The Home Depot theme song is an ear worm like no other. I hear it at work, when I am spending time with my family, and as I go to bed; as a result I find myself constantly buying plants and home improvement products at the Home Depot, there have been times when I drive by the Home Depot on the way home from work to just make a lap through the parking lot and feel a moment of relief from the theme song that is stuck in my head. God help us if the Home Depot ever merges with Target.

Lynn in the appliance department was so helpful. She was very knowledgeable about washer and dryers and pointed me in the right direction. She explained the purchase and delivery to me very clearly and was very kind. She also gave me some monthly maintenance tips for my new washer and dryer set that I greatly appreciate.

Placed an order on 10/5 for delivery on 10/8 and now they call and dont have any part of our order. But they ran our credit card and now want us to wait 4 days for a refund and still have no product. I am done with Home Depot. The lady told us this happens all the time so beware if you make plans for merchandise to be delivered.

I loaded 5 - 40lbs bags of topsoil on the sled and was headed to the check when a young man named Isaac asked if I needed help loading them into my truck. Now Im a 61 year old veteran whos been shopping here for years and this is the first time anyone at Home Depot has voluntarily offered any assistance. Usually have to hunt someone down and told be right with you while they take care of something more important. Thank you very Isaac. I really appreciate your kind gesture.

2nd time ive been here... now i remember why i only go to lowes. Guess me looking lost and asking for help wasnt enough. Never found what i needed. Take note employees, women do buy hardware supplies so your only focus shouldnt just be on male customers... will not be returning

Bought a rigid Dryer Vent Elbow and Heavy Duty Flexible Vent Pipe plus 3 four inch clamps to solve my dryer vent problem. Since the elbow has a smaller end that goes inside the roof vent pipe and the flex pipe also has a smaller end that fits into the elbow it works perfectly. See part numbers I purchased in pictures.

My HEB at Walnut & IH35 New Braunfels Tx. Did major shopping immediately after major Dental. Checked out. Got to car & no car keys. Im a creature of habit, do things 1, 2, 3. Customer carry out transferred items from cart to basket & took to refrigerated locker. I spent nearly 1 hour checking at business center, with checkout cashier, store mgr., etc. retracing route thru store. They even reviewed video of checkout per time on receipt. Everyone was very patient, concerned for me. I called neighbor who has access to my home. He retrieved my spare key & drove to HEB. To my dismay my keys had fallen off loose wire ring down against seat fwd/back rail when I set brake. Keys were in car. Staff was very courteous as always, even though I insisted keys were with me at checkout. Egg on my face. My HEB staff are the BEST. B. Ford New Braunfels Tx 78130

Home Depot is a great Store for some Supplies and for buying Painting, but also the Garden Area is so very nice and beautiful!! Everyone was really very Friendly and very Helpful without any hesitations !! You can find many Things for your Home and Garden Improvement and Prices are pretty reasonable, but depending on what you are looking for!! I needed several different Supplies and I did found some Great Value Items for less Money!! Just one Thing I couldnt buy there, and this was very disappointing to Me, was a Self Adhesive Wall Paper and Kitchen Backsplash Options on a Roll !!..but otherwise I found everything I was in need of..You have to have a lot of time on Hand when you go there, because you will spend way to much time just to see everything they have !!! 😁

Online ordering!?! Dont do it for this store. I believe their policy is that as soon as you push order, if you dont show up to pick up in 1 hr. They randomly cancel your order and leave you hanging, because they sold it to someone else. Happens a lot!

This is a nice Home Depot which is very clean. They have a nice garden Center that changes throughout the seasons. They have friendly staff that give good advice and help with problem solving on projects. I have found that going during the day they have more experts available to help.

Needed assistsnce and got it from 2 friendly employees.Got a great deal on a new plant, too.

