When my wife and I left New Orleans we knew we had a slow leak in our right rear tire. It was holding pressure while we were driving but if we stopped it would lose pressure. We decided to take care of it before continuing. My wife’s search turned up BMW of Mobile and they had good reviews. They are also just off I-65 which meant easy access for us. They were very accommodating. They understood our situation and quickly checked the tire. Their was a nail. Their report showed we really needed both rear tires replaced so we did that. They had us back on the road quickly. We also had coffee and snacks in the waiting area. Total time of two hours and we were on the road again thanks to the service team at BMW of Mobile!
From the moment I got there they treated me excellent. Checked me in swiftly and offered complimentary snacks, espresso and bottled water. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Staff was awesome.
Searched 500 miles and there was only 1 and BMW of Mobile had it. The GM answered the phone first and was very polite and informative. Jeff the sales manager facilitated everything and was nice and prompt. Adale the finance manager was cool as the other side of the pillow. I purchased the vehicle sight unseen from Indiana and it arrived perfect! Keep doing great business guys!

I was pleased with the service that I received at BMW Mobile. Everything was explained before the service began and an ongoing problem was taken care of also. The service was performed in a timely manner and I was able to wait on my car in a comfortable setting.
June 24, 2021, I received a quote from Sam F and an app to decline or accept services. It was confusing. I called Sam and asked if we could print everything and go through it so I could understand. I showed up, he printed everything, which I have a copy of. He was patient and we went through each item line by line. I was so happy to finally be able to start getting some work done on my car. I believe Sam and I agreed to have this done: Repair the window and diagnosis clanking noise in rear. I felt heard and that I could trust him and the work that would be done. That is no longer the feeling I have for BMW of Mobile.Two weeks later I received a call from Randy asking to clarify what I wanted to be done. He wanted me to go through the app again and I tried to explain that everything Sam and I talked about is what I wanted. He called again later and I finally agreed to add the grommet (which I shouldnt have) but was feeling pressured. He said he would give me a discount on the grommet. The total was now around $900 and he said it would be done by Friday. It was not and no one called.I called back twice and each time I was told the part had just arrived that morning. Then when I was called to say the car was ready I was told it was $1331 and that I had approved them replacing the door, which was not agreed upon as well as other things. These were things I was charged for that were not agreed upon:$192 Hears loud clanking (still loud)$128 Reinstall door handle right$128 Reinstall door handle leftI believe I was pressured and then charged for items that I specifically declined. The trust has been severely damaged.Im very unhappy and now I have to find a new place to get the rest of my renovations completed.
Marcus was wonderful. Always helpful and knowledgeable. This is our second car and used him both times. He makes the car experience so nice and without hassles. Has a great personality too!
The transaction was professional and courteous. All seemed perfect until my special-ordered X5 was delivered and I discovered that BMW had built the car with a rather basic sound system. When the car was configured, the web site showed no sound options, and I assumed that a sound system upgrade must have been a part of one of the packages I ordered. When I received the car, it was too late to change anything. Although I issued a complaint to the dealership, all I was told was that its a chip shortage issue. It would have been nice to have been told before the purchase decision was made that no sound system upgrades were possible, and that the car would be delivered with a second-rate system. I will make the system acceptable, but it will cost another $2,500 to do so. I hasten to say that BMW of Mobile did not build the car, but the customer could have been advised in advance about what to expect. I was not.
Moved from New Orleans to Gulf Shores needed an oil change along with minor repairs. Went to Sandy Sansing BMW, “BIG” MF’ing mistake. Instrumentation screen started showing I needed an oil change and scheduled maintenance was needed, after I picked it up. One of the items I stated I wanted repaired was my sunroof, it would not close properly. So on my way back to Gulf Shores I tried the sunroof, it would open but when the closed button was pushed it would close then open automatically. Called “multiple” times to speak to service advisor, went to voice mail left messages, no response. Called BMW of Mobile spoke to Becky Woodyard the “BEST” service advisor I have had the pleasure of meeting. Told her everything I wanted done, told her what happened. She was a constant professional, she’s a money maker for that dealership, the type of employee that if her employer doesn’t treat her correctly another dealer will swipe in an cherry-pick her away. Because of her, BMW of Mobile now has a new service department customer.
Fairly smooth buying process. Attentive sales staff. Pleasant finance office without heavy handed push for additional services/products.
The good thing about this dealership was that I got a service appointment the next day and the workers were nice. The things I did not like was that they said it would take about 1 1/2 hours and I was there over 4 hours. The asked me did I want a service check for $125 but did not provide me with any feedback. There was also an additional shop fee of $49. When I questioned it, she said it was for materials they used such as rags. Please do not add this to the bill. It doesn’t look good or feel good to the customer. This is the cost of doing business.

