I had broken my glasses, the wire that holds my lens broke. I went in and with in 5 minutes they had it fix and ready to go. Fast service, the employee Fabian that help me was very nice and he know exactly what to do. I would recommend anyone needing glasses to go there. There service was great.
Got some awesome fishing sun glasses. They have Costas now. Finally! then I was told about Oakley prizm polarized lens. Wow. Just wow. My prescription was also perfect from the doctor. We have had THE best experiences with this LensCrafters store, mostly due to one exceptional Associate, J.R., whose experience really shows through in every way, from his friendliness and attention to detail and his expertise from years in the industry!!! Our son needed new glasses and was returning to school out of state. J.R. handled selecting & fitting & measuring for the glasses, then arranged for the glasses to be shipped to a LensCrafters store where he attended school. They arrived quickly & fit perfectly-no follow-up visits were necessary. Then I needed new progressive lens eyeglasses and prescription sunglasses. I have had many problems over the past 10 years, getting the right glasses prescription and fitting/measurements. As a result, I often went back to wearing older eyeglasses which worked better. Finally, after all this time, the eye doctor associated with this store, corrected my prescription (which had been too strong) and J.R. spent the necessary time with me, to ensure that the eyeglasses selected would work well, listened to my past issues, looked at the old eyeglasses to figure out why one pair worked so much better, and then most importantly measured carefully. Yes, there are computers involved but there are necessary confirmations and review of the data to ensure that the focal points are correct. With the very expensive progressive lenses I need, a slightly off measurement can result in unclear vision and headaches! J.R.’s experience showed because BOTH my pairs of sunglasses are perfect! It was such a pleasure to deal with an Associate with such great expertise and whose friendly and kind and patient manner was such a pleasure to deal with! Highly recommend LensCrafters and most especially J.R.! A++++++++++++++
This location is amazing ! The doctor was about to tell me that my previous eye doctor gave me the wrong prescription. He was able to help me out with the correct one which would help with my headache. When it came to picking out my new glass I was helped by the most helpful person Amalia. She was the sweetest and really knew what she was doing. Especially helping me pick out ones that fit my face and that I really liked. I would definitely be recommending this location to my friends and family.

This rating and critique is aimed at the retail side only. The doctor side was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, I had a pleasant experience with the doctor. As for the retail side, it seems as though after they make their sale, they no longer care about guest service. My interactions with the retail side began on August 23, moments after my eye exam. I was greeted and we began the process of ordering my lenses. After selecting what I wanted for lenses, I was told, looks like we cant order them with those options. Then we began the process all over again. Once the ordering was complete. I was told 10 days. Then later told maybe 14 days, because of my options. (There is literally only one thing I changed about the new order compared to the previous ones Ive ordered and thats the transition lens.) Over 14 days go by and I never get a follow up call, so I gave Lens Crafters a call to get an update. Someone answered and took my information and said, give me a few minutes to find out and Ill call you back. I wait a few and then over half an hour, and then I decide to call back in case they forgot about me. They told me they were busy and would get back to me. Then I waited an additional two hours to get a call back that said my lenses werent passing inspection for some reason and could be because of the transition lenses, the representative admitted that it might be the case but it was only a speculation. They told me if I cancel the transition lenses and opt for regular lenses then maybe I can get them quicker. I was hesitant but at this point I just wanted glasses. So I told them to cancel the transition and order regular ones. (Keep in mind this adding to the previous failed options I chose in the beginning) Then I get another call a few minutes later telling me they can do the transition lenses if they change labs. I was told they can change labs and put a rush order on it so that it gets here in 1 week. I said that sounds good, because I get the transition lenses I wanted, despite having to wait some more. A week goes by and I dont hear anything, so I give Lens Crafters a call for another update. A different representative answered and just told me, they are still working on it, but I do see they have a red flag on your name to call you as soon it gets here. (I was thinking, shouldnt you do that anyway? When someones order comes in, shouldnt you call them?) Either way, its been over a month now with all this and my last call didnt go any better. I was told to wait another week. This isnt the first time Lens Crafters has failed me. A year or two ago I tried four separate times to order contacts and it took me going to the store and talking to the manager to finally get them ordered. A total of 2-3 months wasted trying to get contacts. I apologize for making this long, but I advise you to try and find a better place. Somewhere where they dont over promise and under deliver. Maybe a place where guest service comes before sales.

