Great experience, nice staff, I purchased this used truck from encore and they represented it well it was clean and priced right. They even brought me a bottle water while I waited for them to fuel it up and give it a once over before presenting it to me . This was one of the better experiences buying a vehicle for me. And even though Im old and the truck was a pre own they staged it in the bay at the front of the dealership so I pulled out it was like driving it off the showroom floor. I thought it was a nice touch. Ive bought several vehicles in my day from quite a few different vendors .. I would definitely do business with encore again if the opportunity arose. I was looking to lease a vehicle, visited the lot and was told by a salesman that they didn’t lease vehicles at this location. Although, I had been in contact with another salesperson via email who told me they did. During my first visit the salesman was adamant on selling me a used vehicle and proceeded to hit on me. I had already given him my number to help me look for a vehicle prior to him hitting on me. He texted me about something other than a car. I blocked his number. I came back to the lot a week later with my father, the same salesman was there and acted totally different. I was looking for a specific vehicle, which I was told had not arrived yet. I finally received notification that the vehicle arrived yesterday. Asked about leasing and was told not for this particular vehicle. I will not be purchasing from Encore. Terrible experience!

This is a just okay place to buy a car if you really want a jeep. My daughter had her heart set on a particular car there. The sticker price was good. But once you get the paperwork the price goes up substantially... like 5k more. When questioned about the extra charges, our salesman admitted it was just a way for them to make more profit and that was the way it was and they wouldnt budge on it. I give him points for at least admitting it and I understand thats how a lot of dealers work but just add that profit into the sticker price up front. Dont try to hide it. Once the sale was made weve had terrible customer service. The car had a cracked windshield that they promised to fix and a few scratches they also promised to fix and we havent been able to get anywhere with this. They ignore our calls and emails so ultimately I wouldnt recommend anymore buying here. If you cant live up to your promises you dont get my business again. They sure are diligent about sending emails asking for referrals though.
Friendly staff here. The place is very clean and comfortable while you have to wait. I was there for service on my car. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is bc the job isn’t complete yet. Had to order some parts. As of now I would recommend this place to my friends.
Its worth the price you pay for the service. I mainly talked to Ryan and he kept me informed. I never had to call and get updates, they kept me in the loop & answered every question I had. The man who assisted me at pick-up was super sweet and friendly. I will be taking my Commander to them from now on. Absolutely no complaints. Also had a lady call to confirm I was pleased with my service after they received my Jeep

Not sure if it was incompetence or deliberate misinformation but we were served the old bait-and-switch routine here. Called ahead due to limited time to look at work vehicles, were told 2 were on the lot (they werent). When we arrived the pass-the-buck blamegame show started and a half hour later it became apparent no one on site really knew what they were talking about. 2 different salesmen both told us, yeah, this happens here a lot. Skip the drama, go somewhere else EDIT: we DID ask to speak to the management, after playing the let me go talk to my boss game for a half hour, they couldnt be bothered to come out of their office.
I have been to many dealerships and this one their sales representatives are just horrible. I spoke with someone over the phone about coming to view and purchase a 2021 Jeep Wrangler from them and from that point on I drove from Louisiana to Alabama. When I made it to the dealership there was a man he didn’t say his name but approached me and my fiancé and helped us, his services was horrible he did not help or try to.The man was a bit older which I would have suspected his attitude be better of course when you’re trying to make a sale I would never buy from them yes their prices are great but their services are horrible.
I bought a second-hand 2020 Honda pilot from this place. The front windshield was cracked. They told me that it would be repaired for free. They told me to open this place next week to repair it, but waited until next week and told me that the windshield was out of stock and could not be replaced., How I hope to fix it quickly, I hope they can keep their promise, they havent repaired it for more than two months, and I dont know how long they will have to wait. I hope this boss can solve the problem for me, dont keep me wondering when I can change the windshield, and give me an accurate time.
Ron had great customer service from start to finish. From the scheduling of the appointment on the phone to the end of closing my invoice. Well be returning when our truck needs servicing again. Great experience, great location!

Chad met me at my truck when I arrived on site was very courteous and professional. He took care of all issues on my truck that could be done at this time. Had additional problem that was not discussed prior to arriving to the site I informed him that The Back-up Camera was not working, he had the mechanic take a look at it, issue could not be resolved at this time had to order a new camera. It took about one hour and a half to change oil rotate tires and fix a backup light that was out along with checking my backup camera. I thought that was quite well. This was my first trip to this dealership service department dealership was quite clean and appealing. I would recommend this service department to anyone.

I really loved my sales woman Brittany, she made sure she got my business so I would recommend her . But my overall experience with ENCORE wasn’t good I literally was up there 3 days and I didn’t get any help the 1st salesman was bad he took my information and told me they had a car for me and never called got the run around from him can’t remember his name but that guy needs training. I really don’t no if I will buy a car from them again.

