I have been going to Majestic for around a year now and they are always my first choice for ALL my car maintenance. You never have to wait a week for an appointment you just come at your own convenience. Its is best to be there early so they will finish early they get pretty busy. They always do great work the FIRST time and they charge reasonable. Def recommend them and plan to continue going there there for all my cars needs.

Rich and his team are Awesome, I bought (2) Firestone destinations 275 55 R20 for my silverado, I shopped around but Majestic Tires beat the others by $90. I recommend these guys.

They were supposed to fix a leak in a tire on my car but all the person done was fill it up with a lot of air. I know this because I told him it needed air every other day and that was on a Wednesday. I left thinking they did what was supposed to be done but when Friday rolled around low tire pressure again so I knew nothing was done to it but air put in it.

I had a nice experience at Majestic Tires today. I had to get all 4 tires replaced on my car. Blake helped take care of everything. He ordered my tires, had them received and replaced today. Same day service was much appreciated. Only had to wait about 45 mins for them to finish. Not to mention, they charged me less for them than my dealer quoted for me, which made me quite happy. Definitely recommended.

Wewent here for a warranty exchange on a wheel since they are a authorized dealer for the wheel company. Waited a month just to hear that the wheel was discontinued and they wouldnt be doing anything else. I called the manufacturer and they said they would gladly replace my whole set of wheels since they could not replace the single one. Majestic or more specifically Jeffrey at majestic just did not feel like doing the warranty work. I even offered to pay him for his time doing it at the beginning of the conversation even though they would have been paid to do the labor portion of the repair. I also planned to buy a set of tires to go on my wheels once finished. I will not go back here for anything to get blown off. Make sure you ask them if they feel like doing the work to your car before they get started or at least find someone besides Jeffrey

Every time I come to this place I have to wait for at least 3 hours (to get my car looked at). Then I wait another few hours to get it fix. Today I waited from 2pm till 6pm for them to tell me they have no time to fix it my car.. I was in line, They had 5 white ppl bfore me and 8 white ppl after me. So its 14 ppl in line (including me). All the white ppl GOT THEY CAR FIXED IN NO TIME. Me.!!?? Na I didn’t get my car fix they hand me back my car key and said they have no time to fix it.🚨 IF YOU ARE BLACK, LATINO, ASIAN, MIDDLE EASTERN, MINORITY, THEN THIS PLACE IS NOT FOR YOU. 🚨

Had a tire plugged got home and it was leaking. They usually do a great job. We get all our tire work done here

Had a low tire pressure light come on and so I had the look at it. They could have told me there was something wrong and they needed to plug or I needed a new tire but they didnt. They let me know all my tires were equally low and I just needed some air. Then they sent me on my way. No charge for checking or filling with air

Friendly staff and speedy service, had to ask for my donut back, but it was probably because they were busy. Will be my first pick for tires in the future for sure.

We are RV’ers and had a huge tire problem on the road. We called so many tire places, RV places etc and either got the runaround, or were told they couldn’t help us. Majestic Tire people told us “no problem!” Got our specific brand of tire in the next morning and installed it immediately, and we were on the road again in under a half an hour. Not to mention, the price was exceedingly fair! Highly recommend!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE! THEY COST MY MOTHER $1200 BECAUSE THEY BROKE HER RADIATOR AND FAN ON A TIRE CHANGE!On January 15, my mother had 2 back tires replaced here, and after she picked the car up it was running hot.She popped the hood and saw that the radiator was so bent that the fan was shattered. She went back to Majestic and they refused to fix it and said they didnt do it.Their argument was that it was only the back tires so there was no way they did it. However, she saw them using 3 jacks and there is no damage to the front of the car. (Look at the picture below)It is obvious that they bent it with a jack, and now my mother who doesnt have a lot of money is out for $1200 dollars worth of damage.My family and I will never go here again. Terrible professionalism.

