Wonderful place to shop and decide what you will be needing your item you are shopping for, for! Think before you shop & ask questions. I went in to buy regular coil top range. Well, after the gentleman was telling me about the glass top range and the convection oven. I thought about the things I missed from using the wood cookstoves growing up. Guess what this GE range has all of my wants with plenty of space in the oven. 6 oven rack spots from top to bottom, steam circulates throughout to bake or cook foods.I forgot to ask what I need to bake with it or cook, in other words can you image a turkey that is nicely browned in all sides & moist. Steam comes out by the burners. Oh and about the burners he small in the back with warmer in the middle, 4 more sizes on front two burners. ( two sizes each burners left or right)with knobs for each size going to left for one size & right for other size.Also, there is a melt at the lowest powers degrees of two burners. I have been finding new features on it. Hows that for a stove or oven? Think before you buy, you wont be sorry!

I have had 3 experiences with Deranalaus in Lewiston, all negative. First, I purchased a gas cooktop. It was missing the correct orifices for propane. while waiting for the orifices, they sold the unit to someone else and couldnt get another due to the pandemic. We also ordered and paid for a refrigerator. Due to the pandemic the order was cancelled. They never bothered to tell us. We got a GE microwave that was included a part of our new home. It was faulty. GE scheduled Deranaleaus to service it. Again, without notifying us, Deranaleaus cancelled the work order because they dont work on items they dont personally sell. You will never see me inside a Deranaleaus again!

And crew for setting up our new TV and making sure all the apps and update updates are current. You cant get that kind of quality and service from the big box stores. They also do business with us.

Purchased a great washer and dryer set. Prices were very competitive, service was outstanding. Delivery and set up went perfectly. Very happy with the entire experience.

This is the only place I will buy appliances from! They have a good selection and fair prices! Nate in sales is extremely knowledgeable and easy to deal with. For many years he was a service tech so he knows the machines well that he is selling. Mike in service is wonderful if you ever need something repaired. Great store! Great staff!

Great value and selection

Deranleaus Appliance Audio- 3 starsThe good part -Deranleaus which is perhaps they best place in town to get TVs.The quality of the products that they sell is excellent.The selection of the products is outstanding.The bad part -Unfortunately the customer service is not very personable, theyre not rude but rather cold.I went in there questions to ask some questions about a TV that I paid $2,500 for and they acted like they did not even want to talk to me.Its my impression that they just want to make that initial sale and are not interested in repeat business.If there was someplace else in town that sells decent TVs I would certainly go there first.

We purchased two twin mattresses last weekend. Our sales person was really great! He was helpful, friendly, answered our questions. I really liked the service! I would give the store 5 stars, except as we were finishing our purchase, we moved to the back of the store (where the computers/register were). There was an older man watching poker on TV, Im assuming he was our salespersons boss. As I asked more questions about warranty, and other things, this man would butt in and totally cut off our sales person, and would not answer my questions. Instead of letting the salesperson answer my question, he said, you can read it on the tag. If I wanted to read it, I wouldnt be asking the question. It REALLY put a bad taste in my mouth. I wish I would have told him that I wasnt talking to him. ;) Had we not already made the purchase, I may have just left after interacting with him. If my review was based on him, I would have given the store zero stars. If you go, make sure to get the younger salesman with dark hair! He was great, otherwise, just leave.

Great prices open on holidays

It was good. But I would like to see this store have ultra HD or BLU RAY player since they have a lot of TV.

I buy all the appliances for my rental units at this store. Their selection ranges the entire price scope and they service/install what they sell.
