The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was clean and not too crowded. We wanted a iPhone pro in a 12 or a 13 and they had neither. So we bought something we we were not thrilled about
I came to the store to get invisiglass ultra cover to switch broken one on my I phone 11/XR and I was chased out by Schoquan the manager who was so rude and disturbing unpleasant ( he refused to give his last name and first name spelling ) behavior that I will never come to that store again and I will not purchase any more Apple products, the hustle is not worth dealing with . I will let my friends know as well about my interaction with male chauvinist manager at this location.
COVID UPDATE-this has been by favorite Apple Store of all time. It is large, well stocked, and I have always been impressed with the staff. In normal times it is always busy, with classes and demos and the Genius Bar activity. Now that they have reopened it is set up with a half dozen or so service booths just inside the door. One side cues for Genius appointments the other for pick up of items bought on-line. They were able to accommodate me on a walk up basis for a purchase with just a minimal wait. Same great service. I am including a picture of the new set up.
Showed up to the store at opening the Lady Samantha who greeted us was kind and friendly and did everything to help us. She handed us to another employee who was the absolute worst. We have been Apple customers for almost 30 years and this guy answered every question with another problem or just complained. He never showed interest in helping he just made our life harder. While we were there you could hear other customers getting frustrated. I felt like the employees could care less about the service but more about the fact they were gate keepers to products.
I had a really great experience in the shop earlier this week. I was helped by a nice young lady by the name Rodeem. I had phone issues while changing over carriers. Rodeem was very patient and helpful. I’m not a patient person and I have to say your quick problem solving skills and good customer service made my experience so much better. So thank you!
This store is a zoo. You got a bunch of Apple employees standing around doing nothing while people are lined up to see the technicians. My appointment was at 3:45, at 4:15, I was finally able to talk to a tech person. She had no clue of what she was doing. I asked to see the manager, Alex Burch. He was even more clueless. 1:50 later, they said they can find the problem with my AirPod. So disappointed 🙁 🥵🥵
Terrible experiences can be found at this store. It is like a Halloween house of horror.
HORRIBLE STORE- DO NOT GO IN!They seem to enjoy having power to give you very very poor customer service. I will never buy Apple products again because of their poor attitudes.
Professional and nice with my 10 y.o. girl. She herself bought tips for her apple pen. Rebeca was patient when my girl was counting the money. Definitely the best
The worst service ever! My mom’s new iPhone 12 is defective and not working in many areas from San Diego to OC. We came here 2 times, spent hours and the issue was never resolved and she was sent home with 1k phone that is absolutely useless- just like a rude stuff in this store. Alex and Shawn were people “ helping “ us.
Everyone helpful and went very smoothly. BUSY but efficient.
They try to be nice with you and care about customers but unfortunately some of them only pretend! Most Tech and sellers that work there have no knowledge about Apple and I am surprised how they were hired by Apple!
The staff at the Mission Viejo Apple store were TERRIBLE. I brought my 87 yr old mother in with her iPhone 5 and had pre-purchased an iPhone 11 for her over the phone. I was assured that the store staff would help us get her data onto her new phone and get it up and running. Instead they were much more engaged with each other, and clearly viewed us as an imposition on what felt to us like their own store employee party. They told us they don’t assist customers transferring data from ok’d to new phones anymore and that it would be super easy for us to do ourselves at home. Well, they neglected to mention that the iPhone 5 SIM card is much smaller and won’t fit in an iPhone 11 so I had to leave my mother with a partially uploaded new phone. I was visiting from NY and had to get back home. Unbelievable.
The staff was sooooo rude they would not let me return a Apple Pencil that was purchased 3 days ago and it was unopend
Horrible service. Took 4 hours for a simple battery replacement, and we had to stay near the store the whole time. A compelling reason not to buy Apple.
