As a government employee, I pride myself on professionalism and am very specific about who I do business with. This dealership is nothing short of a needle in a haystack! All the dealerships I’ve visited seemed to have an alternative agenda as apposed to making the customer happy. Car Land is absolutely professional, courteous, and I WILL be recommending all my friends and family here, without a doubt.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would they sold my bf a truck we barley got over the dolly parton bridge and bam it quite on us all codes popped up got it back to the shop said they would fix it they fixed it alright a used part and for us enough to make it home and find a million more problems now my bf is out of a work vehicle and us having to pay for a truck we cant even use they vehicles look nice dont buy

Please don’t buy from them. They only want your down payment and your car will break down after a few months and they will not help you at all. The good reviews are also FAKE PAGES they create. Every time someone leave a bad review they make a fake profile with a good review. So it looks like they got 4 stars! Read the bad reviews because they are telling the truth! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO HUMAN DECENCY AT ALL!

If I could give this place -2 stars I would. My dad financed a 2014 Ford Escape titanium edition from these guys twos months ago, they apparently don’t offer any warranty or anything and sold the car as is even though it was below 100,000 miles. The transmission went out a month after he purchased it and they told my father it’s not their problem. My father gave them every dime he had to get a reliable car for the first time in years and they took that from him and destroyed his credit even more in the process. Now his credits destroyed and it’ll probably get towed. We’re working with a lawyer now to see what could be done but Take my advice and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLES because apparently they don’t care about their customers once you sign the dotted line.

Bought a vehicle from this lot, paid cash! Should have known when he wouldn’t let us to take it to our mechanic to have it looked at but he swore it was reliable. Transmission went out literally the next day. They towed it back and claimed to have fixed the vehicle got the vehicle back and it was doing the same thing. Rudest group of people I have ever dealt with! Cars look nice but it’s all show. Crazy part is the guy literally said he wouldn’t sale us a pos because we have a little girl. Cars salesman are literally the most awful people ever. Lesson learned. People please listen to my advice and second guess this car lot. I’m so heart broken literally have a 7500$ yard ornament 😭

These people are awesome. I bought my Honda from them at a VERY reasonable price. A few days before Christmas I had a blow out and ended up in a ditch. These people heard about it from the tow truck driver and called me just to make sure I and my family were okay and also let me know they would help me in anyway with the car. Had it towed to them and they fixed it for less than the insurance deductible. They will definitely get my business again. A++++

He told us what to look for when buying a used car and gave us pointers that we didn’t know about-(Other dealerships don’t do this). As soon as I walked in, the sales man was on the phone with another customer arguing with her. Red flag. . When he got off the phone, he was so rude to me just asking a question about pricing and told me “I didn’t need to go to a car dealership if i can’t afford something”.I don’t recommend this place at all.

Your car will last maybe a few months. they will not fix it. spend your money else where.

Beyond fair and honest. Found vehicle on the lot that was exactly what I was looking for, however wouldnt sell it to me. There was what was thought to be a minor problem with vehicle and they wanted to make sure that was taken care of before even taking my money. Turns out wasnt a minor problem, was a fairly major problem, but still took care of it and kept what a very fair deal on vehicle in tact . Many car lots would rather have money in hand and maybe if you are lucky they will deal with issue later. Car Land would rather have a happy customer first. Would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. They truly go above and beyond what should be done in business when it comes to customer satisfaction and professionalism . When they finally did take my money I was more than happy to give to them.

Would give zero stars if at all possible. They sale lemons here and owner was rude during sale (should have been my warning to walk away). They never repaired the things they agreed to repair at time of purchase so theyre full of lies to make a sale. Ive had to put an additional $2000 into my truck in repairs starting only a month after my purchase date. And still counting. Will take my money somewhere better next time.

I cant say enough. I bought a car from them years ago at a different lot. When I bought a car this week he remembered me from 5 years ago. Mitchell is such a sweetie and very professional.Willie is the owner, very down to earth and always ready to shake your hand.Next there is Foxx. Will help you when he can, very straight forward....but will make you feel at home!The car buying process.....come on....its a used car lot. This is my 3rd purchase. There is absolutely no BS. The sticker price....IS the price. Down payment may be a little higher....but what do you expect? No credit check, and no interest. I can have two cars and paying less than I would if I bought a new car elsewhere. It has allowed me to purchase, and manage payments.Lastly......you cant buy anything used and expect it to be brand new. Regardless of the issues that may come up.....they get it fixed in an inexpensive and timely manner. Customer service will make or break a business.....and because of this they will always get mine!

My worst experience yet. They were all very good people the day we bought our Nissan Murano. Drove it a month (give or take) and transmission went out. Called them and were told to bring it to them and they would get their mechanic to look at it and give us call. They never called us so we began calling them daily just to be told the same thing everyday (that they would get Mr. Willie to call us.) Finally I got tired of hearing the exact same story everyday when I called, I told them I had been told that everyday and no calls were made to us, so he said hold on let me go talk to Mr. Willie, he came back to the phone saying the diagnosis was the transmission, as we told them it was. We put $2000 down on this vehicle and paid another $400 so total we have put down $2400 on a vehicle we drove barely a month and now they want US to pay $1500 for the transmission.

My husband and I have used Regency Automotive which is part of the CARLAND family in the past. Words cant Express the appreciation that I have for Mr Willie, Mitchell and Matt who kept me calm in a distress situation as they came to my my families aid. My husband and I both got a vehicle on the same day. IF THERES AN ISSUE, PLEASE DONT FRET. If its a problem from their end they will work to get it resolved. THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS.

We purchased a work truck from here and provided the company credit card for payment. THEY forgot to run it one month after months of running the card and never got a call or a letter then the car was repossessed. We went that morning and paid plus $350 repo fee that was THEIR FAULT!! I have over a 700 credit score and bought this just for one of my workers. These people are crooks and they are horrible do NOT go here!!!!

My boyfriend had done business with Mitchell before. He made a deal with him on a blacl BMW 2010 and he was making payments on the down payment until he tells me him he couldnt sell.it. He can put it on another car. Only to find he sold the black BMW someone else. This against the law. The person he sold it email me..So much for being a. loyal .customer.

First off I would like to say I bought a black BMW from them a couple of years ago didnt have it three months found out the motor was shot my son bought a SUV from them not even 2 months later the car was shot my daughter-in-law purchase a car from them just a couple of months ago the brakes wasnt on properly she put $3,000 down they tried to come take the car because they wanted another 500 the car still giving her problems my sons girlfriend put $1,500 down on a Camry not even 30 days later the motor went out these are supposed to be Muslims I am a Muslim myself please people Muslims do not treat people like that those are not real Muslims Muslims do not sell cars that doesnt work its against what Allah says and they can say whatever they want they know Im telling the truth I have talked to all the masjids in Mobile about this please dont buy from here lam sure most of the reviews are people that they know our family members that given good reviews check better business bureau they are a joke they need to be stopped. Gave them 2000 down on a car had to take it back a couple days later because it was smoking from under the hood they attempted to fix it but did not work instead he let me swap for a truck and had nothing but problems from the time I got it. I took it to them they charged me more money and said they fixed the problem but not even a week later it cut off on me and my kids, I got it towed back to them the day before thanksgiving 2017 and was given nothing but the run around since then, a couple days ago I went up there and got my things out the truck and saw how they have basically took apart the truck the inside panel was off it didn’t have a battery it was a disaster. The owner willie is very rude talks to you any kind of way and doesn’t feel he is wrong for selling faulty cars. Do not waste your time going to this place.
