Took my nieces car in for her while she was at work. I called first explained I had no receipt, no problem. Knew wait time In advance. Friendly courteous service. Clean waiting room.

Arrived on time at 1:00. PM. Promptly started working on my car and completed job in 1 hout

I guess I got a bad technician. 2 repairs and new tires. First, 1 lug stud was broken and was supposed to be repaired and a new nut put on. Came to pick it up noticed it had no nut, told them and Ricky the technician said he couldn’t find it so didn’t put any nut on and still I was charged. The other guy found it in like 5 seconds and put it on before I paid for everything. No bid deal. The other repair was the inner tie rod and when I checked after I got home I saw the boot was not put on in the correct position and the clamp was bent and broken. So I had to come back and get that correctly installed, but the best they could do was a zip tie. I understand the dilema here for them, but in the end this is just bad workmanship and when you spend $1300+ you expect more. Double check your repairs if you know what you’re looking at.

Ive been to a few Firestone in Mobile and baldwin county and this is the best one. I live in Daphne,AL theres one on 98 maybe 10 minutes away from my house and I drive to Mobile to go to Firestone. Thank you for the exceptional service!!

Waited to tell me my car will still drive funny and wear my tires unevenly AFTER they had installed a replacement strut. Forcing me to pay 440$ to have it as is or over $800 for two OEM struts that usually retail $90 online.Really wouldnt have had an issue if that was brought up before so i could just buy a full aftermarket set my self and have my buddies help me install them. Just ashamed that i let myself be taken advantage of like this.

Was driving from out of state on a long trip when one of my tires blew on the interstate. I managed to get my spare on, and then came here to get the tire repaired. Employees were more anxious to leave their job at closing time, mind you I stopped in an hour and a half prior to close time. Was told they were too busy and covered up to get to it today. Out of their 6 bays, there was only 1 vehicle being worked on, and 4 employees sitting at a table watching television. Didnt seem to be too busy to me by the looks of 1 vehicle being worked on and 4 employees gathered around a television. I highly recommend going elsewhere for better assistance and public service!!

Great help and quick oil change.

Stopped in while on a road trip to get a pulley replaced. knew they were busy ahead of time, however we waited 4.5 hours after they had told us it would be a 45min-1hr wait. A day after getting it fixed, we heard a strange noise and saw something fly off the vehicle resembling part of the belt, which they had just replaced with the pulley. The belt was misaligned, shredded, and half of it had come off. Had to stop at another Firestone along the way and they made things right. Still unsure if this was simply an accident or if they didn’t ensure belt was on properly.

Good place for an oil change and normal car maintenance. If you make an appointment, service is usually pretty quick.

I had great service at this location last week. I was a walk in at 4:30 one afternoon needing a second opinion on my tires. They looked at them, told me the problem, replaced one of my tires and I was gone before 6:00. Ryan was super helpful, friendly and polite. Edgar did great work on my car and was very efficient. In and out in 30 minutes on a tire rotation. Was able to fit me in on very short notice. Free tire rotation is worth every dime on performance tires.

Two and a half hour wait to fix tire. Was there at 0630 am waiting for them to open at 0700 am. Slow management not service techs. Some techs have been there 20 years and know there job.

Just called them to fix tire with nail in it....tells me it will be 8a before they could fix it...... head there and he just told me I would have to wait for hours because he just got 4 or 5 people since I called.......wowwwww

I did not have a great experience. The staff is courteous, but I wasted time coming there twice and both times I was misinformed about tires.I was told to come in and order tires.When I got there, I was told to order on the day I was going to drop my vehicle.I came back the following day to order tire and drop my car, but I was told they no longer had access to the tires I needed. It seemed to me that they did not want my business.I used to take multiple cars to firestone, and I handle my companies fleet of vehicle.This experience has made me second guess their ability to meet my needs or the needs of my fleet.

I came in to get a nail removed from one tire and was told it would take about an hour before they could get to my vehicle. This was fine, but i didnt expect for it to take over an hour to do the actual work (2 hours total). Removing a nail and patching the hole shouldnt take so long. Also, the final report said they recommended additional services to me that I declined. However, no such services were ever suggested to me, so Im assuming theyre just trying to fulfill some procedural steps on paper. Aside from this, the place was okay and the staff was otherwise decent to deal with.

I trust Firestone when it comes to maintaining and fixing my vehicle. Theyre a little more pricey, but you get what you pay for. Theyve always done a really good job for me.

We were driving through town while moving across the country and noticed some smoke from behind our car. We stopped in to see what kind of issue we might be facing and how immediately it might need attention. Darrell was super kind and helpful and put as at ease about our travel and suggested what to look out for and whether wed need immediate service or not. If I lived in the area if make this my go to auto shop.