If you have an Apple product that is out of warranty, dont go to this store or any Apple store. Give the job to a local small business in your area. You will get a superior customer service and will not be fed with Apple sales scams. My son, who is a minor, spent six hours of his and my life trying to change his iPhone battery in the Mission Viejo Mall Apple store. The first day the sales person, after an hour of sales pitches, sent him back home to run his phone diagnostic by himself. During the appointment, the sales person was going back and forth between the back room and the table while trying to persuade him that there were more problems than the battery and sell him a new phone. It all took more than an hour.According to diagnostics he ran, (surprise!) the phone needed a new battery. We came back the next day. This time, the next sales person pointed out a tiny 1 mm scratch in the edge of the phone, so tiny that nobody bothered to mention it during the first visit. He said, because of this scratch, they would not be able to change the battery without changing the screen that would be an extra $200. The whole appointment took 40 min plus an hour wait because we were slightly late to our appointment. While refusing to provide the service unless it was on their own terms, they tried to sell my son a new phone again or a new screen. I understand that Apple exploits its sales people not paying them well, and they need all the commissions they can get, but there cannot be an excuse for taking an advantage of a minor.I went to the same appointment the next day, now by myself. They tried to feed me with the same nonsense about changing the screen because it most likely would crack during the process of changing the battery (extra $200). The manager acted as if he was a superior authority, totally disrespectful and not willing to hear my feedback, comments or concerns despite probably being half my age and obviously far less educated. He was repeating his broken screen mantra over an over, and didnt allow me to record the conversation that is very suspicious. If all the claims are legitimate, there shouldnt be a problem.I turned around right away and went directly to a small repair shop, 7 min driving from Mission Viejo Mall. The difference in customer service was striking. It took a half an hour and $50 to change the battery and the screen stayed intact, no sign or even mention of it cracking. To summarize, during these hard times, consider supporting small local businesses, not greedy corporations which scam people out of their money. It will do good to a local business and save you time, money and spare you from unnecessary stress.
My experience at this location was nothing but terrible. The attendant that ran the diagnostics lied about was wrong. When looking at the diagnostics I was able to point that out. He was trying to upsell products when my 7 month old AirPods weren’t working. Then after speaking with Matt the manager there, he talked down to me as the customer and was completely rude and disrespectful. The mission viejo mall location is unprofessional and blatantly rude.
God i love this place. Ive been using apple product for years now and the only thing ghat i dont use anymore is apple computers. I am a professional photographer and videographer and even i hav the most powerful mac products i really hate to admit that windows machine really beats the mac in this area. I mean if you really spend mony on you mac im sure youll be fine but with 3_4k the power that you will get out of windows its much better than mac. I dont wanna get into details but as you see my review is 5 start so im a big fan.
Unfortunately There is no option for zero star, and it really hurts my feelings to give them one star, Because they don’t deserve it but what to do.They have the worst customer service ever. This place is full of MF but they call them “genius”Do yourself a favor and find another store
No help at all. Other reviews are correct, easier to do anything else than deal with this store. Makes you wonder what the purpose of this store is.
Always impressed by this location. Employees are very friendly and helpful. COVID protocols are top notch- you make an appointment to shop and check in outside and the employees wipe everything down and take temperature checks on the way in. Whole shopping process took 10 minutes- in and out very easily with my product.
Unfortunate to see how no-one cares about client these days. Brought my laptop 2 times to apple due to their worldwide keyboard recall. For the first time they just cleaned the the issues still remained. Brought it for the second time and was told I am sorry it will cost you $1400 to fix the issue. No one wants to hear and listen to you. EVERYONE IS CONCERNED ABOUT APPLES PROFIT. My wife and I work from home using identical laptops and we cant really part away with our laptops. I wasted 4 days of work and went through lots of stress. Thank you Apple. Wish you to have more and more lawsuits going forward and to the people in the store, be more human, listen and help. One day it will come back to you!!!
Very good people run this store. Polite and caring.
Matt the manager and his associate were openly lying about a diagnostic to try and upsell me on repairs.
Dont like this place too much money and I dont get that much different
I went to the Apple Mission Viejo store today about 2:50PM after checking online and noting that their website now says shop by walking in, reservations, .... etc. The guy who checked me in just in front of the door asked why I was there-I told him that I want to buy the new 24 iMac today. He informed me that all purchases are being handled online-I said, thats fine, but I havent even seen the product yet. Oh, you can walk in and browse. (I was in the walk in line.) The store was fairly quiet and there was only one person ahead of me, so I entered soon after that. I looked at the iMac, then went up to one of the employees and said that I had a quick question-We cant answer questions without an appt. I looked around me and counted 13 employees standing around chatting, plus multiple others behind the Genius Bar, all without customers. I pointed out that the store wasnt busy and that my question was quick-I was instead referred back to the guy who checked me in, who repeated his no appt., no questions answered sermon. I said, Look around-you have all of these employees who have no customers. Well, they have future appts. I browsed more on my own and left about 20 later-I still counted 9 employees standing around with no customers, plus the many employees behind the Genius Bar who were not occupied. Today this store lost my business. As I left, I spoke to the young man who checked me in and noted that it was ridiculous that they would not answer my simple question and shame on them for their poor customer service, pointing out to him that there were still multiple employees customer free, doing absolutely nothing. He snidely responded, Thank you for your feedback and for visiting Apple.
