The lady working was very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome which is not typical in retail these days. The only reason I cant give a 5 star review is that we were unfortunately sold a charger that was not compatible with the controller we bought at the same time, but we were told it would.We had to go to a game stop closer to us to return it which was a minor inconvenience. Im sure it was an honest mistake and isnt isnt giving lower marks for an otherwise great customer service experience.

I pre-ordered a PS5 bundle from Gamestop in September and checked out with Quadpay. The biggest mistake of the year for me. I have been overcharged with Gamestop acknowledging that in email with a promise to fix it and yet that hasnt happened. Someones card information got mixed up with my email and I was constantly getting emails stating that my payment declined while Quadpay was simultaneously taking payments. Then a Gamestop worker without my permission created a second order and attached my card information so now Quadpay is charging me for a ghost order that has no product attached to it. When I first started contacting Gamestop they said Quadpay was to blame. Quadpay says Gamestop is to blame. They have taken out more money than I should have been expected to pay. And I still dont have all the products I paid for. I get hung up on repeatedly from Gamestop customer service. And trying to contact Quadpay is ridiculously hard. I went into two stores for help and that was a waste of my time. Lauren, the store leader of HTC gamestop was a terrible help and I do not recommend her problem solving/decision making skills. She tends to overstate her power of which she has none outside her store. I have spent many many hours trying to get this resolved and not one person from Gamestop has tried to contact me to fix this situation. That folks is a bad sign for the future of this company when nobody will take responsibility for the issues they have created. I placed an order with a valid payment method and they messed up everything from there. DO NOT shop here. Go somewhere and spend your money where the company appreciates your business and does not cause you undo stress for their mistakes.

Most GameStop stores are the same. Theres not much to set them apart. However, this location has the best staff. Not only are they nice, but they are knowledge and have done an excellent job recommending games to me over the years.

This location is the best GameStop Ive been to. The staff knows me and welcomes me every time I come in.Don has been the store manager since Ive been coming in 2009. He is so friendly and happy to talk about games and questions anytime. Josh is also great. He has saved advertising material for my kids because he knows what they like.Unfortunately not all GameStops are like this. If you have a choice, come to this one.

Look, Saffron is amazing, I came in to trade my switch for the v2 switch and she helped me transfer all my saved date from one to the other and was a hoot to talk to about a variety of games. If you are going to this store for anything, shes the one to ask for!

We have two Game Stop locations in Noblesville and both have great customer service. The staff always answers all my stupid dad questions without making me feel stupid and they are always very patient. When things dont work out with a used game, they are always happy to help us find something else. Could I spend less money at another chain? Maybe, but I believe you get what you pay for and Im happy to pay for good customer service. Thanks guys and keep up the good work!

Very awesome for people who have pre-orders during the pandemic where you obviously couldnt pick up the game, so upon reopening have it shipped to your store, just for it to be taken by someone else and have to re-order it for a chance at getting what you paid for again; I will never buy from here again.

While Ive heard horror stories about Game Stop, this one at least is great. Whenever we go in there is this one guy who recognizes us and greets us by name. They hardly ever try to wrap you up into memberships either. Hamilton Town Centers game stop may not be the biggest but they are the best Ive been to.

I find their games to be a bit pricey. We actually went to ask about our PS 3 they could not answer my questions. I did find a few clearance item that. Purchased. They did direct us to a a store who was able to assist us with our console.

Was greeted slightly rudely. I stated I was browsing, and was told by an employee that there were kids coming and that he would rather we not browse. I had planned to buy somthing, but this made me so uncomfortable that I had to leave. I dont know if he was being serious or sarcastic, but it seriously made my friend and I too uncomfortable to be there.I dont plan to return to the HTC location because I dont want to be put in that situation ever again.

My kids have somehow managed to rip the left joystick off of two different xbox one remotes. I went in to this gamestop to purchase a new controller to be hidden from my children. While I was in there the guy working told me that they would give me a minimum of $15 for my busted controllers. I explained what was wrong with them and he reinforced that it didnt matter I can get $15 on trade even if they dont work.So a few days later I ventured back out to this gamestop with on of my busted controllers. The same guy takes one look at it and says, I cant give you money for this, its too busted. I called out the fact he specifically told me he would take it, even though I had fully disclosed the issues, of course that didnt matter.Nonetheless I wasted a good hour of my life fighting through holiday mall traffic for a failed endeavor.Next time, Ill use Amazon. Screw that place, I hope they go out of business.
