a lease, we called the recommended lease return guy for more than 10 days and never receive a phone calls. I also wrote an email to all the others managers and owners and no one even care to return the phone call. I finally reach the customer relation Manager, the lady Jill Holder promised to have the lease guy calling me back, not a word after 7 days.Finally, after 2 weeks, Chad Priest, the mabager reach out to me and try to resolve the issue. There are only 2 persons that are responsive and they care Chad Priest and Phil Howard.

I purchased a used vehicle and obviously buyer must pay the official DMV registration fees as part of the contract of sale. So, if I understand correctly that buyer paid the fees to the dealer then dealer is paying to California DMV on behalf of the buyer when they are processing DMV document whenever selling a vehicle. However, I received letter from DMV indicated that I must pay the registration fee because of the invalid or bounced check from the dealer. I came into the dealer talking to the finance manager with all documents handy. They said they would take care of it but it has been another month I left many phone calls and no response as I also received a send on demand payment from DMV. So, I wrote letter to DMV along with copy of all sale documents and explained. Hope that DMV would investigate and do the right thing about it! What is so funny that a big dealer of multi millions dollars business but got this silly matter! The vehicle is great and I got no complaint about anything else. Sale process went great but this silly matter really bother and I just want this public that buyers out there must be aware that should not be happening to any consumer. Best of luck to all!

If I needed a ride home they scheduled a drive for me. The waiting area, the coffee always on point. Service advisors courteous and professional. They outline what work needs to be done of course but they will also be realistic if you need to space out services due to cost . I never feel over sold here. Luis Alvarez, Internet Director was very responsive to my email inquiries, accommodated my schedule, found the car I was looking for at another dealer, and negotiated a very competitive price in a low pressure manner. It looked like it was legit (for taxes and fees) but it ended up being just so they could pretend to give us a 700 discount.The most dishonest experience in our history of buying cars. I purchased a Honda CRZ EX from the used car side (GSM Auto Group) across the street in May 2018. I had searched for this particular car and they happened to have it on their lot. I made contact to double check specs, price, etc. They email me the Carfax. Everything looked good. So I made the drive from LA to purchase the car. Upon purchase/paperwork signing they provided me with a hard copy of the Carfax. It was the same as what they emailed me. The transaction went well.About a year later, I had decided to trade in the CRZ and lease a new car. During this process I was presented with a Carfax of the CRZ I had purchase from Infinity of Mission Viejo. Upon presentation and during the transaction with the dealer where I was doing the trade in had informed me that they could not offer me Blue Book value (or close to it), since the CRZ has been in an accident. Apparently the Carfax shared by Infinity of Mission Viejo had conveniently not included said accident. Therefore they sold me car under false pretenses of having been accident free.Buyer beware as this dealer is not honest in the used cars they present and/or are doctoring the Carfaxes. A complete lack of trust in this dealership and pretty sneaky of them to sell cars as accident free when in fact they arent.11/18/19 UPDATE: Although I appreciate Jennifer I.’s, Business Manager, response. It would play much better if the company/business manager took an opportunity to further discuss the matter, but with no mention of contact info or no reaching out to me, it seems that Infinity of Mission Viejo is not willing to do any due diligence. They are only willing to claim they no nothing of the matter and would never. Wow! I’m amazed that they can’t pull documentation to support or negate the issue at hand. I’m sure if I had missed a payment they would have all the information needed to track me down. A little suspect? I think. Jessica I., I would appreciate you following up as a customer courtesy, since Infinity of Mission Viejo is so honest and customer driven. Purchased a used car 2.5 weeks ago. Was one of the worst car buying experiences I have had. The dealership as a whole was so disorganized. No one communicated with one another on what was next in the process . We came in the night before to look at the car and specifically told Roy ball that we want to do as much as possible so when we came in the next day all we needed to do was sign papers. We arrived when store opened following day. The car was not ready, the paperwork was not ready. We waited nearly 3 hours with two young kids. We waited for finance nearly an hour . It was after 10 am on a Friday and he was just getting in. I could see him just sitting there doing nothing. He then takes a guy ahead of us with no communication of why. ( probably because we are getting a used car and no survey). We didnt even sign our papers in the finance office. Our sales person brought them to us in the waiting area with no knowledge of what he was telling us to sign. It then had the wrong address and he said it was ok . I have been trying to get ahold of anyone that can tell me where to make my car payment and who we are financed through, and no one has the decency to call me back. I am absolutely furious, hence this review

Maybe they already met their monthly quota but either way, the price they quote me is pretty ridiculous. $719/mo for the Q60 LUX and $625 for Q50RS I already have much better quote somewhere else. While I didnt tell them, they didnt seems want to make a deal. Ron keep saying there arent too many Q60 on the road. I guess hes trying to tell me its a rare car and we arent willing to sell them cheap. Anyway, I did thank them for the time and I had to walk out. Feeling disappointed and a waste of time. After I got home they called me and said we can sell you the Q50RS for $525/mo if you come down right now. humm.... No. You missed your chance. Not coming back and will not recommend anyone to go.

Just took my 2017 Infiniti QX 60 in for 20,000 mile service. Was informed that my tires need to be replaced and I need rear brakes. I am a cautious driver in my 70s. Their service is a rip off. For the money you spend for an Infiniti there is no way tires should have to be replaced in 20,000 miles. I’ve had tires last for 40,000 miles and brakes for 60,000 miles. Your choice but I will never buy an infinity product again.

