Dr. Carr was really great and helped me pick out a new brand of contacts that were much better for my eyes. The tech Johanna also pick out the perfect pair of glasses for me! I was very pleased with my experience there! Definitely recommend!

I recently moved to Nashville and needed an eye doctor. Visionary Eyeworks was recommended to me by a friend, and I had such a pleasant experience! I was a few minutes late due to GPS issues, and everyone was so kind and understanding. Dustin was incredibly helpful, and Dr. Carr talked me through the entire process. Highly recommend!

The staff here is so great! From the physicians to the front desk staff - they are so courteous and actually care about your needs and taking care of you! Seriously, some of the friendliest staff I have encountered in such a long time!

I may not be the perfect patient, but what is the saying... fool me once? From feeling pressured to add extras to my order, to my order not being ready for weeks/months (certainly UPS cannot be THIS bad -- the woman helping me was so disorganized, that I wonder if my glasses were even ordered when I paid for them), not to mention being able to read someones private information that is just sitting across from me while the woman who helped me gets up and walks around the office 10 times during my ordering process... Im just not sure this is the place for me. Im all for supporting small businesses, but next year Ill try another provider.

Would recommend Visionary Eyeworks to anyone in the area. Really friendly, kind and knowledgeable staff and a great overall experience! The facility also has up-to-date equipment and is a clean and bright facility.

Accessoreyes has merged with this company according to their website - Accessoreyes is terrible, Im out of town and my glasses broke and they wont send me a copy of my prescription because it is expired. I am sure they are worried I am going to buy glasses elsewhere.

Staff is wonderful, EXCELLENT customer service skills. Dr.Carr was very knowledgeable and thorough! Skye was super nice and gentle when conducting the pre-test. They have an Optomap, which takes a full picture of the interior of the eye and takes place of dilation, so i can drive myself home! Deidre was very helpful on helping me find the right fit glasses with all the selection they have.

The office is beautiful, and so many frames to choose from! The staff is fantastic, always smiling and so very helpful. They answer any questions you have, and have the technology to do so! Thank you for having such a great team, and doing all you can for your patients!

After moving to Nashville and trying out two different eye doctors unsatisfied, I finally found my place with Visionary Eyeworks. Dr. Kobrick and her team provide excellent professional service, while making the visit feel personal and your time valued. I appreciate not feeling like I am being herded through the cattle call as I have at several other optometrists, and that I am receiving individualized attention during my visit.

I have always been greeted with a smile and EXCELLENT service. If you are looking for contacts or glasses this is the place for you. They even have a very nice inventory of sunglasses. I highly recommend going here and seeing what they have to offer.

UPDATE: I received a call from Deidre today to help clarify the experience I had. I am thankful she took the time out of her day to explain this to me. My issues were more on the insurance end than on Visionary Eyeworks. My experience with dilation was a rare one, but in the future, make sure you bring a driver if you plan on opting for this route! I have been assured that trial contacts are included in the contact appointment fee, which is a huge relief. Communication has eased this situation a lot for me, and I hope the experience next week helps me love this location.This was not what I had expected based on the lovely reviews. Skye in the front was wonderful and very warm and welcoming, but the compliments stop here. To start with, I was offered dilation or a new imagery system (for a surcharge). When I asked if dilation would make it hard for me to drive, I was reassured multiple times that I would be just fine, but sensitive to light. However, I could hardly see to punch in my PIN number at the end of the appointment. I ended up stranded in their parking lot for an hour while I waited for a friend to come drive me because I could not see to drive. This lasted for 5 hours. The doctor was good at her job, but very standoff-ish and was not connecting with me. At the end of the appointment, I found out that they had charged me an extra $72 because this was a contacts appointment. I wish I had gone to Target Optical, which had been my initial hunch. I have never had a bad optical visit, and now I have lots of anxiety associated with the situation. They are ordering my trial contacts and I am scared to return to their office. Would not recommend unless you are assertive, know your stuff, and have plenty of money to spend.

I had the worst experience! The doctor entered the room and didnt even say hi or introduce herself. She literally didnt say 2 words to me. She immediately started the exam. The exam room was very uncomfortable due to the silence. Some music or TV noise would be nice since the doctor wont small talk with you. The doctor told me she couldnt order my contacts in the dailys for me but I went somewhere else recently and they said they could and it was the same exact prescription. I will not go back. Doc needs to work on her bedside manner.

I have been waiting for my glasses for about 2 months and every time i call them they say we will call you back with info regarding your glasses tomorrow but i end up waiting for a week or two. I don’t recommend this store