Better than I anticipated ☺️
Don’t go to apple store if your warranty expired. They won’t repair phone or iPad for you but trying to sell you the new one and take your damaged one back. Not only they charge more but also lost the information in the iCloud if battery is unchanged or dad. I had to take my son’s iPad Pro to local small repair store to get it repaired eventually since Apple store won’t repair it. 2 employees both said it’s impossible to repair it if charging port got damaged. They lied about it. It’s certainly can be repaired. Also they said they won’t be able to download the information from iCloud since iPad battery is dead. Lied again!!! Now I’m happy for my son got his iPad fixed by local repair store and they also changed less money than Apple store to replace the same model. (The price will be $100 more than buy a new one at other shops)!!! I’m so disappointed that service at the apple store. Waste of customers time and trying to make more money but not helpful at all. We deserve the better service if we trust Apple. I certainly learned my lesson and will not waste my time to come back in Apple store again!!Local repair store people are more honest and capable to get the job done 👍
Apple products by far the worse of the worse. They don’t last as long as they should. I’m glad I’ve been putting my money towards Samsung, much better results and I feel like I get more than my money’s worth. Don’t have to worry about those constant garbage updates Apple came with anymore.
We had a horrible experience yesterday with Levian at the Mission Viejo Mall store. He was very rude and completely unhelpful. Beware that when you make an appointment you are only allowed 1 purchase or transaction per appointment. We came in to purchase a new iPhone and an Iwatch. We were told by the kid that we could not do that. He rushed us, he wouldn’t walk us through phone set up and he was horrible at customer service! We will NEVER go back to this location and this kids attitude was awful. We should have just returned our purchased phone but you need to schedule a whole new appointment. Come on Apple, even following your Covid protecol, do better. Provide better service!
Fast they were able to find a solution to my issue
1 hour and 15 minutes before closing and lots of associates visibly walking around not working with clients. I could see a lot more associates than customers in store, but refused to put me down for an appointment to clean the speaker in my phone. I’ve done this in the past and doesn’t take any longer than literally 1 minute. Disappointed as associate didn’t seem very enthusiastic and caring about my need.
Horrible. Only takes appointments but you can’t set an appointment. Not helpful whatsoever. Everyone at this establishment is afraid to work. This place should close down it would probably do more good that way.
S/o and I had a 5:45P appointment and we are still waiting outside at 6:05P with other people having arrived after us. They are being taken before us with no explanation as to why. An appointment is an appointment.
Love these guys and their shop is always clean and set up in a way that allows me to transition smoothly from show room to working spaces:
Sent me home w a brand new phone to set up myself with no activated SIM card in it!
Airpod shotty
The service from the Genius Bar was fantastic. Scott was helpful and hopefully our device will be repaired
Jacob one of the employees there was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and went above and beyond. Very satisfied. Would definitely buy there again.
Great service
This place has the worst customer care service ever . The boys at the entrance are trying but get inside and meet some lady who refused to help me and got my phone blocked for 2 weeks .
Very clean and organized, picked up my item in a timely manner. The employees are social and very helpful, the place is modern and very clean. The free masks and sanitizer wipes/gel was a nice touch.
I purchased a brand new Mac book computer for $1600 and air pods in October, the pods quit working in November, I took them back and spent 2 Hours with the not Genius Bar. 1 month old pods and they would not help. Dealt with Jack the manager he was extremely unhelpful. He didnt offer any solutions. My dads been buying Apple products for years and never had an experience like this. Jack the manager said expectations we had for Apple were to high, despite never having issues with Apple until him. Worst manager at this location. We got sat down with Ethan at the Genius Bar with the technician who said that we had to wait for the software to update for thirty minutes and then he would replace them. Turns out Ethan went home and Daniel took over helping us. Daniel acknowledged Ethan wrote down that we would get new working air pods after the update. Daniel refused to follow through despite what his coworker said which was all we had to do was wait for the previous pods to update. We got stuck there another hour after because daniel wanted to replicate the problem. Manager Dominick was really rude and cocky. Dominick came out acting like he was going to help us. But he just left for lunch short after. So basically wasted 2 hours at Apple talking to a different person each time! No communication between them at all! I had these AirPods for 6 weeks, they stopped charging. After they updated the AirPods connection kept getting disconnected from them. Worst experience ever. Thanks a lot manager Jack, Ethan, Daniel and Dominic. I will let everyone I know about my experience with Apple at the mission viejo store, 6 weeks ago you were really nice when you took my $1600. Horrible experience.