This is not a good place to get rent a lift. I paid $800 for a lift for a very important project for my business. When I received the rental the battery was almost dead. We used it for maybe 2 hours. When I called the place they said there battery last 5-6 hours. We ended up losing a whole day of work. When Carlos came out he showed me the GPS of the equipment and said we drove it around the complex. I explained that yes I did drive it around the complex. This is why I rented the equipment to complete the project. For sure Carlos was trying to cover for himself because he brought us a lift that wasn’t charged completely. When I tried to be reimbursed for the day or allowed to keep the equipment the extra day they denied it, and said that we ran the battery dead. Again, it was not charged when it was dropped to us. I called the customer service number and they put me on the phone with Mario. Mario tried to do everything he could to not allow us to keep the equipment an extra day, and hung up on us. I was told that this would be escalated, and someone would call me back but no one ever has and it’s been almost a week. Do not use this place to rent a lift for your company projects. I for sure learned my lesson after this horrible experience. I ended up renting another lift from another company to finish this project. It was a waste of money and time. I plan on letting my company that has over 2000 locations not to use them for there rentals as well as my customers family and friends.

Really bad people skills with these staff… I only wanted someone to unlock a framing gun to purchase and i asked for help they told me they will send someone, after wait for 30 min i went to next aisle to ask other guy he literally told me “fuck off im busy” “u need to calm down he said”… I Just left… very disappointed… I just wanted to purchase a framing gun…

My daughter and I had a very pleasant and wonderful lady help us on Memorial Day in the garden center. Her name was Wendy and she went above and beyond to help us get loaded with a pallet of Granite Compost. We really did appreciate her help and taking care of us.

I am very disappointed in Home Depot and Home Depot online. I order a refrigerator in June was supposed to be delivered a week later and has been pushed back twice already for delivery. Still no fridge!!! They sure did take my money but no fridge. If they did not have in stock then why sell it!!!! Stay away just a waste of time!!!!! Take your money somewhere else!!

Great! While one employee blocked the main aisle with his cart, while he cut plywood this morning, and didnt say one word to us, another one was amazing, funny, and very helpful.

If I could give zero stars I would. Had a delivery scheduled for today. Was never informed of the time it could possibly be delivered. I didn’t answer the phone when they called. I called back within 30 minutes left a voicemail with no return phone call. The delivery was listed as missed. However I was here the whole time. So no one came by. Called the store. Two times, was transferred several times along with put on hold. The first person I spoke to I told them I wasn’t informed of the time window. I only got an alert when the delivery process was started. Within the same hour I call the person delivering with no return call. The person said they would look into it and call me back. This did not happen 2.5 hours later I call back. The new person puts me on hold. They say delivery isn’t scheduled for today but tomorrow. I told them that it was scheduled for today but is listed as a missed delivery. I’ve been at my house all day and have a video door bell. Have had zero alerts to anyone being at the door. So no they did not come by. I understand that the delivery is third party. That being said Home Depot should at least be contacting the customer to make them aware of possible delivery time frame. Poor execution and lack of care from the Home Depot. They got their money now they don’t care when you receive your $3000.00 worth of product.

Completely disappointed with this stores level of customer service and call back. Which may be a reflection on Home Depot as a company and not just this store. After attempting to purchase a tool chest online on 12/30/20 I was called by the store that the item is out of stock and my order would be canceled. No problem for most businesses except I was charged for the item a week later. Now it’s 2/22/21 with numerous calls made in this time span just to find out no one knows when I’ll receive a refund and now my personal information incorrect. Wow could your customer service be any worse over what should have been a simple refund. Correction I should not have to be going through a refund process. Maybe in store is the way to shop with Home Depot but definitely not online.

Always happy to give these guys my money. Enjoyable people and always polite even when I’m having a bad day.

Organized, friendly employees, with the added bonus you can actually locate an employee to assist you! Employees are usually scarce at Home Depots, leaving customers to wander around frustrated or standing in one place waiting for too long a period for someone to assist your needs. I give great credit to this location!

The employee by the name of Deborah was probably the most disrespectful and unhelpful employee Ive ever run into at Home Depot. She was rude and walked away before the transaction was completed for an industrial customer. It certainly makes me think that the competition may be a better choice.

