Cortany always is so pleasant when you call or go into the office, every is so professional all the time

The people in there know their business, they are real friendly and I can see out of these glasses better than I can see out of anyone fair that I got anywhere else.

Professional and helpful as usual. Dr. Radish did my eye exam. He was knowledgeable and answered my questions. Staff helped me with frame selection.

The service at the Rivergate location was fast, efficient, and professional.I was having trouble with a previous pair of glasses from another company and they were able to diagnose the issue and made sure the same mistake was not repeated. I am so impressed!!!!!

Terrible customer service. It’s really disappointing too because I had been coming here for a few years now. The optometrist I had was great, she was very thorough. Now I will never be back because the the last few times I had to deal with this place to try to get contacts it was horrible. I never completed my visit from March because of the pandemic, and never finalized my contact brand. Instead of contacting me at any time to notify me or address it they just picked whatever contacts they wanted as my prescription. I’m sorry but when the ENTIRE CITY shuts down as a federal mandate and tells you not to leave your house you do just that. So you trying to force people to pay another office visit just for a contact fitting, you clearly only care about squeezing money out of people in already challenging times. You should be ashamed of how you operate your business.

I saw Dr. Higson here and it was one of the best doctor visits Ive ever had. She was very thorough in answering every question I had, and she clearly took extra time to make sure she considered all of the things for my eye health (astigmatism, contact dryness, etc.).I had previously ended up with a glasses prescription that was too strong (at another clinic) so she took extra time to ensure we had my prescription right, so I would be comfortable. Would be back in a heartbeat!

This is the second time Ive been there and the second time was as good as the first. Love the staff and Dr. Perry. They were ready to ask any questions I had and made me feel like the most important person that they had in the store. They had a good selection of frames and everyone knew their stuff. I mainly came for contacts but wouldve bought frames if I needed them but I wasnt pressured at all.My exam was quick and thorough and Dr. Perry made sure I was happy with my contacts before I left.I would happily refer anyone who needs an eye exam, glasses, or contacts to Dr. Perry and his staff at Pearle Vision in the Rivergate area.

My eye prescription is challenging! Ive worn lenses since age 2, and all three doctors at Pearle Vision in Madison earn 5 Stars from me! Best vision Ive had with lenses in a while. They also fitted me with contact lenses when no one else was able to have my eyes work well together with contacts. I would highly recommend any of the three practitioners at Pearle Vision. They are expert, personable and willing to go the extra mile!

I called last Friday morning and got an appointment early that same afternoon. The eye Doctor and staff were great . I was given a very thorough exam and with the Doctors help prescribed a new trifocal lens. The staff helped me pick flattering frames. I was called just a few days later and told my glasses were ready to pick up. I love my new glasses. I didnt need any time to get used to them. These new lens are amazing. Thanks Pearle Vision.

I know there is a pandemic of covid but if youre not going to be opened on Saturday you should have it posted on your door or put up a sign saying your closed

Dr. Perry has been seeing my child for a few years now. My daughter likes to go to the eye Doctor. he makes it easy for her and i to understand what is going on with her eyes and ways to improve them for better comfort for her. she love the staff. I have actually referred a few of my co-workers to Dr. Perry and family members.

I ordered contact lenses. I asked them to send them to my house twice. So far, no lenses.

Came to Pearle for a long overdue eye exam. Clean and comfortably office, friendly reception staff, knowledgeable optometrist who explained clearly and sales staff took the time to explain my lens & frame options and costs. Its not the cheapest option for an eye exam but I would prefer to pay more for a thorough exam.

I went for an eye exam a year ago and came out with a viral infection in both eyes,the woman Dr blamed it on the workers or other patients,neither I believe was the cause,the Dr was very unsanitary Andi ended up having to get surgery to this day im still haveing problems,they can find me on their record as Toni OGuin,I just got in the mail a card for a yearly exam NO Than ky ou!

I am giving 1 star because I had recently re-ordered contact lenses on Dec. 4th when I called the store to follow-up on the order on the 13th the person on the phone hung up in my face. I immediately called back and a different person answered stating ups had tried to deliver but was unable to and my order was in transit. I asked the person on the phone for a tracking number which they gave me and come to find out my order wasnt placed until Dec. 13th the date I called to follow-up not the initial date of Dec. 4th! I understand that things do happen but not being honest with your customers, shows a great lack of integrity and I would not recommend them to anyone!

STAY AWAY. This was a well run business that I always had positive experiences with until it changed hands a few years ago. Even as I write this, I find it hard to believe myself, but TWICE I took my glasses into them (glasses that had been purchased from this store) for routine help - once to trade out new lenses and once to simply have the earpieces adjusted. And, THEY BROKE my frames BOTH TIMES! They literally broke the frames around the lenses, and these were sturdy, plastic Oakley brand frames. The first time I was very disappointed, and in their defense, they replaced the first pair, but with a different model as the other style was now discontinued (which I loved dearly.) Well, the new ones A) I didnt care for aesthetically, and B) had the prescription screwed up in one eye to the point I cant read out of it. It also took them FOREVER to replace and they were indifferent to the point of rudeness at every turn along the TWO MONTHS it took to get a replacement. After they somehow broke a second pair also at the eye piece (despite my going to have the ear pieces tightened up?), I didnt even bother to pursue with a replacement or other recourse. I simply dont trust them to do anything competently and decided to cut my losses. I will never do business with ANY Pearl Vision given that they allow this particular franchise to carry their name. When they broke the second pair, they also acted like it was my fault and offered no apology. Possibly the worst consumer experience Ive ever had. Ive worn glasses for three decades and never had them broken by an eye care professional. Sad...

Excellent experience! We were seen quickly, the saleswoman (Janet) knew her stock and how to find a flattering pair of glasses, and she was very happy to cut an excellent deal for us. (ended up getting about half off!) Fantastic, and I would recommend this Pearle Vision to anyone.

Its taking way to long to get my glasses. If there not here by Wednesday 24 June Im going to ask for my money back and going somewhere else.

I bought a pair of glasses last month, and I was not happy with them.....I took them back and they exchanged them on the spot. The staff is are always helpful with me about what my insurance would and would not pay.Janet went out of her way to adjust my glasses for me

Dr. Perry was very professional in his examination. He was very candid in his answer concerning the condition of my eyes. He did not try to over state the change in order to make an additional sell.

My daughter and myself both had to have eye exams and they were very quick in responding to us coming in and getting us in to be seen by the Dr. EVERYONE that worked in that office were extremely polite and very efficient.

Went here for an eye exam which was fine but every time I come to pick up my contacts on saturday, which is the only day off I have that they are supposed to be open on, they are closed.

Went there to get new glasses because mine were broken . They told me it take 7 to 10 days to get back I went back after 10 days and had no glasses . After calling lab. was told it would take 5 more days.Never mind that I told them I need them asap. I was told that they were sent to another lab because they did not have right tools of all things to say. The truth is more than anything else is they did not start on them until I asked about it or they made them wrong to start with. Robert Moore

Lady barely speaks English and tried to tell me I HAD to get all kinds of exams my insurance didnt cover. Waste of time. Stay away