Its been maybe 4 months since a 400 dollar tune up and my car is sounding worse than when I bought it in. This is an over priced scam. And be careful they will steal parts wheel spacers etc.

DO NOT GO THERE. OWNER Rich lied to me. I left my truck there for 3 days with it sitting in same spot the entire time. Called to see what the holdup was and Rich said they couldn’t fix because the guy they used was “out of pocket”. He told me they did a compression test on truck, which turned out to be a lie, and he said it showed no compression and I needed a new timing chain. Towed my truck to another shop and they tested. Compression is FINE and it needs a new fuel pump. Costing me $450 to fix. Will NEVER go to majestic again and will tell everyone I know the same. Very disappointing. Some people just don’t care and won’t hesitate to lie to you. Guys like this give auto mechanics a bad name. I would expect more from the owner.

I would have given 5 stars, but I was upset that they did not offer to balance my tires, or even tell me it would be extra to do it. So now, I have to find someone to balance my two new tires, which should have been done, or offered, because not everyone thinks to ask. Other than that, would recommend.

Rich is gentleman and the only reason I kept coming back to majestic. He’s knowledgeable and always kind. However, the other two that work the front desk are rude and have the most punchable faces I’ve ever seen. I understand they probably deal with idiots all day. But the customer service is trash.

I had an awful day today at Majestic. Blake was not there and the other workers treated me very poorly. I had on a dress today and the guy told me to get the tire myself after 2 trips there. The least he could’ve done was put the tire in my truck after I bought my tire there previously! but he didn’t have the courtesy to do that. I didn’t even get the services after I paid for my tire.They won’t ever have to worry about me going back there ever again.

Very dishonest and unprofessional.We took my daughters car here on July 7thThey promised they would have her car done by the 13th (which is the day my daughter left for college). They never touched her car and everytime we called they would lie and say they havent finished yet or they couldnt get it moved.. we drove by on the 14th and her car was still sitting in the same spot we left it. NEVER touched! When my husband went to get the car and let the guy at the front desk know, he showed no concern & was unapologetic. We had to have it towed to another shop which fixed the issue and had it running in 1 day..

They were short staffed, but moved effortlessly helping me and others get our vehicles fixed and back on the road. That is why I will always use Majestic for all of my familys automotive needs. Best place around Mobile for tires and alignments. They fixed my truck in a few hours without replacing any parts. Firestone had my truck 3 different days and replaced several parts and kept making it worse. I went there this morning to get a tire patched. They weren’t open yet and they’re first come first serve, so I was waiting outside in line with everyone else. Before they actually opened a man came out and got keys from a guy who hadn’t been there very long and pulled his car into the garage. Then a man who had been waiting for at least an hour got up and went inside to see why he hadn’t been served first. Someone, who I can only assume was the owner was rude to him but took his car into the garage anyway. A few minutes later I went inside and could hear the owner in the back on the phone cursing and saying terrible things about the man. I turned around and left. I will never give my money to these people. Ever.

Horrible service! Do not waste your time at this joke of a place. Manager at the register was extremely rude. Called the day before and spoke to mechanic. Dropped truck off and the next day when I went to pick up the truck, the price more than doubled. When I questioned manager about this, I was told to pay the new price or else. Had to have my father and husband come to help me get this straightened out. Simply outrageous how I was treated!!! This place clearly does not appreciate customers.

BEWARE!!! Mr. Charlie Purvis is dishonest man, a Thief, a scammer. DO NOT have service with him or The majestic tire service. He recently bought my computer the agreed price is 1050 but he only gave me 800 in the envelope. When I talk him about the issue he told me, he will come back but he just took off with my computer. He scammed a poor international student like me. Who knows who else will become his next victim. I repeat, DO NOT HAVE SERVICE WITH HIM or the majestic tire service!!!!

Quick to get the tires I want, not force me to get only what they feel like selling. They are tiny bit disorganized but Ill take that all day over getting all kinds of junk added to my bill without asking. AKA tire stores...Ill be a repeat customer here...