We loved getting to test drive suvs to find the right one for our family on Saturday. Our sales man was great at listening to our huge demand list and finding the perfect Jeep Grand Cherokee L. The finance part of this care buying process was BRUTAL. We should not have been waiting to buy a car for hours. We were in the dealership until 9:00 at night with a one year old. As a military family, we do not get the luxury of being able to drop our son off at family members houses to go buy a car. With starting the car buying process around 5:00pm, we did not expect it to take until 9:00 at night to actually leave the dealership with our new car. Looking back at the process, we should have called it quits after the first suv that was sold to us didn’t start and we had to go choose another suv. This experience has made us for sure hesitant to buy our next car from a dealership and just go straight to carvanna. After everything that happened, we do love our new jeep!

Great service. On time. No BS upsell.I was warned of a code for my thermostat that had a code. I didnt have a check engine light, so they said they would check it out. I was sure I was going to get a call stating the thermostat needed to be changed, however, an hour after my appointment time I was called and told it was ready for pickup. They tested the thermostat and said it was responding correctly.
A brand new facility with top quality management in the service department and sales department. Very professional, friendly, honest and do what they say they will do in that amount of time. Time is something nobody can purchase so it must be wisely spent. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone needing service or a new/ pre-owned vehicle.
I have bought around ten new vehicles in my life and this is by far the worst I have ever been treated by the sales team and management. After calling all day dealing with a salesman named Warren and getting nowhere with him as far as numbers for a Jeep Wrangler. My Wife and I then decided to go to the dealership and look at them and talk to the salesman about a purchase. When we arrive the salesman ignored us when my wife asked him to test drive the vehicle and he went in with the sales manager of whom I don’t remember his name or even if he told me. He then come out and told me the salesman gets off at 6 but they are open till 8. At this time we go over some numbers and I notice immediately that he has the price way higher than what is advertised on the internet and tells me these are all dealer prep fees. I then tell him well my wife wants to test drive it. He then tries to find a salesman to let us test drive but none can be found and he then tells me he gets off at 6 and then brushes me off telling me he will get me more numbers tomorrow. So it seems to me this dealership is a complete scam on there numbers and my Wife and I stood in there wanting to buy a vehicle and got no service at all and was pretty much ignored by all the staff. I have never been treated this way at any place of business especially a car dealership we’re salesman should be surrounding you trying to get a sale! I would recommend if you can avoid this dealership and use another definitely do so!!
Great overall experience from sales to finance. Brittney went above and beyond on getting ball rolling on our vehicle, cant thank her enough for her doing so Stephen in finance was very knowledgeable and quick when the process started. Both Brittney and Stephen were were very knowledgeable, friendly and customer oriented. Didnt catch the names of the guys running the numbers, but they were in the zone preparing everthing. Will certainly do buisness with them again in the future

Update as of 4/28/21. My new 2021 Jeep Compass already had to be serviced. After being upset about the situation, I was promised that my car would be detailed and full of gas when returned. Just got my car back with a wet paper mat left in the car. Car was not detailed and no gas was put in the car as promised. This is not a good look for Encore.I was very satisfied with my experience. Everyone treated us well. I love my jeep and recommend that everyone purchases their next car from here.
It was ok. I completed my order online and once I arrived we went over it again. That was a complete waste of time. After dropping the car off, was called later to be informed that they don’t have the required parts in inventory. I may be crazy, but we are in the 21st Century and could known that before hand. The employees/customer service was very good; the gentleman that completed the process to pickup our vehicle was more upset about not having the parts on hand than we were. I would use them again if I was in town.

Encore completed a warranty update on my Jeep Cherokee, and programmed two replacement key fobs in a short period of time and for a reasonable cost. Staff were.courteous and efficient.
Ram does not stand by their vehicles. I have a Ram with 66k miles that I take very good care of. The motor went out and Dodge thinks it’s normal at that mileage. I do not recommend. To the owner below.Encore absolutely has worked on my vehicle it was towed into Encore and this past THURSDAY and towed right back out after they wanted to charge $10977
Call to purchase a 2021 Durango R/T. Was told they are doing a employee pricing. Said great plan to come pick up in the morning please let me know the pricing. Was told I would not get employee pricing since I was not on location at time of deal even though I would be picking up in person tomorrow. Careless in customer service and sales. Called ready to purchase a 50K vehicle and thats the treatment I get. I was also told they can give the information to the manager and I MIGHT get a call back. So its best to call them in the morning. Not chasing anyone down to buy a vehicle when its your job. Lost my respect and sale.

A very easy purchase. For years Ive never enjoyed buying a car due to high pressure sales tactics. There was none of this. Aaron the sales rep asked a simple question What would it take to get me to buy the truck? My response was I was still debating with myself. He never asked another question until I looked at the offer for Encore. He was very helpful. Overall the experience with the dealership was excellent. Drove over an hour and showed up at 6:15 only to be informed that they sold the vehicle 8 min earlier. No phone call!! What a horrible way to do business! On top of that, the guy we spoke to said it happens all the time! Wow!