The staff, sales associates, service manager, and finance director went above and beyond to make my experience personal and to make sure that all my requests were honored. Marcus, my sales associate, kept be informed and worked diligently to make the purchase process easy.
They were able to get me in quickly, and the staff was super friendly. I had some special requests, and they did them happily! They went beyond the normal job to make sure I got my car back fast! I will recommend to anyone and everyone!
Although, my vehicle is manufactured by a subsidiary, I didn’t feel welcomed, accommodated and prioritize (given my dilemma) by the service department. My car was my only transportation where no loaner nor rental was available when the repair required a common component. The car was dropped at just after 7am and the entire day was used to consider options to resource replacement. They knew my situation and didn’t care.
Had my 06 325ci convertible in for the airbag recall. Staff was very professional and knowledgeable. Work was completed in the time I was told. Also did a thorough multi point inspection at no charge.BMW of Mobile even washed and vacuumed my car when they were through, also at no charge.I could not be more pleased!

I was slow to return my car to BMW for the 2nd airbag recall. Once there it went smoothly. Staff were polite courteous and efficient. I was there when they opened, it took about an hour and a half, including an interior vacuum and a good car wash.
Very fair negotiation, excellent service, speedy and easy process to purchase the car. They offer many amenities and a great warranty. Would recommend them to anyone who wants an excellent dealership experience
That’s the second time I went to the service center, first time after they found that the compressor need to be replace, I spend 2200 on that, the point was, nothing was resolved. I still got the same problem, same issue. I can’t believe what they have done for 2200 with nothing change. After couple days I got my car back I found that my rear suspension sagging down again. I tried to contact them that what is going on why I still got the same issue after the service was done. They booked my second time service, a day after that, they told me the airbag need to be replace which cost another 1300. Omg, so what’s the $2200 I spend it first time, that fix nothing. I have google a lot about the reason rear suspension sagging stuff, all the result seem toward to the airbag. They are professional they should know that but why they haven’t fix it the first time and now I thought $2200 I spend first time was unreasonable and innocent. BUT, I still told them okay fix it. Few day later I haven’t received any response from them, I called them, they told me they haven’t change the airbag because they didn’t see my rear suspension sagging was down. They don’t want to waste my money. I think they just don’t believe what I told them that my rear suspension sagging was still down. They want me to pick up my car first to see. Fine, I pick up my car and I drove home. Now, I saw my rear suspension sagging down right after I turn off my engine. I took some picture and video for that. Gosh, I have put my car in the center for a whole week they told me they haven’t seen it down. I don’t think they have solve this problem seriously. They don’t even check the issue carefully.

It was a very disappointing experience. It took ten days to order and replace tire that was under warranty. They would not loan me car to attend a function in Birmingham on September 4, 2021. The personnel were not helpful and did poor job assisting me with my problem. This situation has left me thinking that the dealership did not care about my problem. Always heard good comments about BMW. There were several other incidents during my misfortune.

We purchased a used vehicle from Rick Hart, and the whole experience was top-notch. Rick was friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and punctual. He kept us informed on the availability of the vehicle, arranged for an associate to greet us at the door when we arrived for our appointment early, and he walked in the door at our exact appointment time, down to the minute. He treated us with respect and professionalism. Besides that, BMW of Mobile prices their used vehicles to move, so we didnt really have the haggling headache. It was clear from the beginning that the car was a good value. We will definitely be returning to buy our next used car from Rick. You should, too.
A headache from start to finish. 7 weeks for a repair. Car sat on the lot for several days before it got looked at. Asked if I could just bring it back on the day they could look at it, was told that would push me back to the end of the line.Nothing done but diagnostics the first 2 weeks, even after I told them the problem, and solution on the first day. Another week to order parts. Finally got a loaner car after 2 weeks.Picked up my car after 7 weeks, and they tried to charge me more than my warranty deductible. Then my car had a flat tire at pickup, and their first response was “we didn’t do anything with your tires” and “we recommended you put new tires on.” My tires had 300 miles on them. They were installed 2 weeks before bringing the car in for service.Dealership couldn’t find a reason for the tire being flat, and they said it wasn’t flat yesterday because they just washed it. Told me I should “take the car back to the person who installed the tires,” after them being just fine for the 7 weeks the car sat on their lot.Service advisor is always rude and very defensive, and quick to come up with a reason why it’s not their fault. Everything is not their problem.Service manager does not communicate, talk, deescalate, or have any wish to settle situations that are problematic.I will not use them again for any services or sales. There are several other options that are only a short distance further.
BMW Of Mobile couldn’t have been any better to deal with! This was our first BMW and we didn’t know much about them so Matt our salesman had us spend time with Arthur the BMW Genius who did a awesome job educating us. Matt continued to help us until he found the BMW we were looking for. He was off the day we came to look at it so Arthur took over and closed the deal. We took delivery the next day and Arthur explained every detail of the operations of the car. He made us feel good about buying a BMW !

I found a manual M240i at BMW of mobile and contacted the dealership. Turns out the car was the car of an employee there. The employee exchanged videos of the car and tons of details. I talked with the employee for two days through text messages and decided to purchase the car. I live in North Carolina and was unable to see the car in person or test drive it. I was a little worried about that.The car arrived when it was supposed to and it is beautiful and drives like a dream. I absolutely love it and the folks at BMW of Mobile were great through the entire process. It took about a week for the car to arrive after I decided to purchase it. I promptly wired my down payment and they sent a notary to my house to sign all the loan agreement and other paperwork. It was a very easy and worry free process. All I had to do was wait for the delivery in anticipation. Got the keys and was driving it around with a big grin on my face.
My rating is due to extremely long wait. I made an appointment at 12:30 for an oil change. I was told at the time that they did not have a loaner available and that the oil change would not take long. Unfortunately, that was a true. Three hours is too long to wait unless you have nothing else to do. My car was not ready until 3:30. Very disappointed. It was also not communicated why it was such a long wait until I asked. I was told that they were running behind 🤷🏻♀️. Not sure if I’ll go back. Be prepared to wait.

