My wife and I drove to Mobile, AL from Gulfport to shop for cars along I-65 because we knew they had a bigger and better selection to choose from. Our first stop was Infiniti of Mobile. This was also our last stop! From the very second we walked in, Chan Nickerson made us feel like old friends. She welcomed us in and went out of her way to make our experience easy and pleasureable. If youre anything like me, you hate the whole high-pressure, car shopping experience. Pushy sales people and shady management teams bent on squeezing every last dime they can out of you and always using the you have to act now or this deal will be gone approach. Not so at Infiniti of Mobile. Chan asked us our budget and she stuck to it, even telling us ahead of time if we were asking about cars that were beyond our budget. She never once tried to sell us a car that was beyond what we wanted to pay. She let US drive the interaction. Then, when it was time to close, John Hinckle mirrored Chans attitude and demeanor the whole way. He was friendly and easy-going. He offered us extended warranty protection and backed completely off when we told him we werent interested. Not once did we feel that this car buying process was out of our control. I simply cannot sing the praises of Chan and John and Infiniti of Mobile enough. When it comes time for me to buy another vehicle, I will, without a doubt, return to this dealership. (Note to dealership: keep Chan and John on board. They are absolutely what drew this rave review!)
This was my first time buying a car, and It was a wonderful experience. There were a few hick ups, but they were Abel to honor the deal agreed up. I will say, that would not have been the case if it were for Chan Nickerson. If you decide to buy from this dealer, I highly recommend Chan. She has an honest, sincere approach and she truly coached me through the process with transparency.
I was referred to Ms Chan Nickerson by my boyfriend who had purchased his SUV sight unseen and had it delivered a few months ago with no issues. No one here locally had the SUV I wanted and I found it online at Infiniti of Mobile. My boyfriend sent Ms Chan a text to inquire if it was still available and what was the absolute best price they could offer. They only offered a $750 discount from the price listed online but I told her I would purchase it if they could deliver free of charge and they were able to, which I appreciated. I asked Ms Chan if there were any issues with the car, specifically smoke smell and tires and she assured me that there was not. When the car was delivered it was raining and the driver was in a hurry, so I only had time to quickly drive down the road and inspect in the rain. Once I got it in my garage I noticed that the protrective coating on the drivers side rear view mirror was bubbling up and dirt had gotten under the coating which is very noticable and that there are two chips on the front windsheild which had been repaired. I feel that these issues should have been disclosed by Ms Nickerson before the purchase so I could decide if I still wanted to move forward. Other than those issues she was very eager to help and made herself available during the process.
I had a seatbelt issue with my child’s car seat and seat-belt being intertwined and stuck. At first, they were going to charge me $161.00 for a diagnostic fee, but Michael (the head service technician) took time to untangle the seat belt for nearly 30 minutes! He wouldn’t charge me or allow me to tip him. I said so many Hail Mary’s for him and his family. Thank you, Michael! God bless you. Now my son can ride safely with us back to Tennessee!
POOR service. This is the third time we have attempted to get servicing from them. I purchased my qx 50 from this dealer. The past 2 times when attempting to get the vehicle serviced we are told more than 2 weeks of a wait. Now attempting to purchase tires and they won’t even answer the chat (online that they say utilize) nor answer the phone to speak with someone. I will NOT buy another Infiniti from joe Bullard. Luxury dealer with less than luxury service
I want to start by saying the sales team make my car buying experience extremely pleasant from start to finish and I could not be happier with Jonathan at Infiniti and Patrick at Acura.I purchased the diamond fusion for my windshield in which the warranty covers repair/replacement if damaged; sure enough within a month of having my vehicle a large rock took a chunk out of the top right windshield.I immediately had an appointment made with the service team, in which I was assured whether repairing or replacing, I would be able to drop off my vehicle and pick it up by end of day since I would be driving over 3 hours to the dealership.I have a family member drive my car and was provided a loaner for the day. 6 hours later, I receive a call from the service manager that they are ordering a new windshield and it should be in the following week which I then responded I was told same day and all that was offered was a sorry that was incorrect information. This statement was very frustrating beings I had made arrangements to get my car to them weeks in advance.They did allow my family member to take the loaner vehicle back to Auburn. I then left a voicemail realizing I will need to provide my insurance information since I will be driving the vehicle while waiting for the repair. No call back so I emailed my insurance information, no response.Windshield ends up being back ordered (completely out of their control, I get it), finally get a call to pick up my car almost 2 weeks later. Drive down, am handed the keys, and I notice the diamond fusion was not reapplied to my vehicle. The service manager for that day sent it to be applied and my vehicle was returned to me approx. an hour later.I am very upset with how this was handled and with my brand new vehicle being at the dealership for 2 weeks I thought when picking it up they’d have at least ran it through the wash. Nope. The manager then sent it to clean up after I asked and offered to pay for the tint to be replaced on my windshield. I get back in my car and the guys in clean up had left a tire spray bottle leaking on my leather seats 🤦🏼♀️ This was overall an awful experience and the only negative review I’ve ever written which says a lot. The time, gas, and not being able to enjoy my new car for that period of time was very off-putting to me ever using the Joe Bullard service department in the future.
I cannot say enough good things about this place! Elizabeth was so kind and so helpful from the first initial phone call. From the time I got there she made it very easy for me. I did not purchase my vehicle here I was just having it serviced but when I get ready to buy again I will DEFINITELY be back! Great communication the entire time, customer service was above and beyond what I expected! They deserve your business absolutely.

