I was told they would be competitive. After hours back-and-forth all day I finally received a call and they had an out the door price which included a $4000 markup! I almost made a 4.5 hour round trip drive! What a waste of time!

If you are ever in an accident I would highly recommend you not coming here for your collision repairs. It took over 3 months for them to repair my truck and then had to bring it back 2 days later because they did not fix everything. Then noticed afterwards that the back glass was not done right and we also paid them extra to repair where there was rust and they didnt repair that right. So guess what its back up there now and my truck is still sitting in the same place and its been up there a week now. The job would only take maybe a half a day if that long. I cant believe this place is still in business.

Parts Dept is shady and suspect. My visit on 6-26-2021 was anything other than pleasant and helpful. Went there to have a duplicate key made for a 2021 Chevy Spark. Employee Scott didnt seem knowledgeable and not receptive to help. I am a 63 year old well black educated professional and I know when some dont want to help. He tried to send me somewhere else. Wow...21st century !!!!!

Sales staff was more than helpful. This time of the year with the high demand for vehicles and other economic impacts affecting other sectors has seen reduced inventories available or inabilities to get product. Was not able to find exactly what I am looking for, but is by no fault that of the dealer. Will definitely be returning in the coming months once the supply chains have had a chance to catch up with the demands.

Absolutely horrible experience ran my credit 9 times when I didn’t even give them permission to even do it once and lied and said my credit score was less than it actually was and said I could only get a vehicle they have choose. My mother goes in today and has a horrible experience and the sales man threatened her and tried to hit her.

We went in looking for a used truck they had on their website. It failed inspection and they would not sell us a faulty vehicle, which we respected. Warren found one that was a touch more than we originally wanted, but worked with the bank and got us the monthly payment we wanted! It’s a BEAUTIFUL truck and they hadn’t a chance to detail it before we purchased so we went back and they did it for free. Additionally, they realized there was a 2nd key and they called after everything was taken care of to let us know and make sure we got it! Warren took foot care of us and wasn’t pushy. He asked upfront what we wanted and provided it to us. Would come here again!

I am a 70 year old man and I went to U-J Chevrolet on March 12th with a transmission problem, we are on the road traveling from Tuscaloosa to Orange Beach Al. I was driving my son-in-laws new Chev Suburban with 20000 miles on it. My wife and two grandchildren, ages 3 years and one year old and the one year old was sick. We also had our dog Harley with us in his cage. When I pulled up I was asked what they could do for us and I explained my problem and this is what I was told, we can’t look at it today I would have to leave the the vehicle, I said no problem could I have a loaner or rent a large vehicle they said no loaner and the had no large vehicle and I could not put my dog in one of there rentals and I could not drive over 50 miles from there place. I asked just what they recommended and was told to call Enterprise. These people were the coldest people I have ever come across in my life, no interest in helping there fellow man going through a hardship. They said they have rules, now I am all about rules I have followed them all my life but sometimes to be a good person you should over look a few rules to do the right thing. They did not even offer to call Enterprise for me. Shame on you U-J Chevrolet I just hope you need my help sometime down the road.

I found a great truck on their website.. came in to look at it and test drive it. Never even planned on buying just wanted to see my ways around the vehicle. I had a Harley Davidson I wanted to trade but Harley would only give wholesale, not retail. While on our test drive Mr. Ben wanted to know what kind of credit I have and asked different aspects of what he thought would be an impact. Had my truck worked on here they were looking into an electrical issue on my truck after replacing my battery my fuse panel and some other part on the hood they claimed the issue was the LED HEADLIGHTS that I had in my truck they REPLACED them with STOCK bulbs and I never got my old headlights back!!! I have a warranty on them and I want my headlights back!!!!

Wish I could give them less than a Star. Had a horrible experience with the service department and even the Sales Manager who got involved in the situation. Needless to say after having my vehicle for a week, it still wasnt fixed. Eventually we gave up and went and got the vehicle. They threatened to charge me even though it was all warranty work. I felt extremely uncomfortable as a woman and felt like they were trying to intimidate me. If you want a dealership who communicates and treats Chevy customers with respect and integrity, this is NOT the place for you. Find another Chevrolet dealership in the area!!

Poor customer service experience. Communication regarding progress and completion of work was non-existent. The work took 6 days longer than the original estimate. I did not receive a single call to update me on timelines.

Car buying can be quite the nightmare. Previously today we visited a car lot, and though the people were friendly, the cars we tested didnt seem to be up to par with what we were being told about them. As we were just about to give up for the day, we stopped at U-J. To put it short, we left with a new car. Big Ben helped us throughout the entire process! That man can work some wonders, Ill tell you what!! He was very, very friendly the whole time, honest and cared about what was best for us. He treated us like we were family and stuck by us from 12pm until 5pm. I greatly appreciate all of his help. The same goes for Brandon Alexander! He helped us get our insurance situated with the car as well as signing all of our paperwork and was just as friendly and great as Ben. I gotta hand it to them. You hear a lot of bad things about car lots and sales reps within them but these guys... These guys are the real deal. They dont care about themselves, they care about YOU. Thats what made this experience an amazing one. We needed a car. We got a car and made a few friends along the way. Thank you Ben and Brandon!! I would not recommend this business to anyone. I went in last week found the vehicle I wanted, while we were in the office doing the info for financing, our salesman Chris walked out for a min came back in and said I have bad news. We are going to sell this vehicle to this other couple because they looked at it Saturday and just came back and want it. I asked if they bought it Saturday or put a deposit down and was told no. The manager then comes in with an attitude because I was asking questions so we left. Worst experience ever with a dealership Palmers Toyota is the place to go I give them 5 stars

It was time for the routine oil change. I walked in the door and Thomas Heinz immediately spoke to me and asked if I was here for an oil change. That is awesome!!!!! There were several cars in front of me but I was in and out within an hour. When Thomas called me back to pay, there was a man at the counter that came to pick up his car and there seemed to be some trouble in locating where it would be. Thomas very calmly and courteously was able to locate his car and get him back on the road. The lady that cashed me out was very nice, and the price always floors me. I guess what really amazes and pleases me about you all, is that I didnt buy my car there, and you still treat me like I did; I guarantee that the next car I do buy will come from you. Coolant reservoir had a leak and my car was overheating. They replaced it and two nuts on my pulley and belt system were not secured properly. Fell out on the interstate the next day and I broke down immediately as my belt was completely shredded. In the rain. With no cell service. Tough day. Easy repair but I sure as hell didn’t return to them for it. Not to mention their prices are whack
