I walked into the shop a woman asked coupd she help me. I needed frames. I was tryong to explain to the woman my situation she blew me off and never really tried to point in rhe right direction or help me get the rifht frames. Good customer service to me is really taling interest im what your customers need. I will never return here

Just received my kick a%* new glasses and could not be happier with the selection. This is the first time I have purchased eyewear without trying em on etc but with COVID-19 and my living all the way in ATL, GA, i decided to call the store and see how they could assist me remotely. Let me tell you....JULIANNA went above and beyond. I sent her pics of the glasses I was wearing at the time to give her a sense of my style and I let her know i wanted to go with a larger frame. Within minutes, she was sending me pics of the specs (all angles) and went above and beyond and sent me pics of her wearing the selections she thought i may like. I loved them all and decided on one pair and the rest was history. Sent her my prescription and the transaction was easy breezy. She let me know when she was preparing them to ship out and they arrived today. It feels like Christmas to me, as i wasn’t 100% sure they would look as good on me as they did Julianna, but i love them!! And my eyes say THANKS AND I say a million thank you’s!!! SEE has the best selection of eyewear!! And i love that the chances of me running into someone w the same specs in ATL GA are slim.

It was a wonderful experience picking out frames. The young man who assisted me chose frames that I would have not chosen for myself.Unfortunately, thats where it ended. Almost $700.00 glasses, I was asked to stand for my initial adjustment. Keep in mind my lenses are $600.00...tri-focals, etc.The coatings failed around the tenth month. Was initially told that I had scratched them. I have w glasses for 50 or so years without scratching a incidence. The manager, as a courtesy, ordered replacement lenses. Was told they would arrive within two weeks. Called today, May 31st, and they had been there since May 19th. Of course they quickly inform me that I am not the first one to say I received no communication. But no apology.The first part...I really am a fan of their frames, but I cannot use them in the future.

I had a really good experience here. Their selection of frames is amazing and so unique. John was very friendly and helpful. He picked out some frames for me that I would’ve never thought to look at and those were the ones I ended up getting. I appreciated that he wasn’t trying to sell me on anything and was giving his honest opinion about how he thought they fit and looked. The doctor was great too and no eye puff machine! I’m not sure I’ve ever been somewhere that spent so much time assisting me in picking out frames. I will definitely be back and probably wearing glasses a lot more often if I keep getting their frames!

I was wasting some time before my haircut appointment when I ventured into See and asked if I could get my glasses repaired- one of the nose pads broke. The lady who greeted me gladly took my glasses, made the repair, cleaned my glasses, and returned them with a pleasant smile. When I asked her how much, she declined and repeatedly refused to allow me to pay her.Although I have never purchased my eyewear from See, I will definitely do so the next time. Pleasant and superlative service gets my business every time.

Cool, funky eyewear you cannot find anywhere else. Very stylish and high quality frames. Many frames have lenses included for a flat price. Nice lens options for Rx sunglasses including polarized faded lenses. Many sunglass frames come with polarized non-Rx lenses. Great customer service, and good coupons from time to time, including on your birthday. Talk to Kate!

This is my second pair of glasses from See. I love this place!! Its like a candy store for people who wear glasses. The eye exam was quick and efficient. The customer service is excellent.

I have been going to See for some years. I never had an issue until today when I tried to make an appointment due to I am having some issues with my eyes. The guy that answer the phone ask me when would I like to come in. I ask as soon as possible tomorrow preferably. He stated, there isnt an opening until Thursday. I ask since I been a customer for years, could they work me in tomorrow. He told very rudely, that I can come in as a walkin and that is not guaranteed I will be seen. That I can go to Lens crafters or something like that where they have multiple doctors and they can see. He wasnt nice about it. Just straight rude and inconsiderate. I only gave 2 stars due to this is my first encounter with someone being rude. Also, I didnt want to take away from the doctor who is excellent and the other people that are always friendly. This really rub me the wrong way and made me think I should change my eye doctor!

I love SEE, but this location is absolute garbage. Extremely poor customer service. Waited over a month to get my frames due to pure incompetence of staff. They told me they’d mail my frames to me on 5 different occasions. Every time I called in they’d apologize and say they’d mail them that day. I eventually had to FLY to Nashville just to get my frames. What a joke. Whole staff should be fired or location should be shut down.

Great doctor... Frames? Meh. The optometrist at SEE was wonderful and very careful. I can definitely see myself going back to her for next years exam.The selection of frames in the store, on the other hand, was disappointing. If you are someone who doesnt really NEED glasses, but has $$ to burn on the latest, trendiest accessories for your face, then youll probably love SEE. If, however, you want something stylish but subtle to hold your much-needed corrective lenses in place without drawing attention to the fact that you are WEARING GLASSES, youll want to look elsewhere. The frames at SEE are the kind that will dominate your face. Be sure to budget for a new purse and coordinating outfits if youre buying your glasses here! I prefer frames that complement my features while still being functional, which is why I went elsewhere.

The price point is high, and the wait time for glasses is a minimum of two weeks. Glasses are a minimum of $350. I asked them to rush the order, because my old pair broke, but it still took longer than the 7 to 10 business day time frame they offered me. The frames are stylish, but there isnt much variety in store...you might find yourself waiting longer to order frames and then get the glasses made.If youre in a pinch, look elsewhere. As a person reliant on glasses, I found this process frustrating.Edit: The glasses didnt fit properly when they arrived.

Absolutely splendid! This was the first pair of glasses Ive ever had to get-- I finally had an eye exam recently, and found that I definitely needed them. I was really nervous about picking my first pair, and not knowing at all what I wanted, but John took really good care of me. I was in and out in about 30/45 minutes, including filling out my paperwork/paying/choosing my frames. I never felt judged for being indecisive or picky, and he picked out some great frames for me to try! AND I definitely appreciated the prices--hip without the rip is definitely true. I was afraid I was going to have a completely empty wallet by the time I left--and it ended up being relatively painless! :) Thank you to SEE, and to John--Ill definitely be back for another pair once I can convince myself I need a lounging pair of frames!

See Eyewear is a very affordable but seriously besbeauti downtown shop for one of a kind eyewear. The staff and eye doctor are extremely knowledgable.

Super-helpful staff and a huge selection of very cool frames. If youre a little wary of doing the Warby Parker thing, See is the place to find frames that dont look like everyone elses along with personalized service.

On my third pair from SEE Eyewear in less than a year because they are so fun & affordable. Their credo, Hip without the Rip, is well said. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, & extremely helpful. Parking can be an issue in this neighborhood (Hillsboro Village) but it is well worth parking & walking to SEE. I get regular compliments on my specs, which are btw high quality eyewear. No issues or problems with any of my glasses from SEE. It feels like a high end optical shop but the prices are fabulous & the staff is amazing. You wont regret stopping in to try on frames or to make a purchase.