Easy process of getting In and out for an oil change and tire rotation. Dropped the vehicle off the evening before my appointment. Picked up the next afternoon. They secured my vehicle and completed the work. No issues getting it in and conducting the transaction.
I’ll start by saying that the girl helping us was wonderful. Super sweet. However, we drove over an hour to purchase a vehicle at a specific advertised price. Although we expect to pay for taxes, title, and maybe a filing fee; the other extra fees are insane. The advertised price was $14,800 and we were told the best they could do after fees was almost $19,000. Almost $3,000 of this was just a cost for the dealer to essentially clean the vehicle. Bait and switch.Edited to reply to manager: my review literally said we expected to pay for taxes, title, and filing fees. It is RIDICULOUS to charge people $3,000 to clean a car. As i said, bait and switch
If you want to buy a used car with terrible touch up work that is simply sufficient to get the car off the lot…go to encore. We contacted them to replace the cracked bumper and they refused. Worst dealership to deal with
The mechanic made a mistake and broke a plastic panel while working on our car. Happily, Encore was very upstanding about it and repaired the panel. Everyone makes mistakes, Encore was big enough to admit and fix theirs.

My key fobs quit working on my 2009 Ram after 12 years! I needed new ones programmed and found that in my area the dealership was the cheapest option! Went to Encore and talked with Chad in the service department who had me taken care of in a flash! Great service, clean and comfortable waiting area, and friendly staff. I know that many people dislike how expensive it is to do business at a dealership, but this experience taught me that using them to solve my issue was the best choice. Ill definitely be back!
Was contacted via phone call asking if I was still wanting to sell my jeep for a ram and that they could beat any offer I had received and was also told the manager really wanted my vehicle.So I jumped in the car and headed down to the dealership.Was met by a new guy at the front desk who didnt know anything about my appointment or the vip buy back deal that this place had going on.While waiting on the manager to come out, another guy starts taking pictures of my vehicle and collecting information.Speak the manager, he does his once over of the vehicle, and a few minutes later and tells me that he wouldnt be able to make the deal work without 5 to 6k cash down.Long story short, waste of time.Take a look at all the pictures of people who do get deals made and see if you can see a common denominator.

I’m an airline pilot with a major airline with limited free time (also a retired Marine Corps officer) and I was looking to get a pick up truck for my son. I called the dealership through the number cargurus listed and was told the truck ready to see. After traveling 1:45 minutes from Pensacola I was told the truck was not ready to see. I wasted my Memorial Day traveling to mobile and back to Pensacola (about 4 hours in the afternoon). I want back 3 weeks later and bought the truck because I thought it was a good choice for my son. The sale man I dealt with Tony was great but the management didn’t seem to care about their terrible business model using cargurus. Check your 6 when dealing with these people. I guess like any car dealership, trustworthship should be watched closely.
The staff was lazy and I couldn’t get a straight answer about anything. I was going to trade my JeepIn but after being strung along by at least 5 different people I decided that not one person I spoke to was honest enough to do business with. And NO communication between the salesman or with me was a real problem. Even the VIP manager I had an appt with was a joke. He wasn’t even there that day!!!So 1/2 a star for the whole experience is fair

He explained everything as he knew it and kept me abreast of the entire process. I made my purchased based on our first and only meeting gave him my options 1 thru 3 he picked out the car made sure all my documents were in order we emailed and texted DL Insur etc all I had to do is show up after work sign and drive period. I am a very pleased customer and will recommend Encore Dodge Jeep to everyone who ask where I got my new setup.
This was my first time visiting Encore. Had my oil changed and a light bulb replaced. Plus tires were rotated. I had a coupon but as to be expected had to pay more for the extra qts my vehicle required. The service person was very nice and the service time was what was projected. They updated my reminder and did the things one would expect but often dont receive. Their waiting area is very nice with comfortable seating.Update: 7-20-21Jeep finally sent in my recall part and Encore contacted me to schedule an appointment. They provided an Uber to transport me home and return. Their excellent service is very much appreciated. Happy to have them located in our area.
Wasnt happy with the service manager he told me my truck would be done on a certain day and they hadnt even started on it and flat lied to the body shop owner about it also, they left my air cleaner box off All the way, the truck was covered in grease and I hope since they were working on the brakes it wasnt brake fluid, not happy,

It was the worse experience I have ever endured. From the discrepancy in diagnosing, all the way to this statement “we didn’t have time to test drive your car, you will have to do it yourself.” As horrible as that was, it didn’t end there. I am a Jeep lover. This is my 4th Jeep and I normally recommend Jeep to my friends and anyone who asks. I cannot continue to do that if you care so little about your customers. Maybe it’s not Jeep. Maybe it’s not your dealership. Maybe it’s just your lack of service department that is the problem.
They were professional and courteous. We found what we wanted and Aaron was very helpful with us making our decision.