The manager saw a woman coming and thought he was going to take advantage of the opportunity to make some extra money. I was told that my tire was bad and separating and dangerous to drive on. He told me it need to be replaced as soon as possible. My friend looked at the tire and told me it was fine and to get a second opinion. I went to a couple other tire stores that are locally owned, and was informed that my tire is fine, and it has months and months left of use. Will never come here again after being treated like this and do not recommend coming here either.

We limped in today with a blown tire on our trailer. The employees put on the spare and sent us on our way safely. They stopped what they were doing to help us, they were kind and fast and got us back on the road within a half hour. Wonderful place, excellent service, thank you, thank you, thank you!

For 20+ years, the staff here has always been accommodating and understanding. While management and technicians have changed over the years, there has never been a failure on their part to properly diagnose my problems and offer the correct solutions based upon my needs. While suggestions have been made for other services, I have never felt like I was being pushed into purchasing something I wasnt there for.

In town for vacation and my air conditioner quit working. Took it in to get fixed and it was only a loose wire. They couldve charged me a small fortune, but they didnt. Great group of guys and honest to boot!

I was going out of town and one of my strut mounts broke. They had a full day of work and a lot of customers ahead of me. The managedto get me up and working again at the end of the day. i appreciate good quality customer service. A job well done.

Firestone tires are cheaper than Walmart Point Blank. This place customer service is awesome and its right by Starbucks so the little time that you do have to wait you can just walk over to Starbucks get some coffee and chill and your car be ready by the time you get done. The guys that work there are really cool and they know what theyre talking about.

Tires were not at the store as they were promised had to wait an extra couple of hours while they go to Daphne to pick them up very inconvenient. Saft Auto was very nice.

The people are nice, but after sitting there for almost an hour I had to ask the guy if anybody was ever going to take a look at my flat tire. Apparently, the workers were busy unloading a truck. I got there at 4:30 they advertise do not close until 6 or 7, I believe. There was a lady that walked in after me that was complaining about her unbalanced tire... She apparently got some tires a while back because she was complaining about uneven wear. They took her car in before they even looked at mine. They couldnt patch my tire because the tread was too low and offered to sell me another tire but I didnt want to sit there much longer and had to leave. The manager was a bit overwhelmed, he also had someone there to do the floors that night it was unaware the guy was coming. He the other guy had to hand move about 30 tires off of the tile. Whoever owns or runs that store please to really buy that guy a hand truck.

The staff did an excellent job of getting my tire replaced and getting me back on the road again.

I dont know why this place has a high rating. I work on my own cars etc.... I went for a simple nail to be pulled and plugged! They was trying to convince me that my tire belt was broke and need a new tire. Now mind you I have 2016 Audi 🤔. The reason places like this stay in business is because if you dont know about cars they will tell you anything and take your money. Im not BooBoo the Fool!

We were in a bad situation today, as we blew a tire while taking my 4 year old daughter for her cancer treatment. I couldn’t drive back to Baldwin County on the donut, and couldn’t wait the 3 hours with having my sick daughter with me. The man, who I am assuming is a manager, took care of my tire himself, and got us back on the road. Very very thankful for him!! (I am kicking myself now for not getting his name)!

Lazy workers

Waited over 2 hours before I left without even getting my car in the shop. This is after they told me the service would take about an hour. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I have been a loyal firestone customer for 5 years, but that has come to an end.

This was a horrible experience they charged me for a service they didnt perform and I didnt find this out till I got home. Next I have had my car serviced at several different locations in several different states and have never had them drive off in my car especially without telling me first and if they did need that either they asked and explained why or had me drive and them ride along and see if they could see what the car was doing. This was an overall horrible experience and will certainly never return there. If you want to still try them I highly advise going over your car after the work is done because there is a chance it wont be done correctly.

I work here, but I also service my car here because its the best option if u passing thru or live near down town.

This location was unable to patch a flat tire and told me I would need to purchase a new tire instead. I took the tire to Fausak Tires and they patched the tire in less than 30 minutes. On a positive note, Firestone rotated the tires and installed my spare tire free of charge.

These dudes have been great every time I needed something. Will give it to you honest, arent overly pushy about selling you something you dont need.

Went in for a simple oil change. They managed to disconnect the air hose to my engine, and also not completely put the oil cap on right. I was bleeding oil and my car was not getting air. This was right before I was going to drive to Montgomery. Had I not noticed something weird with my acceleration and taken it back to get looked at, my car engine would of been totaled. Something they said they would not have paid for. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE FOOLS!!!!!