THE BEST SERVICE. MORGAN IS A GREAT GUY HE WAS PRETTY MUCH RUNNING THE WHOLE STORE..THANK U
My husband and I have always loved shopping at the Apple stores. We mostly shop at the one at the Shops of Mission Viejo, CA. But we’ve been to others, including the one in Manhattan, NY. They are all terrific!
Great customer service, they greet you very quickly and make sure your issues or needs will be met when a spot opens up. Recommend making an appointment but the people here specifically are very nice! Will only go to this location now!
Great place. Helped replace my old keyboard.
Very nice store
Very Friendly staff. Helpful . DEVON was AWESOME! He went out of his way to help me with my OS until the store closed. Greatly appreciate his help. It has allowed me to get a lot of work done since.
Apple store is nice. Its the apple store. Customer service is okay.
The worst costumer service at this location, I took my phone for repair, they told me that the phone is completely dead and they can’t do anything and I have to buy a new one, I went another place to show my phone, luckily the fixed my phone! Employees at this location are only trying to sell!
Crowded, long waits even with appointments. You can buy a car faster than an iphone here.
Best apple store experience I have had. Many other local stores (I’m looking at you, Costa Mesa) are absolute pandemonium even when you have a Genius Bar appointment. This one I was in and out quickly, and my appointment time was totally adhered to.
I went in to purchase an iPhone SE for my daughter - her first phone. I was greeted quickly and soon Matt showed up to assist us with the purchase. He was just great, enthusiastic, cheerful the whole time and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We did hit a few technical snags along the way with setting up the family plan and linking it to my existing phone but he was able to assist and guide us expertly. In addition, he provided some very helpful and useful advise. At one point, we also looked at cases for the new phone and another man (I did not get his name) was very friendly, showed us the types of cases that would fit our phone since they dont display the actual iPhone SE cases on the floor. Once we picked a style we wanted, he went and got it from the back while we finished up the final set up with our phone with Matt. I mention this because in most store (Best Buy, etc.) they just point you to the cases and tell you to go find what you want without any help. All in all, a fantastic experience. I am very pleased and my daughter is ecstatic with her new phone. Thanks Matt and the entire store team!!!
My husband and I have been a client here for several years and have always received pretty good service and instruction on how to use our Apple devices. In the last year we have been very happy when we were helped by Josh who has always been especially patient with our many questions, answered them in ways we could understand and assisted us to set up our network so that we could both share information and have some privacy as individuals. A tricky business that he handled wonderfully and with a level of expertise that spoke to his intelligence and experience. We go to the Apple Store not only to buy and have repairs done, but also to learn new skills and we have found Josh to be an exemplary teacher as well. He is a valuable employee and an asset to the Apple Store. Thanks Josh!
The Microsoft store is closed in the mall!
All Apple Stores are pretty much the same. The difference with this one was, I went in to make an appointment for the genius bar and I didnt have to wait. The location near my house usually has a 3 hour wait or longer.I was in shock. Maybe I just got lucky.
It’s not the store employees fault it is Apple’s fault. The demand for service far outweighs the stores capabilities. There is not enough space or employees at this location. It’s just a bummer that I do an in store pickup for two Mac book pros, I mean 5 grand worth of computers and it takes over an hour to walk out of the store. Oh and if I need service on said computers good luck they are too busy to help in a timely manner.
Does not know how to properly display their operating hours.
Wonderful, helpful, smart staff at the Genius Bar.
Purchased a new laptop on Thursday. Did not function as I expected it should have. Today is Tuesday. Read reviews below and honestly was ready to do battle. Walked in at 6:30 pm and told the rep I have a return. He brought me to Asher. I was out of this store in 15 minutes with a new item. Asher is Superman. I was totally taken back by how flawless our exchange was. New computer in my hands, no questions asked. Smooth... Of course, this exchange was within the 14 days of purchase. My suggestion to everyone, if it doesnt feel right after a few days dont wait around. Take it back. Handle it immediately.
