My third time dealing with this company. Good body work and great paint job. Would have given 5 stars but I always have to get them to repaint the area that was worked on.
I would recommend Auto Nation to everyone needing repairs done on their cars or trucks etc. They recently repaired my car with great care and supper results.
I am overly displeased. I trusted them with my brand new vehicle that I only had for 50 days before I was rear ended and pushed into another vehicle. I was told I wouldn’t be able to tell it had been in an accident once the repairs were done. Long story short when I got my car back the paint didn’t match my original color. The manager, Justin, stated that, because it was plastic and not metal there was a slight variation. It was truly two different’t colors. I had to leave my car for another week, renting a car out of my pocket, so they could repaint it. When I went to pick it up Justin stated that the difference was like daylight and dark. Meaning it wasn’t right the first time. Referring to the previous paint job. It looked a lot better but still discolored. The driver side that’s painted is still a different color and his, Justin’s, reasoning is that because of the plastic. Mind you, he never said that the first paint job was wrong or bad but he redid it and said that you could see the difference. I have never seen a company this large not own up to their mistake and do what they have been paid to do and do what’s right by the customer. I now have a two or three tone brand new vehicle!!!! I asked Justin if he was completely satisfied with the job theyd done....He states that he was. 🤔
Yes, I can say they did it right on my bumper and wheels but they overlooked on my tires where the wheel is refurbished, it got a blue stain that never got off and they try to clean it 3 times and it never went away. After that they just gave my phone number to the third party who did the wheels without my permission, and then next thing happen, it is like a ball game wherein I have to deal with this third party and get my tire stain fix. Well, a reputable company like this should have solve their own problem, I am really frustrated on how they handle this simple situation on a loyal honda customer like me.
I was rear-ended and Autonation Collision replaced my bumper. They did a fantastic job and the staff was great!!
Really nice and professional people. Had a issue with my bumper and they took care of it pretty fast.
I recently had my car fixed here after the front corner had been crushed. Before the accident and repair, I had no check engine light on. After receiving it from AutoNation post-repair, my check engine light was on. The car had difficulty accelerating and reved up strangely upon starting (It was difficult to drive it home and to a subsequent repair shop). Autonation said the problem was not related. I am not a car expert. All I know is that my car was fine before the accident and repair, and then it was not at all ok after being repaired at this location. I had to spend a little less than $500 to get problem fixed elsewhere. To review, before accident and repair --> car was fine, no check engine light. After repair --> check engine light was on and it struggled to accelerate. Autonation refused to admit fault or offer to correct or ammend this problem in any way. To potential customers, please consider taking your business elsewhere.
I truly enjoyed how professional each employee was during my visit with getting my car repaired.
The work was very well done, but when i got my car back there was completely no gas in my car and If i would have never went to the nearest gas station i would have been on the side of the road. Not only that, but i constantly has to call them to get updates on my car. Not once have i received a call from them about anything except my car was ready for pick after almost a month. They also allowed Enterprise to charge my card almost $100 for an “extension” without my consent or calling to inform me about it, and i have not received my money back.
Got done with my car in a great amount of time. Just seems like they were rushed and tightened down my bolts too much and stripped my bolts out. So going to have to replace those. And some parts were not replaced like they said was replaced. Just make sure you look over your vehicle very carefully before you leave as I did not know what I was looking for but my husband checked it out, (which my husband is a mechanic), and he noticed these things.
5👎🏻 Worse/No customer service, Justin will not acknowledge improper repair of your vehicle when they don’t do it right & he will ignore your calls right along with AutoNation! This business has no leadership or working knowledge of repairing vehicles correctly. Also the collision center is improperly equipped with basic necessities like indoor lighting and the office staff will give you the run around in addition to the Manager Justin Sparks, blowing you off after you try to show him/then improper repairs. Find a better repair shop, especially if you have State Farm Insurance. They will take your money and insurance money and leave you with a damaged vehicle. +1 more 👎🏻
Excellent Service!! Very Process and Friendly. Erica kept me updated and shared things with me about her own personal vehicle. I felt appreciated!!!
Bad customer service Trisha was the worst customer service representative ever
They where nice and they kept me up to date on everything that they done.would recommend them to anyone...
Fantastic front office staff
My wife was involved in an accident while driving my RAM back in November of 2018. It appeared to be only body damage so I continued to drive the truck for a little over a week since Autonation collision couldn’t get me in for a couple of weeks. I went to my truck one morning a little over a week after the accident, my air suspension had completely failed. I called the collision center and asked if I could go ahead and bring it in since the air suspension had failed and it was no longer safe to drive. They agreed to go ahead and accept the vehicle. So after a little over a month waiting on back ordered parts, I got a call from Mr. Lawley that my truck was ready. I show up to sign the paper work to release the vehicle and I notice that the air suspension was completely bottomed out.Mr.Lawley told my adjuster that the damage to my air suspension was not accident related, without ever inspecting the suspension system, nor bringing it to the service center at Autonation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and having it inspected by technicians. After refusing to sign any paperwork releasing the vehicle, I instructed them to bring the truck to the service center and actually figure out what is wrong with the suspension system. Keep In mind, it had been in there possession for over a month, and no one even bothered to look at it. Baffling. After they brought it to the service center I was not told when they could get to it because the service manager told me “I can not prioritize your vehicle over the others because I would rather you be upset, than 10 others having to wait.” Just to reiterate, they falsely told my insurance adjuster the problem with my air suspension was not accident related, when no one even looked at any portion of the suspension system, the entire month it was in there possession. I was told later, the collision center doesn’t even work on air suspension systems because no one is qualified to do so at the collision center. So finally I decide to take my truck to Encore. With in two days, they found wires detached, and a blown fuse was the cause of the suspension failing. Which was deemed to be accident related..... Also, they told me to bring it back to the collision center at Autonation, because they left out bolts holding up my wheel well liners on the rear, and back of the truck.Weeks later after I finally thought my truck was fixed, I noticed my rear bumper was sagging. I called my insurance adjuster and we came to the agreement with all the trouble I had, it wouldn’t be the best choice to bring it back to Autonation. So I decided to bring it to Camper City in Pascagoula. After they removed my rear bumper, they discovered atleast 2 of the three brackets were still damaged and were not replaced after the accident. After examining my detailed “final bill” from Autonation, my insurance company paid for the new brackets so they could replace ALL of the damaged ones. Apparently they decided to receive the money for the brackets, without replacing them.So I called and explained to Mr. Lawley what Camper City discovered, and he said he would talk with his manager about it and call me back. That was about a month and a half ago, still have not heard a word from anyone. So I paid almost 200 dollars out of pocket to get the bumper fixed by the good people at Camper City. The level of unprofessionalism, incompetence, and overall lack luster service was so bad, I felt obligated to share it with other people looking to have work done with this collision center.Furthermore, I’m currently still deciding pursuing the bumper issue legally. I’m not a spiteful person, but I work hard for the things I do have, and to have a company cut corners, at my expense, it really doesn’t sit well with me.
