The best place in mobile for truck accessories. We’ve used them for years with absolutely no issues. Nobody else even comes close.

We needed a base plate for a tow bar on our mini cooper so that we can tow behind our RV . I was going to call around but Kevin at Camper City was excellent on my first call so I stopped there. From that first call to completion he was friendly and helpful. I was in somewhat uncharted territory but he made it clear and suggested what I had forgotten I needed. They were ready when I got there and my car was done and ready to go before I expected it to be at exactly the price he had told me on the phone 23 days prior. After we got home I realized I was a little unclear on the way the tow bar attached so he took the time to text me two pictures of the correct way to do that. ABOVE AND BEYOND. 5 stars. Thanks Kevin. Left my truck to get airbags repaired. Told them the problem already and they said they could fix it no issues and now they want to take my truck all apart and repair it when they said it would be a simple fix. That being said don’t ever take your truck here they’ll tell you they can do something they have no knowledge of doing and charge an arm and a leg to do it.

So far so good. I have a spray in bed liner out in. I dropped my truck off at the appointment time and picked up 3 hours later. The only thing that was a pain is the limited parking.

Had a 7 pin brake harness installed. When I got the truck back my bake system was a mess. Brake petal was off with a shimmy in steering wheel. Brake lights didn’t work and all traction control and ABS lights on dash were on. They claimed nothing they did caused it. Owner claimed truck was fine and they did nothing. Took it to my mechanic and they had pushed the brake switch to far up into the brake petal and was fixed in minutes. Owner and tech refused to admit it, apologized or compensate me for the extra time and money I had to spend fixing their screw up. If they mess up they will not correct it and will basically call you a liar and claim there is no issue.

Incompetent and rude. Owner and staff will not own up to or admit when they make a mistake even with proof. Had to take vehicle somewhere else to fix their screw up. owner flat refused to fix issue or even apologize, and acknowledge they messed up. sadly it was a simple fix and if they had tracked back to what they did they could have resolved it in minutes. NEVER NEVER will go back or recommend.

Awesome experience . It was very refreshing to have work done with a company that listened to everything I said about my needs for my new truck and had the knowledge to get it outfitted the way I need.

Went here searching for running boards/steps for our newly purchased Dodge Ram crew cab based on a friends recommendations. Not only did they have the item in stock but installed them and had us back on the road in less than 2 hrs. We were impressed with the friendly knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices. Will definitely shop here again for any future vehicle accessories. Great job fellas!!

Pipe rack installed, 3 months later it has surface rust all over it. The man in charge agreed with me that the paint was to thin and said they had more expensive racks with better paint, but really couldnt do anything to help me. I told him it needed better paint, so he told me the best way to get the rack off to paint it. They mounted my tool box with self tapping sheet metal screws. The spray in bed liner looks good, but that didnt make up for the scratch they put on my truck. I felt like they were doing me a favor. Will not use again, they keep the customers in and out. Dont seem to take the time to install things correctly.

Called about a camper shell. I had some questions about it since it was used. Questions like condition, installation, clamps, price etc...Normal questions that a potential customer has the right the ask. The man answering my questions was rude and belittling. Talked over me the whole time. Acted like I was wasting his time. Actually told me he had other customers to deal with so he had to let me go. I briefly considered making the purchase anyway but I wont be doing business with someone like that. I gave two stars but only because he had the item I was looking for in stock.

I took my truck there to get the trailer plug fixed twice and this amped up employee that works in the front swear that they did it right. I would not recommend that place for nothing unless you want to be insulted by a guy that thinks he cant make mistakes

I paid cash, up front for a leer bed cover fromThis organization. It was ordered and took longer than expected to come in. After receiving the top and being unhappy with the fit and finish (paint started peeling about 4 weeks in to ownership, the fit was poor along the bed of my truck, there was trash and flaws in the paint, pin holes in the fiberglass layup) I reached out to the manufacturer who wouldn’t do anything. I finally brought it back to have it removed and sent in for warranty. I was told 3-4 weeks. After about week 5, I started reaching out to camper city. In this time frame, it was also noted that the poor fit of the shell caused damage to my truck. At week 7, I asked for a refund and for my truck to be repaired. Leer would never respond to any questions on Facebook. Camper city never could provide an update. Now, it’s been almost another full week since I was told my refund would be processed as well as the damages to my truck paid for. I called today to get an update since my emails over the past 3 days have gone unreturned, and was hung up on by one of the associates. After calling back, I was told my checks were in the mail. Now, this company is writing me a check when I paid them cash for this item, strange? Sales tax wasn’t collected, I can imagine it wasn’t paid. $2500 cash money is what I paid for this top and it’s taken an excessive amount of time to get a refund. If I were you, I’d avoid these highly unprofessional guys and it’s stay far away from leer as they only care about getting your money. Service after the sale is completely nonexistent.

Excellent customer service

Bought a used camper shell for my frontier the price was awesome and the install was fast and on the spot. They had to order new keys for the top and said they would let me know when they were ordered I was afraid they might drag there feet ordering it but let me know the next day that the keys were on their way to my house. I deffinetly would recommended them.