I had a great experience dealing with the sales and finance department. Jessie was brand new to the dealership and jumped through some hoops to make a deal work and the finance manager got me out of there as quick and painlessly as possible even without the new iPad and Apple Pencil he has been waiting for for a year now.
Well my experience at this place was Out of This world!! I dont what kind of business charges for service they dont do. I went in with a check light, because, I dont know much about cars. They said they get to it right away, When I went back to pick up car, paid for service, curtsey multi-point inspection. Came home check engine light still on. I spoken to that dude, Mike I think his name, and he said, his technician was taking a restroom break, cause he needed to ask him the reason why the problem wasnt fixed. Now its been 30 mins. waiting. Oh they got a complimentary soda and coffee, so I decided to make myself at home. After 30 mins waiting, and a soda drink, I have to use the restroom. I couldnt find the restroom, so I peed next to the tree. Oh lets get back to the car, My Q50 2018 model, hasnt run the same since my service at that dealership. Its like the service technician dont know what they doin. I wouldnt recommend this dealership for a new or used car, cause you can count on your car being service the right way. Have a nice day!!!

Mike McVay was the first person that greeted me when I stopped by to take a look at the vehicle I saw on the internet. Not at all a pushy salesman, just a very nice knowledgeable person, and I came back to test drive the car and decided to purchase it. I asked that he have all my information so I did not have to spend a couple of hours at the dealership. Very enjoyable experience.
I have had my Infiniti Q60 for a year now and just recently had to have my antenna replaced. I called a couple weeks beforehand to make my appointment and arrange for a courtesy car - I even called the parts department to ensure they had an extra antenna and the rep advised she tagged the part and had it in stock. I was advised that the work on the car itself would only take one full day.When I arrived to drop my car off, no one knew why I was there and also didn’t know if they had a courtesy car. Luckily, they found one; however, the following day, I get a call from Krissy re-confirming everything I called for previously. I understand that this may have been to just ensure they had everything accurate in their system; but maybe do that a couple days before the appointment, as opposed to the day you’re supposed to be working on my car.From there, the timeline of “one day” turned into a big “I don’t know” from Krissy. I divulged everything told to me prior and Krissy laughed it off and said that it will take longer than a day. I advised that my antenna is what’s needing to be addressed and she said they’ll have to order a part for it. I made her aware that I spoke to someone in parts and they had it tagged; however, she continued on that they probably misspoke and that they need to have their tech look at the car. For the entirety of the call, she was very combative.Long story short, my car was there for a week and they ended up replacing the antenna, with a part that they had in stock- exactly the reason I brought it in. I also had to initiate the correspondence for any updates on my car’s status. Additionally, there was dirt all over my car from the techs in my vehicle while working on it. I think the thing that frustrates me is that they claim to be a family brand, that takes care of their customer; however, that legacy is only as good as the management enforcing it. Krissy has a terrible attitude and clearly the techs need a class on how to service a luxury car - for instance, some shoe covers would be nice.

After my last experience with a big dealership Ive been skeptical about them. But I must say I truly enjoyed doing business with Infiniti of Mobile. I found a recent trade in on their website and setup an appointment to view the vehicle. I admit I had prejudices and was standoffish when I arrived but everyone there was amazing to deal with, especially my salesman Mike. He was very polite and easy to deal with. He did not try to upsale me or talk me into a different vehicle, he just did everything he could to make the vehicle I wanted work for me. The entire team (sales and finance) was patient with me during the process while I had to deal with work and personal issues and did not try and pressure me into hurrying up and buying the car. I had to leave and when I returned they had all the paperwork ready for me to sign and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. And since the vehicle was a recent trade-in there was some service work and cleaning that needed to be done before I could drive the car off the lot. After the sale was completed Mike and his team still went above my expectations to ensure I was happy with my purchase and backed all the promises he made during the sale.

Just bought a car yesterday and Micah was excellent. He made the process nice, easy and smooth. I found a truck online and I came in and Micah had me out of the door and in my new vehicle in less than 2 hrs. That included test drive, paperwork, a fresh wash, and a new tank of gas. I stopped at Infinity of Mobile on my way to another dealership down the road because I remembered that Infinity had a used car that I wanted to check out. Chan allowed me to test drive the car and allow me to take my time to look over the car. She never pushed me to buy, tried to talk me into buying there and then, and just gave me space. I went from dealing with Chan to another dealership down the road. The other dealership was so pushy, quality of their car was not up to par with the price, and I just had a terrible experience with their managers. My experience at this other dealership made me go right back to Chan. The car was exactly what I was looking at a price that I was more than happy with, and it doesnt hurt that Chan was such a dream to work with!