Everytime I go here its packed full. Luckily they have about a million people working and each one smiling and happy to help. Got the computer fixed and back on our way in less than an hour. Overall a great experience minus having a broken computer in the first place.
Really nice lighted place, big space They have numerous Apple products. They also have smaller tables near the back of the store where you ask for help I believe for kids to play games while they sit on the bouncy ball-shaped chairs.
Worst ever, i went in with a screen problem for my I phone 7 plus and after they checked my phone they said the problem related to water and this phone is not waterproof it’s water resistant it was very rude statement all the employees always repeating this statement even with out asking what happened, you guys!!! Who told you we are swimming with our phones???
I see some low reviews, but my family has been here many times and bought several items, and weve had nothing but top-notch service. They are organized here, take your name and list you at the door for your convenience, and the employees that helped us went the extra mile.
No one paid attention to me. Then I was skipped in line, they took care of another customer first. Never had this problem in Irvine spectrum store.
Called today to make an appointment, been told that they dont have anything till next week, but i can walk in to store and wait to be helped, waiting time over 2 hours, i dont understand why they want me to come over when they know the waiting time is crazy, i spend over 2K for two phones, and the service i got from apple store is, it is what it is. i wish i could give zero star,
Its a nice store. i give them that but the employees are really rude. i had to ask 3 different people a question about the return policy and the first two just pushed me to a different person. whenever i buy an apple product i try to go to best buy and get it because they are nicer than the apple store. so if i were you i would try to avoid the apple store at all cost.
Aren’t friendly at all, if you have a problem they won’t ask about it, they will “book you a call with the support center.”
I was going to buy an iwatch the second series and they put me on a list and I wait for like a good 20 minutes and these guys came in like way after that I did and they had a question and I wanted to buy something and they helped the other guy first. The guy was much older than I was and I look young for my age so I think that was a factor but I dont think that should be one consider that I was going to buy the watch. So Im just take me off the list and hes like oh you had question on a product and Im like no I wanted to buy something but I dont have time anymore so left with my money that I was going to purchase the I watch while they were assisting the people with questions.
They are not good I had a girl work with me with dark hair. The simple questions I had for her she could not answer. When I said my ex husband of 15 years was a soft ware engineer she walked away and refused to help because she was not qualified for the job. This is so bothersome. I guess they are truly about sales at this location and only know very basics. I think her name was Christi
Staff are friendly. Products are works of art. Value proposition is weak. Products are way over priced. It seems since Steve Jobs passed on to the next part of life the hardware innovation has stalled. The software has fallen behind as well in the era of cloud based platforms. Its such a great California company, hope they figure it out and get back on track. We need their technology diversity to fuel innovation in ecosystems of the future.
I walked in with a simple question about my phone and they told me it was going to be a 56 minute wait....
Good thanks you
Rita and Jed are both very professional, honest, and helpful beyond what the job requires. Thanks guys
Got there before they opened, with my son. Perfect time of day to go. Plenty of people to help us.
Employees are absolutely horrendous. The managers talk down to you like you’re a child. They’ll do anything they can to give you the runaround and hope you leave so they don’t have to do any extra work. They put a shame to the Apple name.
They never answer the phone. Its actually the company fault, they made this automated assistant, which routes all the calls to a central location, and they have long waiting periods to answer, and also dont have good knowledge. Shame on Apple! Their products are so expensive, but it sounds like they really dont care about their customers. Its easier to get a live person at IRS than this company.
My wife went in to have two batteries replaced for two iPhone 6s for our kids. When we went in there we found out each phone was going to cost $20 more than what we thought it was going to cost. When we originally made the appointment to go and have this done we were not told at any time that the price was going up January 1st 2019 $20 each more than what it was in 2018. If we would have known this we would have made sure we went into the store even if we couldnt get an appointment and waited to save the $40. Furthermore, the employees were very unprofessional and acted as if there was nobody in charge when we insisted we should be charged the price that we originally expected. They only want to pass the buck and not take responsibility. Extremely poor customer service and no professionalism whatsoever. I will be going back to the store to find out the highest ranking manager I can find and make sure they give me my money back. Even if they have to give it out of their own pocket because they think its so cheap why do we even care? Those are the kind of remarks that we heard them say to each other as if we couldnt hear them.