My most recent experience at BMW of Mobile was not even close to what one might expect. I had to call 3 times to schedule an appointment speaking with a different person each time. In the course of these calls I was argued with, hung up on and on the final call was transferred to someone who apologized and scheduled my appointment. During that call, all details were given to the gentleman (who kindly looked up my records) and was told they would see me on Friday morning and they would have everything needed.When I arrived at the dealership on Friday, imagine my surprise at being told that nothing had been ordered and that it would take an additional hour to get the correct supplies! I voiced that this was unacceptable because I had taken time from work and did not have an additional hour. Thankfully, the process of changing the oil took only a little over the normal amount of time (I had to forgo the car cleaning). When I went to get into my car, the dirty paper and plastic were still in place - something that is not typical for BMW.I understand the employee shortage that so many businesses are experiencing- Im dealing with this at my company. I would recommend that they not schedule work appointments so close together to relieve a little pressure from employees. Rudeness, broken promises and delays will not endear them to anyone. And yes, if BMW of Mobile did not have to handle the extended warranty on my car, I absolutely would go somewhere else.

Great Customer Service. The employees were first class. My around experience was second to none.
I stopped by on 7/2/3032 & I was also told I would receive a message once the car was ready to be picked up before they closed but I never received a message. I had to call and check myself. Ted, my advisor also quoted me the wrong price. I had to pay close to $100 over the original price. He told me he would have the car washed and vacuumed which it was not. Lastly, when I picked up my car, he wasn’t there anymore to discuss all the mishaps. By that point, I had to re explain it to another person who clearly was trying to close up for the day. This was overall a poor experience at BMW.

Body shop : did work on one of my other vehicles I might add not a BMW we were over joyed with the results and professionalism couldn’t have been better! No not cheap but good work isn’t cheap!2. Bathrooms: Just to qualify my experience wife and I stay in many five star hotels this bathroom was in that league! If I’m ever in your part of town and need do use a facility and see / talk about Every day technologically cutting edge beautiful cars I’m there! Keep up the good work!3. Wash/vacuum: Excellent job could offer zero improvement!4.GM / Service manager : i’m sure these gentlemen have some unbelievable qualities in their ability to perform their jobs, I know they do! Problem is as a customer why do I feel physically and mentally like I have participated in a championship Pugilistic match and as the customer received the short end of the proverbial stick! NEVER AGAIN! Course we are in agreement or so it seems it will be no great loss on either end of our friendship! Obviously five BMW’s in the past means nothing to you!Summation of the review: I would like to believe that this attitude was just a bad day OK maybe 3 1/2 day encounter accentuating the negative is unfortunately not constructive! I am curious though to see how long this review stays posted after all you asked for it I’m giving it will see if you can and except it as being what it is an effort to change make a customer feel like a customer! It was awful..every time I received an update on my vehicle, I initiate the call. They had my vehicle for a month and it was always problem after problem. I was told my 10 year warranty was up the end of May and that’s when I received a call from them saying my starter done went out and it’s been more than 10 years that I had the vehicle but it was running when I dropped it off and they said it wasn’t on them..awful service, might be better with a different advisor but mine was Awful...

I am so happy we found this service department as they really helped us during these strange times. Our daughter had issues with her Mini Cooper and even though they are not a Mini dealer BMW of Mobile offered to work on her car. This saved us from having to transport the car 60 miles to our Mini dealer in Pensacola. Ted in service took car of all our issues and returned a very clean car to a thankful daughter. Huge Thank You to everyone in the service department.!

After dealing with some nasty and rude salesman at Alpharetta BMW and Galleria BMW of D’iberville, I am pleased to say I have found a new BMW home, Mobile! My entire transaction was so quick, painless and informative! Hands down THE best transaction E V E R and this is my 3rd BMW! During my transaction, I met and worked closely with Mr. Jeff, Mr. Arthur, and Mr. Jaron, all wonderful guys! The entire staff was friendly, helpful and assuring! My son took his Z4 to the service department to have his top mechanism repaired. We had already replaced the pump with a new genuine BMW unit just to discover that the actuators and latching mechanism were also faulty. We didn’t have the time to mess with it and decided to take it to the dealer, being that they are the “Experts”. After waiting for a week just for them to look at it they demanded $1000 just to look at it. They finally tore it down, and instead of repairing it they just replaced everything - including the new pump and even the hydraulic lines. Then charged $3743 for the job. You don’t have to be much of a tech to just get in there and replace all of the ridiculously expensive parts without property testing them. Seems like they are more interested in jacking up bills than providing proper repair. Aside from that, they also damaged the finish on the car. We will not be returning.
