Nothing beats going into looking for a new car and not having to deal with those shady car salesmen!Met with Alex for a test ride of a Model Y and was great with all the questions we had. Needless to say, we will soon be getting our second Tesla!

Elon Musk is just plain awesome. Dumb rich unemployed women shop and spend money at the uppity mall. . Bring a car dealership to them! The overpriced bean bag store does it, and that business model actually works!

Best and easiest car buying experience ever! You don’t feel hassled when you buy with Tesla and they don’t bombard you with e-mails, phone calls, and texts like regular dealers. Trevor at the MV store is AMAZING! He was very thorough and transparent and laid everything out for us in terms of buying our new Tesla. Knowing he is a text away if we have issues or questions before delivery day is great!

I read a lot of these reviews before going to buy my Tesla and was honestly kind of nervous but now I’m convinced these people just want something to complain about. This was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had shopping for a car.  The customer service was great, the car itself is a work of art, and I’m already planning which one I want next!

Tesla always exceeded your expectations, so same here. Couple of gotchas, to be aware of. We want to physically compare the X & Y, But the X wasnt there since the refresher is coming, thus have to wait till June for this replacement, which make sense since tesla dont want you to confused with the older model. The Y is there so we were able to check it out, much roommier than we expected.Deposit is no longer refundable, when we deposited our model 3 a few years ago, it was $1000 fully refund if you cancel your order, no more, this time it was $100 but our sales person was very clear about it, so no complain here. We went ahead and put a deposit anyway since we are serious about the X. Will see if the June time frame is realistic though.

Yet the most thrilling time Ive had in years haha. I felt like a kid at candy store. Associate was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything and even reworded things at time so it was more understandable on customers (especially people new to EVs). Highly recommend Trevor. Hes my go to guy from now on 👍👍👍🙏🙏

We were not excited about going to the Tesla store in Mission Viejo because of the bad reviews we read previously. We are so glad we went today. DEZ was fantastic. DEZ took us out to the model we were going to test drive and explained everything clearly. He was courteous and just an all around nice guy.I don’t know who the people that complained on the reviews worked with but I recommend DEZ to everyone.This is our first Tesla and we are excited about our purchase.Thank you DEZ for making our experience a great one.

If no stars were available that would be more appropriate. Waited an hour and the manager karen kept avoiding us because we had a question with our order. Will not be back. Never had such bad service in a dealershipand i am in the business! There are definitely other options out there.

Staff is very respectful and nice whether youre a prospective customer or not. Joey and Adam were outstanding in answering questions and signing us up for an overnight test drive. The process was also easy and gave us a quick orientation. We loved the car and the experience it offered, we are now Tesla believers and cant wait to pick one up in a year. Thanks guys! The best cars, the best sales staff. Never pushy, always available. I must have test drove the Model X 3 times and the S twice before finally pulling the trigger. The teams at each of the stores always spent time with me. We Love our X and cant wait for our Cybertruck to get built!

I bought a Tesla X here 2 years ago, and called in recently to see if anything had changed on the new model. If my sales experience was poor last time, then this time it was even more lacking. The sales person couldnt even tell me the most rudimentary information about the car I was interested in buying again, Tesla needs to step its game up if it is going to ever offer a luxury car buying experience.

Worst service you can ever get from a relative high end car dealer. Ordered a Model 3 in Oct 2019 and turned out that the sales lady who helped me didnt enter the referral code. Worst thing is theres no way to get your incentive from referral program because of the human mistake made by the store and store manager just simply tells you theres nothing he can do from his end.

Staff was very kind and courteous! Their service was great. Tesla products are very nice and feel very well crafted. Their infotainment systems are on point, one of the best if not the best in the car industry. Highly recommended to get one, after all you will be helping the earth in style and luxury.

TESLA in general has terrible service. But its starting to get very bad. I know they are growing fast. Be prepared. Hopefully things get better.

I like this place and when I go shopping in the mall i stop by to hear about new options or events. Today I was there to sign up for Model 3 and a young girl with strong Eastern European or Russian accent wanted to help me. She was rather rude, interrupted me several times while I was completing the form. I was typing fast and using tab to move to the next box (I type 45 WPM) but she wanted to move the cursor the to next box for me. So every time I needed to pause and go back one step because she would click in the next box and I would press tab and skip to the next one. Though there was not more than few guys in the line, and there were two more agents too, her attitude was just pay and go. She would announce the title of the box with her thick accent for no reason. I mean when you type your address, of course you move from the street address to city, State and the zip code. She would announce the box title with that dry and thick voice. At the end when I said that I had a question she rushed into saying Yes your money is fully refundable in a way that you guys are killing me with the same question. I told her that, that was not my question. But by that time she was standing and moving in a way, in a way leading me to leave. I told her I want to click on the check box on the form that was requesting a test drive, but she rushed to submit and close the form. She said we dont recommend that you request a test drive for other models. I said then why you had that option on the form? She told me that I can request the test drive from home too. But that was not the right answer.Anyways, I really didnt like the interaction and expected a higher level of customer service from Tesla.

Just lip service at all! I had very bad experience with salesman Hayes. before deposit got promises about rate adjustment and free color charge on inventory car and a few other things but unfortunately after that everything is changed so I cancelled the order! Do Not Trust them!

Horrible experience. I have paid the deposit over 5 months ago and the car was supposed to be ready 3 months ago but I have not heard from anybody. Ive spoken to 10 different people in the company and nobody knows whats going on. Akash was my point of contact and his number is disconnected. I want to cancel and cannot get a hold of the right people. When I go to the store they tell me I need to talk to my Akash and the salesperson is never available

Tesla Cheats....I booked the Tesla model X at an APR of 1.49% at the dealership and now they say it is 2.49% which is cheating. This is very bad business practice and if I cancel now, they tell me that I will loose the $2500 booking amount. Is this the kind of company one should do business with ?
