Bought a used truck and got it home and it began to have problems. I called and explained what was going on and was told nothing was wrong with the truck. Wouldn’t even discuss my returning it less than 24 hours of buying it. Spent several hundreds of dollars to have those issues fixed and now back in the shop with other issues. DO NOT trust anything he tells you. I wouldn’t ever buy from him again!! I have contacted an attorney. Makes me sick good honest people are hard to find anymore!!!

SOLD ME A LEMON. Purchased a used Tahoe as is in order to cut payment and save money for my family. One week after purchase the vehicle wouldnt drive. The transmission had to be completely rebuilt. A $4,500 cost we were not prepared for especially when trying to save money in the first place. Be careful and dont sign any as is contracts.

Nov 13, 2018 I purchased a 2009 Chevy Silverado 1500 4x4. I went through financing with my bank so West Mobile Auto Outlet got full price upfront. Not even 30 day later on Dec 11,2018 truck started making a loud noise from the motor. Got a diagnostic test done at a Chevrolet dealership and it was diagnosed as the lifters in the motor was bad and the only way to solve problem is to replace motor. After contacting Bruce and given the run around finally they did help out with a very small amount. Im just doing this review so others will now truthfully about West Mobile auto outlet they really are Bringing Integrity Back yes Bruce sold me a lemon and he knew it please be aware of these scammers. Also they will tell you anything to get a sell done told me the reason the check engine light was on because of o2 sensor not true .Now that it not running Bruce tells me the truck had heads worked on previous. Please dont spend your hard earn money with them and save yourself the hassle of going thru what Im going thru.