I want to give a shout out to Damen for being extremely helpful! This man deserves a raise. He has the best customer service I have come across in a long time. He is very knowledgeable and answered all the questions that I had. The employee who checked us in and put us on the waitlist seemed very indifferent about my iPhone issues, however Damen acknowledged them straight away and helped me resolve them! I would definitely come back to this location again because of him. Thanks Damen!
Worst customer service experience. Great products. The way you have to find a customer service rep to “get in the cue” is annoying. I went in expecting to spend a lot of my money on a new iPad Pro, Beats headset, keyboard and various accessories. I got stuck in a cue fro 29 minutes. Then I was bearded to a sales rep on the floor in the middle of a transaction with another customer. He asked what I was interested. And I told him a new iPad. Without giving me the chance to ask any questions he rattled off what color I could choose and the storage. When I told him what I thought I wanted he told me and the other customer he would be back with both of our iPads. Before he could leave the manager brought over another customer for him to help at the same time. What I really wanted was a sales agent I could talk to about the product and options and not feel rushed. I got fed up and just walked out the door.
This Apple Store is easy to get to and the staff is great. But like all the Apple Stores its usually packed but it didnt take to long to get help. Dobt forget you can order and pay online and pick up at the store!
The staff are beyond rude and frankly they seem to rather be hanging out and chatting to each other than actually serving customers. I wonder who taught them that the best way to appease a customers frustration is to never smile, make them wait for ridiculous amounts of time with no apology or chit chat whilst they all talk amongst themselves, to tell the customer they dont know how the store runs so they have no right to complain! Seriously!!Ive visited twice in two weeks both times I was greeted with sullen miserable staff! I will never ever return even if it were the last store on Earth!!!
Sophia & Conor @ APPLE store MV Mall gave me the help that I was expecting to fix my daughters Iphone 7 motherboard issue. ! Service oriented, problem solving and with a proud smile...what more do you need.
Worse service ever. I went there 2 and each time the ginger with short hair and short beard told me he same thing for 2 different problems. Both battery related on the 6+. I was told That the phone was completely trash and he REFUSED TO LOOK AT IT for even a minute. Like he was not trying to do work. Ran into the back so he could hide. Just told me it was broken And needed to buy a new one. Laziest genius bar. Took my dead phone to his manager and they dismissed the incident with his coworker. but at least he was WILLING TO DO THE WORK HE IS GETTING PAID TO DO. Didnt even take the manager a half hour to help me through my problem. Android doesnt give me this BS.
This Apple store is always crazy busy. I make my appointments online. I have always received help with all my issues. Everyone I have encountered has been friendly and knowledgeable. I am always pleased with the service here. You must have some patience at times because it can get crazy in there during peak times.
Apple mission viejo seems to be losing its former great customer service of a friendly human being helping out the customer and eager to go the second mile to solve apple issues....versus just trying to do the minimum and get the customer out the door...and I was there during a slow time. I used to look forward to going in even for an apple issue but I kind of dread it now.
I was dissatisfied with my experience here. I took my computer per repair and the wires were not connected properly when i was returned my computer. i would suggest going to another computer repair store!
Overrated. And when I bring in my iPhone that magicly wont turn on anymore for no reason whatsoever they cannot tell me what is wrong with it. Offered no solutions. Just a shoulder shrug and a lame appology about how theres nothing they can do for my mystery broken phone.
Great service and very helpful staff. I don’t know why people bash this store. I’ve nevwr had a bad experience.
Walked in the store. Asked 3 people nicely if they can help me, totally got ignored. Its 10:30AM. The store is not busy at all. Not until I got upset and told them to stop ignoring me did they finally acknowledge my presence. One guy walked away, another lady helped me but didnt even apologize for their incompetent customer service. Explained to her twice (maybe more) that Im just upset because I have been ignored several times when nicely asking for help. No apology. Maybe if I walked in with a designer bag and a nice watch or maybe face full of makeup. Maybe then someone will be nice enough to help.
Tried out the new service apple rolled out where you order on your way phone and when you arrive you get a notification on your phone prompting you where to stand and they bring it out to you in about 3 minutes. So easy for holiday shopping.
Its always nice to go to a store and check the item one wants before buying it
Went in to shop for an Apple Watch for my wife. Not only did they take time to review the different models, but them walked us through the complete setup. Staff was very friendly and made the whole experience a fun event.
Took her phone in for a battery Rita was extremely helpful even stayed after hours to help us out thank you so much Rita