I visited this store, LensCrafters, today, Thursday, April 1, approximately 1:00pm, in hopes of purchasing a pair of RayBan sunglasses, maybe 2 pairs. When I walked in the door 3 sales associates at the desk could not have cared less that I had entered the store. I asked if I could see some of the RayBan glasses and the gentleman pointed to the rack. No one offered to help me, he came over at one point and told me not to place the glasses back on the rack after I had tried them on because he had to clean them, he then continued a conversation with the 2 other employees, and all of them totally ignored me. I then asked one of the girl associates about the glasses and she didnt know any of the answers and was not helpful at all. She proceeded to complain about a customer she had to call, and called the customer, again all the while the 3 of them ignoring me. You missed a sale today, LensCrafters, and gained a poor review. (I also had hoped to have an eye exam but, figured that was not going to happen.....)
While visiting from out-of-town my wife needed to get some replacement contacts after forgetting to pack them. The staff was extremely helpful in locating the correct contact lenses and because we are repeat customers for LensCrafters they gave us a couple of trial lens packs for free. They dont know how much they helped us today as we are here for a wedding that will start in 3 hours! Class Act!
I can’t thank Fabian Wilson the store manager for all the help he gave me. Even though my eyeglasses were past the 30 days return he realized the issue was related to the glasses themselves and replaced them free of charge. Really went above and beyond for me!

My experience was excellent if I rate ONLY the eye exam and doctor Linda Zanas is great, she has patience, very polite and passionate. Unfortunately, I have to give 1 star because the customer care is terrible! I wanted to buy the contact lenses doctor Zanas suggested me and had to call 4 times, left tons of messages and got zero call back. I ended up ordering from a website online.

While visiting Naples I accidentally lost my glasses while swimming at the beach... the doctor and staff were so helpful!! I had to choose between getting glasses and contacts (ended up choosing contacts at that time) and I was giving additional samples to take with me! If it wasn’t for the fact I was only visiting the area, I would have probably bought a pair of glasses too!! Because they had very cute styles :). But I needed to check my eye doctor store back home in case I had insurance for glasses I lost. They were willing to do glasses within 24 hours... and doc answered my questions as to lasik surgery which I am considering for the future.
Very friendly and helpful staff here. Scheduling an eye exam was very simple and easy. They easily allowed me to reschedule my appointment when I wasnt able to make it. Ordering my new lenses was easy, fairly inexpensive, and they had them ready for me within a weeks time. When I mentioned that Id wait there while they put in my new lenses into my old frame because I couldnt drive without my glasses they insisted they would try to have them ready quicker for me. Which I wasnt expecting. They definitely exceeded my expectations.

The optician Phuong was less then helpful. He did not inform me what discount options or promotions were available. He was reluctant to answer any questions I asked. He did not itemize the cost of of the lens options to me. He made me hurried choosing a frame with no guidelines or advise. He did not tell what size of frame I needed. He even did not wipe my current glasses after he handled them.As for choosing a frame a petite woman as me was out of luck. All the mirrors were on the top shelf, and I barely could see my face when I tried on. I had to reach up and tilt the mirror, if it was not secured to the base.When I picked up the glasses they were not checked if they fit, and were not wiped clean.
If it wasnt for the knowledgeable woman Dr. I saw last Friday who told me she saw shadows in my eyes I would not have been prompted to go see Dr. Quigley. He told me I have wrinkled retinas and has made an appointment to see a retina specialist.

I went in last night after making an appointment on their website. I arrived and was seen almost immediately. Great staff. Dr Nicole Yontz was so sweet and so knowledgeable. I haven’t had an eye exam in probably 5-8 years, so she explained everything I needed to know. Later, Dawnette helped me out select a beautiful pair of Prada glasses that were slightly out of my price range, but she hooked me up with a discount! She was very lovely and fun to talk to. After avoiding going the optometrist for so many years, I definitely had a great experience overall. I can’t wait to get my glasses. The only thing I didn’t like, is that there is no diaper changing table in the bathrooms.