This store has some of the worse help you will ever see. Most are unfriendly and wont even acknowledge your presence. Lots of luck getting any help too. Must be the management because the Seguin store is entirely different.

Good quicky curbside pickup. However their curbside hours are not the same as the store and not posted anywhere. Fortunately we were just a few minutes shy if the 9 am curbside start time.

Ordered an appliance more than a month ago and they call me a day before delivery is supposed to happen and say they cant deliver it for three weeks. I know there are shortages but either dont schedule deliveries you cant do or give me more notice.

I like this Home Depot. I have yet to be disappointed. I always find what Im after, the staff is friendly, and self checkout is a breeze.

Im a Viet Nam Vet. At 74 years old, I dont have the strength I used to have. I needed 8 bags of salt which weigh about 40 lbs each. Issac loaded all my bags and thanked me for my service, i offered a tip for his service to me and he declined my offer. Is it just Texans who are so generous and kind? They usually have everything I need when I need it. The store employees aren’t always eager to offer help but you can’t expect much nowadays.Tool rental guys like Mark are friendly and informative though, even early in the morning.

Always clean and well organized. Excellent customer service with a Texas, Howdy we can help attitude. Items on HD app reflects stock inventory & is very accurate compared to Lowes in many areas within the Midwest.

Its shocking that it takes an hour and literally the entire squad of pros to use a forklift to load me up with cement.....if you are a contractor like me go to McCoys or somewhere else that actually know what they are doing

Deceptive advertising. Notifying the FTC. NOWHERE does this ad mention it does not come with a battery or charger as part of the special pricing. They only tell you this at the register. Its cheaper to buy a new one with all the standard equipment one would expect. Spoke to a manager and they Confirmed this one does not come with a battery and this is how Brian instructed them to sell this unit.

This store is allowing shoppers to walk freely through store not wearing masking, no assistance in door and window dept.

I called in had asked if they had specific items amd it took some looking due system saying they had it but it wasnt where it was supposed to be? So on the phone jokingly saying its like finding waldo! Lol well he found it, and had it ready bagged up and ready for me to pay and go. Son I was in and outs which made my trio that much easier and the went above amd beyond for what I needed. He was part of the pro department. Either way thank you.

Since when did Home Depot change its Veterans 10% Discount policy. For 10 plus years I have been showing my VA card and getting the discount. This morning Im informed at check out that I must be a disabled Vet to get the discount. You folks have me confused right now. Im calling Home Depot to find out about the policy change.

Always my go-to place to get supplies

The cashier in the garden center was very understanding when I explained that I had items from the opposite end of the store. She even knew the price without me showing her the picture I took of the item tag from the rack. Then, after I left, I realized Id left my cellphone in the shopping cart. She was still at the same register, remembered me and, after I explained, she handed me my phone!

Had a return today, bought the wrong part... quick and easy at the return counter. In and out in maybe 10 minutes...

Lots of flowers I found exactly what I wanted

I ordered a cabinet online and picked it up at the store.Went to service desk and showed my email. The clerk didnt say anything, just wrote down the number and walked away.He came back with a huge box on a cart and said here you go. My wife and I are seniors and we struggled to get it in our minivan.I believe the customer service was sub-par.

I am an HD person through and through. This stores customer service was awful. I asked 3 associates for help. They said they would find help. I didnt see them call anyone. After 5 minutes they laughed together and walked away. I had to ask another associate for assistance and she called someone immediately. Thank you to the last person to help...but I shouldnt have to go through 4 people to get help.

Spent about 4 hours here today. Dealt with Ron in tool rental who was very pleasant! Dealt with I think John in appliances, paint department and electrical. Folks were very helpful!!

I had a late in the day emergency with a DIY project. I went to the tool rental department and Tyler helped me. His service was exceptional and not only did he turn my emergency into a solvable situation, but in-store, he assisted me with resolving things. Tyler is a stellar representative for the HD store in New Braunfels and because of him, this location will continue to receive my business and now my recommendation based on Tylers actions.