I bought a 2017 QX80 from Micah Crabtree a couple days ago. I absolutely love it! A side from the vehicle being beautiful and well maintained the dealership was very open, clean and inviting. Wonderful experience. I scheduled a test drive online and went in and talked to Rich. The vehicle I was interested in was ready and waiting for me to take the kids for a spin. We came back and rich and i got in the phone with the powers that be (husband) and he explained what he wanted and Rich made it happen. It was quick I couldnt believe how fast it happened. My youngest son is a handful and never not once did I get that red in the face embarrassment from his energy level. The whole facility was super clean and customer friendly. I received an awesome warranty for our purchase and I left in our new family vehicle! Looking forward to going back to the people who made my car buying experience fast efficient and friendly!
This was my favorite car buying experience so far! Ron, our sales associate and Drew our finance guy were both kind and professional and made me feel like an old family friend. They made the process quick and easy from start to finish and Drew went above and beyond to find us a great rate on our financing! I probably talked Mr. Rons ear off in all my excitement, but he was so gracious and even shared photos from a family trip with me after we discovered we were both history buffs. They really do treat you like family here. We absolutely LOVE our Acadia! I highly recommend their sales team and will be back the next time were in the market for a vehicle. A++!

Great experience dealing with Sean, Mike McVay and Devin while buying my Infinity Q 50. They went out of there way to make me feel comfortable during the buying process and we were able to negotiate a fair purchase price on my trade in as well as the new car. Don’t forget to visit Pam in the parts section because she also went out of her way to get me some much needed information. I didn’t feel like I dealt with a salesman, I felt like I dealt with a friend. That’s the way car buying is supposed to be.

They do full service as well as sell both new and used cars. They will drop you of and pick you up at the nearby mall if youd like to go while waiting. The pricing was not as high as I thought it would be. Its still more than a 10 minute oil change, but not too bad.They have a nice lounge with comfy chairs and couches, a tv, and the newspaper. They also have beverages and snacks. Overall, if youre getting your car services and you are willing to pay slightly more, it is really pleasant.
Never have I dealt with a dealership that takes such pride from the franchise level itself to the personal level of its employees in customer satisfaction. All of my interactions with them have left me satisfied, and I highly recommend them.
I especially enjoyed not feeling that unbreathable pressure to buy a vehicle. Chan was especially helpful in helping us with the choices and very knowledgeable about the vehicles we looking to test drive. They really do, effortlessly, make you feel like family.

Our used-cars buying experience here couldnt have been better. I sent a request for information from the website at 4:30 on Saturday afternoon and by 6:15 we were driving out with our car.I got an almost immediate response to my inquiry and a follow up call moments later. We were given the name of a salesperson. When we arrived, he was with another customer. We had waited about 2 minutes when the GM, Sean, saw us and got another salesperson - Ron Johnson. Ron was great to work with. He readily answered our questions and provided useful additional information in a pleasant, low-key manner. His professionalism gave us confidence in the whole process.When we decided that we wanted to buy, we quickly arrived at a good price, and the paperwork was a breeze. The service dept went above and beyond my expectations. I just bought a used 2001 Infiniti, from a private party, as a second SUV. I found out the recalls had not been done. I contacted the dealership and was so pleased they treated my older car as they would have a brand new one. Since I live in Gulf Breeze and its a two hour drive, we left the car for service. When the service department found out my daughter was a paramedic and I was having a problem, with her hectic work schedule, returning to retrieve the SUV, they delivered it to my front door no charge. So surprised and pleased. Much better service, nicer folks than several other dealers I have had contact with. I highly recommend this dealership. They made my day with such considerate treatment. Brandon Catchot was our salesman and I must say he went above and beyond for my wife and I. My wife thought she wanted one thing but ended up driving away in something totally different. We were never pressured into purchasing anything. By not having the pressure it made us want to purchase something from him just because of the experience. He was extremely patient and friendly. I had already arranged outside financing only to be told that there was body damage that wasn’t disclosed in the advertising. Upon inspection there were 2 additional areas of damage that were discovered. A minor adjustment was made to the price, the dealer agreed to repair the damage and we completed the sale. Even with all of the financing arranged beforehand, the process took nearly 3 hours.On Dec 5, I took the car back to INFINITI of Mobile to have the body work accomplished as agreed. Today is the 14th and I am on the second loaner with the promise that my car will be ready next week.The salesman was friendly and helpful and I really like the car......I just can’t remember what it looks like.
Careful with these guys!! I was interested in a car they had online. I contacted them via email, and got a few emails back before taking the conversation to the phone. To make a long story short, not only did they give me an insultingly low trade offer on my car, but they had FALSELY ADVERTISED the car that I was interested in as a higher trim to sell it at that price! I found several of the same exact car for around $3000 less!!! Needless to say, I DEFINITELY wont be purchasing from them!! Id rather buy from someone honest!! Dont get ripped off!!!!

By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Not once did I feel like i was in a car dealership. Friendly, courteous, professional employees -- RIch my salesman, Clarence in finance, Sean the GM and the porter whos name I forgot, are all an asset to this company.