Awful. Doctor was preoccupied and rude--very pompous and self important. He was unwilling to aid in any pain relief for a severe cornea injury. I called back in bawling to ask again for pain reliever because the pain became excruciating...a drop, a pain med, a shot...anything! I got frustrated on the phone when no help was offered and abruptly hung up. I will find a doctor who actually cares. Dont waste your money here.
I have been a customer at this LensCrafters for ten years. All my experiences have been very positive. Staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. I always need to have adjustments made for new frames and I am always encouraged to come back in if there are any problems. I like the photo machine that takes your picture with different frames so you can see the way they look. Since I wear bi focals, I cant see what the frames look like without wearing my glasses. This store has a large inventory of high quality eyewear. Yes, they are not cheap, but I wear my glasses all the time so in the long run, they are important to me and worth the money.
Very courteous & helpful staff. Youll find a wide selection and they have some pretty cool tools to help you find what looks best for your face & style. This is the 2nd time I have gotten eyeware from LensCrafters and will use them again in the future.
Dr. Is rude and short. Not very knowledgable. They dont really care about the patient. Make you feel like theres a million other things they would rather be doing than their job. Slams phone, when hanging up. Not helpful. Staff seems like they arent too thrilled to be there. For 28 years of getting eye exams and never having a negative experience once, this was far more complicated than necessary. My advice is spend a few extra $ and go elsewhere.

Dr. Sandra Eveleth was too lazy to exam my eyes. Didnt matter I can see and read ABC on the board or not. In another words, she didnt care about patients eyes. Offices slow and didnt see any patient waiting. She rushed in and out less than a minute. She just copied my previous prescription years ago.
After having a less then great experience last week & writing a review ((I NEVER write reviews)) I was contacted by the store manager about 2hrs after the review was posted. ((My current frames are not comfortable for me even after several adjustments & Im just not in love with them on my face. Being I wear them all the time I want to feel comfortable in them))Fabin was so understanding & went above and beyond to contact another location to find the frames I liked ((that were damaged instore & unable to be reordered as they had been discontinued))When I went back in later that week we found that the new frames from another store were ALSO damaged. I was definitely feeling alittle discouraged since I had looked at all the frames in my price range and just didnt love any. Fabin then told me he spoke with corporate & they approved they would do an even exchange for ANY FRAMES I wanted !!! We finally found a perfect pair that fit my face like magic! Besides that Fabin was also able to upgrade my lenses to a weightless type lense!! I was just blown away with the kind above & beyond service!!!! And how QUICKLY it was all handled!!I am now on my way to go pick up my new frames!!!!!My family has been coming here for the last 17yrs & will continue.Thank you again !!!!
This place is the most unfriendly place Ive ever spoken with in a long time. The operator (whoever answers the pone) has a very bad attitude and you can tell shes really not happy to be there. It definitely gives LensCrafters a very bad reputation.Im sorry for them.
Dr. Whetstone and his staff are very unfriendly, rude, and unhelpful. They left me without any sample contacts until mine come in the mail. Theres a nicer LensCrafters in Estero, go there instead.
Worst place to come horrible service and dr is very rude i had placed an order on aug 17 Didnt receive a call to pick up even after 3 weeks and when i ask for my pupil distance they told me they dont give that out and not to make a habit of asking for it. Here on sunday website say open at 11am door say 12pm this placed does care about their customers please save some money and frustration by going somewhere esle

While Lenscrafters itself was very helpful, I understand they can only follow prescriptions provided by eye doctors. The doctors Rockman,Zanas and Frederick Brown, all associated with Lenscrafters, fall short of all expectations.My first appointment for exam was on September 9, 2021 with Dr Zanas; I was very explicit with what I needed, she seemed confused but wrote a prescription which I had ordered. On picking up the glasses I told the associate at Lenscrafters that I could not see but would try to get used to them. I tried for a couple of days but still had a problem in addition to getting dizzy when wearing. Called to make a follow up appointment, this time with Dr Brown, who appeared equally confused, could not figure out how to prescribe, but prescribed and returned to lenscrafters who changed the prescription. Now 2 months later the problem is still there. Made another appointment with Dr Brown, needed to cancel but could not get a hold of anyone, only auto answer told to go to internet but could not cancel only make new appointment. Finally got a hold of Lenscrafters corp office when I was told, all the doctors are independent and there was nothing that they could do for me. Still trying to get a hold of someone to. help me!!!!!!!!! Now $800 dollars later still dont have glasses. In addition I brought my COACH sunglasses with polarized lenses so that they could put script in them also; cant use them?!?
