I have been using Williams for over 20 years. They have always been honest and fair. Recently the compressor on my condenser failed due to a manufacturers defect. Williams replaced the compressor under warranty and also replaced a few other needed parts at the same time. The work was done correctly, in a timely manner for a fair price. No, they dont have tv ads or fancy painted up vans (guess who pays for that flash) they do have well trained polite employees, excellent service and fair prices. I highly recommend Williams Heat & Air

Amazing customer service! I will never buy appliances from anywhere else again, so glad there are still small businesses like Williams that sell and repair appliances. They had exactly what I was looking for and the delivered when they said they would. The delivery crew was courteous, careful, and explained the features of our new appliance.

They had what I needed to fix my a.c. that went out on a Friday night. Was able to pick up the part early Saturday morning. They even offered to test my failed component for me to make sure I wouldnt be wasting my money. Great people over there. They have my business for life.

The only reason for the one star rating is that the system wont allow zero stars. Williams HVAC replaced my evaporator coil and less than 3 months later the replacement coil failed. They came out and replaced it again but charged me full price for the second replacement. They blamed the failure on Carrier the coil manufacturer and told me if I had a complaint to contact Carrier. Of course there is no real way to know if the coil was damaged from the factory, during transit or during installation. Be aware, Williams does not stand behind their work. Use them only at your own risk.

Daniel came this morning to our home to assess our HVAC system, he was wonderful! Very polite, professional, did not try and sell me anything. Extremely honest, we have an older home and I was prepared for a tech to come in and convince me to buy a whole new unit. He did the opposite, started with the smallest issues (a recharge, and a new thermostat) in hopes that that will address the problems we were having. Was very honest and gave us his recommendations on what our next step (additional insulation in attic) would be if this didn’t address it. Before going to the more expensive unite upgrade. He answered all my questions (and I had ALOT of them) without making me feel rushed. Will definitely be calling Williams again for any problems that arise, thank you Daniel! And thank you Williams for employing honest individuals that respect your community. 👏👏👏

Michael of Williams Heating & Air Conditioning just replaced a broken appliance within our home. He and his assistant were outstanding in every way. They were timely, professional, courteous, and careful to protect nearby surface areas related to the repair. They were also careful to clean loose debris upon completion. Happy to report that our new appliance is working correctly! We enjoyed an extremely positive experience, and highly recommend them to others.

The man who came out was very professional and fixed an issue we had been dealing with for a long time and that other companies could not or would not fix. Unfortunately I dont recall his name. You could tell from his attitude and his tools that he knows what he is doing. Great service! I would recommend this company to anyone in need.

I’m sure this company has done great work in the past for previous customers based on some of the comments. My experience with this company was different. Made a call to get my dishwasher looked at and the technician came out pushed the start button and said the error light did not come on, so he didn’t see a problem with it. I asked what I should do if it comes on again and he said just give us a call back and we’ll send someone out again. Well won’t you know it came back on, tried calling back no one answered, so I decided to go ahead and buy a new dishwasher. Then I get a bill for $90.00 for the work done on the dishwasher? There was no work done on the dishwasher! Call talk to a Greg he tells me that because they went out no matter if they did work or not it’s $90.00. I get paying for working being done, but dang just to come out and push a button and say oh I don’t see anything wrong! I’ve dealt with our companies from SA and they have come out on service calls and found nothing gave me a work order with no charge involved. I would have gone with those companies again, but I wanted to deal with someone local. Well, I guess the lesson not to use this company again cost me $90.00!

I have used Williams for several years on multiple properties and issues. They are responsive, honest and save me money. Just this week a tenant obtained an estimate from a competitor. I called Williams who came out immediately and charged only half of what the competitor quoted. Williams warrants their work too. I highly recommend Williams.

Called to come look at a LG unit and they did not seem to want my business. Very POOR companyI would have been happy to wait for next week, that would have been no problem. But your man sounded like you could not do the work and I was WAY to far for yal to come, I live with in 10 miles from you, not like I was asking you to go to San Antonio.I got someone else that LG suggested and they will take care of me. They seem to want my business!

I called to purchase parts for my whirlpool dryer that had went out and not even 5 minutes into the conversation they let me know I misdiagnosed it . The staff there pointed me to the exact part I needed and my lord did they save me time and money. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs a repair or even some general information. This company never mentioned any kind of cost to come out and look at my freezer. The technician came, literally did nothing but look at it and left. He never mentioned that we would be charged. Then we get a bill in the mail for $90. We paid $90 for your technician to look at our freezer and do absolutely nothing? We tried to call the company to explain that we were not aware that there was a fee for just coming to our house, and they didnt want to hear it. Thanks for ripping us off!

I am so frustrated. Bought a new system from Williams and worked great until two years ago when it backed up and flooded our hallway ruining our wood flooring. They came out and fixed it and convinced me to buy a safety valve. A month ago, it flooded again and ruined my wood flooring yet again and they came out and told me the safety valve (that they sold me and convinced me would prevent this from happening!) was faulty. Charged me for a new one and took no responsibility. Stay away.

I have had reason to work with this company three times now. The first two times, I got another opinion and another quote. Both times that I did that, these guys were honest with me to a fault. They could have made more money off of me than they did, instead they were reasonable and fair and honest and did just what needed to be done without a lot of extra fluff and flutter. This week was the third time I decided to use them and this time I didnt even bother with an estimate from someone else, I just asked them to come and make my AC work. (I knew that the unit was on its last legs last summer and Williams helped me baby it through to last one more year). Not only did they fix it, they fixed it for a reasonable price (AC is expensive but they didnt take me for a ride) and they did it in just two days!! The crew that they sent out to assess the unit was knowledgable and friendly and the crew that came to install ONLY the needed parts (they didnt try to sell me things I didnt need) was super friendly and cleaned up their mess and were in and out in under 4 hours. I would not hesitate for an instant to call these guys back out to work on anything that I had that needed worked on. Today they went above and beyond the call of duty and helped me figure out some problems that made them no money but saved me a lot of it.I saw one bad review on this company having to do with the service call not being free. Free diagnosis and quotes are NOT standard for service companies. I have to say that every time that I have called any service company including Williams, they have told me up front that the service call was not free and told me how much it would be AND that they will deduct that amount from the amount of the repair if I ended up going with them to do the work that I needed done. There is really no way around that. If they just came and diagnosed everyones problems for free then a good number of people would go and buy the parts and do the repair themselves once a serviceman had diagnosed it. Labor is not free, gas is not free, and neither is knowledge.