Warranty repair. I was told part would be in 3-4 days and I would be contacted. Its now 8 days later and I call to see if part is finally in. Yes it is. In fact it arrived 3 days ago! Perhaps if I was paying for the repair I would receive a little higher level of service but I doubt Ill continue to go here post warranty so I guess Ill never know.UPDATE 6/13/19:I set an appointment and arrived 10 mins earlyAfter waiting until my appointment time I walked to Toms desk and asked if he remembered that he was to call me when the part came in? He snidely responded that Parts was to call me. I asked if this quick fix would be done while I waited and he said as soon as he got to the 2 in front of me so late afternoon and most likely tomorrow.What? Not sure they understand the concept of an appointment. No expectations set, no communication. I set this up online, which had 20 min increment options and the option for waiting.I grabbed my keys and left.UPDATE TO MY UPDATE 6/13/19:After I had a moment to cool off I return to Infiniti and asked to speak to the GM. I was introduced to Chad GSM (hopefully he takes over service soon as well) and told him my story while his boss (a VP I cannot remember his name) walked in and listened. They told me theyd see if they could get my car to front of the line. As they did this I met Scott the owner and told him of my issues with the online scheduling and setting customer expectations. All three gentlemen ensured I would get the car repaired and they told me 45 mins. While it was great to have this white glove service with the GSM, VP and owner driving the service I hope they take the opportunity to make a few changes in their online reservation system and overall customer experience so each subsequent experience feels as if they are pushing it through. Just set proper customer expectations around realistic repair times, especially on a follow up visit. Im keeping with one star as that is the rating for this visit. Ill reevaluate if I have another opportunity to visit again. Warranty expires in August 2021 so Im sure therell be time....

We recently had a tremendous experience purchasing a new QX80. Ryan our salesperson was extremely knowledgable and helpful by keeping us informed of the status of our transaction even from home. Chad the manager was easy to deal with and helped create the easiest experience weve ever had purchasing a vehicle. Tyler, the F&I manager, went out of his way to make it clear that we were more important to him than the deal and was amazing. We can and do strongly recommend each of these automotive professionals. What a great team. 5 stars all around.

Amazing service. Arrived Saturday night, well past closing time, with car trouble. Manager was working late, opened the door, was extremely helpful. Suggested a safe place to park the car, took my keys, wrote a note for the service department representative who would help me on Monday when they reopen. He had to leave, but allowed me to stay untill my Uber arrived. Just had to exit through a back door that would automatically lock behind me. I was there for another 5-10 mins, alone, in the dealership. Left through the back door when Uber arrived, got home safely. Managers name was Chad Priest. Thank you Chad!!!!!!

This place has the worst customer service I have seen in 30 years that I have owned a car. Starting from day one, when I tried to buy my car there, till today, a year later when I have service issues or questions. The employees are rude and disrespectful and do not take the time to speak to you. You can never get hold of anyone in service since they seem to always be understaffed.I have ended up calling Infiniti of Tustin to get my service related questions answered and I was immediately connected to a very knowledgeable service advisor, even though I did not buy the car from them.The management in Infinit of MV is sub par and you definitely do not get a quality of service youd expect from an Infinity dealer. I wanted to buy my car from them since MV is my hometown but I was greatly disappointed.I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere to buy a car.

This Infiniti dealership in Mission Viejo has never tried to sale me more service than needed. Jerry will often give me advice on how to reduce my need for service on my cars by giving me maintenance tips I can do on my own. I never feel like Im paying for more than I needed.

Walked in because my car had a TPMS light on, and a few others, was taken into the office, was rudely told that each tire pressure sensor (without looking at my car) will need to be replaced and it will cost $700 each. Also, was told a loaner car would not be available unless I make an appointment and wait two weeks.Left, called another dealership, made an appointment for the next morning and received a brand new Q50 loaner car for the day and they also fixed everything for $450.Thanks Mission Viejo Infiniti for showing me your true colors and allowing me to find quality service at reasonable prices.

I had a horrible experience with the service department today. I made an appointment several days ago to have a recall repair done. I was told the repair would take about 2 hours, so I made an appointment for 1 pm today. They asked me which advisor I would like, and since I have known Tony Beheshti many years ago when he ran an European car repair shop (I had my Mercedes and BMW serviced there), I asked for Tony. They called me to confirm my appointment yesterday (which I did) and also sent me an email reminder.When I showed up for my appointment, Tony was not there. Another advisor told me that they were fully booked and couldnt take my car. In addition, since they are out of loaner cars, I was not able to leave my car there and get a loaner. So the bottom line was that although I made and confirmed my appointment, they were too busy to service my car!! I took off work this afternoon to get the repair done; instead, I had to do it another day. I tried to talk to the Manager there but so far has no success.I owned a G35 before and bought my M35 here at Infiniti of MV. I was thinking of trading my car in for another M, and my wife was thinking of getting a J. Before today, I would have naturally gone to them for the new cars, but after today, never again. I made an appointment with another dealership next week for the recall repair and will probably get my new cars from them. Great job in mistreating and thereby losing your customers! I will make sure I post my reviews elsewhere and file my complaint with Infiniti USA.

We called this dealship in hopes of getting the brand new 2018 Infiniti QX30. The sales man who goes by the name of MATT (avoid at all cost) was a completely condescending liar, prior to leaving our home we called him numerous times confirming the deal we made over the phone, he confirmed and we were on our way from Covina. We get to the dealership and he gives a base model when he told us we would get the premium. NEVER TRUST ANYONE AT THIS DEALERSHIP. If Only I could give this a rating of 0 stars!
