Ashley and Jeremy were awesome in helping me find sunglasses. They worked with me to make sure the glasses were perfect for me and showed me my different options and gave me great advice. I’m super happy with my purchased and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From now on this will be the only place I buy my glasses.

I rarely write reviews, but I was unfortunately forced to write this one to hopefully prevent another person from going through the terrible experience I had to go through.More than one month. That’s how long I have been waiting for my glasses at this point.Not a single associate contacted me to give me the “promise dates” which is a bunch of lies. At this point I’ve gotten probably more than 10 “promise dates” all which are completely false.The store associates also lack any communication. I was calling them to find out the status of my glasses…not the other way around. That’s basic customer care skills that they lack and require training on or just some common sense.The lab they work with takes their sweet time and is somehow unable to give them a date on when an order will be ready. That to be is extremely sketchy and unprofessional.When I told people I was getting my glasses from LensCrafters, their responses were oh no, that’s a terrible mistake. I now see why. What an awful reputation on their part, but they definitely live up to it.Fortunately, I have been promised a refund. Have yet to see if that is true or not. But I will definitely be complaining if they don’t reimburse me for the waiting game they’ve put me through.This is my first experience with LensCrafters and will most DEFINITELY be my last.Save yourself the money (they’re not cheap), time and most importantly headache. They’re not worth it.Will NEVER be using LensCrafters again and will be sure to spread the word. What a terrible reputation you’ve left on a customer.You need some serious help.

I went into LensCrafters at Nashville West to look for some new frames. Ashley was very nice and helpful. She quickly installed new nose pads on my old frames at no charge. Nice clean store with very polite and helpful staff, especially Ashley.

Everyone was so helpful! From my eye exam to picking out my frames! Justin and Ashley went above and beyond helping my mom and I! 10 out 10! All the staff were so friendly and just a joy to work with!

I really enjoyed the vibe of the store! I got my glasses adjusted from being really crooked. The service was free and the employee was super nice!

I was in the west Nashville area shopping at the local stores, and I wondered into the LensCrafters store to see if it was possible to fix my Sun glasses. The screw in the left arm had worked itself out or been damaged somehow. Two ladies tried to help, one ended up taking them to the back removing the screw and making a new one, they spent 20 min of their time helping me out at no charge. When I left my glasses had been fixed, cleaned, and all three ladies working at the time were very pleasant to work with. Defiantly recommend this store, and I will be back the next time I need to purchase a pair, because I know the service will be excellent.Thank you Ladies!

I had a great time getting some sunglasses at the Lenscrafters at Nashville West. Actually, one of the best retail visits Ive had in quite a while. Donnie was great to talk with. He was able to answer all my questions. Ashley and the rest of your team were fantastic.

Fantastic experience! Doctor very enthused about his work and his two person staff were exceptionally kind. Tests were carefully thorough and results shared in educated fashion. In the frame area, the two people were also accomodating and respectful to each other and customers. Positive, all good!

Probably the best experience I have ever had at an eye doctors office. The staff is so friendly and I really appreciate how they took the time to educate me about my eye health in greater detail. Its weird to say but it was honestly a delightful doctor visit.

I’m not the type to leave a review, positive nor negative unless I have an experience far above or far below my normal shopping experience. I’m happy to say every interaction I had during the process of procuring my glasses at the Bellevue LensCrafters was both a delight and incredibly helpful. I have a fairly rare eye disorder which in the past has made my shopping more complicated than your typical, exam, shopping and fitting. With the help of the WHOLE staff of the Bellevue LensCrafters not only was my prescription handled in a timely manner, the team really worked with me to expedite and simplify every step included in my shopping for glasses to not only efficient but incredibly pleasant . Ashley is amazing

This is a brand new store opened about 3 weeks ago. I was able to get my prescription sunglasses 50% off under their grand opening special but it wont last forever. Their frame prices are competitive with other places but the lens prices were high for a basic plastic script. But the customer service makes up for it. Updated review: :I HAD INITIALLY GIVEN THEM A FIVE STAR! When they sent me a text saying my sunglasses were ready I went the next day to pick them up. When I got there about 11:30am my Ray-ban sunglasses had no tint on the lenses. She told they were going to have to send them back. Which would have been fine any other time but I ordered these for a beach vacation which was in 6 days. They couldnt guarantee me that they would be back by then. That was disappointing because my regular eye doc where I got my standard frames had them back from a Fri-Wed A.M But that was using insurance maybe, idk... it was a pain getting a refund. But I went to Walmart to a get a decent pair of prescription sunglasses. No not Ray-ban but way less $$$ to possibly loose in the ocean.

Brand new store for a while, every thing in the store is 50% off state of art equipment to do your eye exam, Coach, Prada Oakley, Rayban 50%off lens 50%off cheaper then my insurance plan, and very nice people,they are very helpful.
