I want to ensure the correct associate gets proper credit for the great customer service that was provided. I went in on Tuesday night November 2nd. The assistant manager, I believe her name was Amanda provided possibly the best service I have ever received. She spent a lot of time helping me get my new phone set up and my information transfered from my old phone. She took the time to explain everything in regular terms that I could understand. She was very helpful in making sure I understood everything. Highly recommend this location.

The guy working was very helpful even though I had questions about phones they dont even carry. Even spent his time helping me find alternatives. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because he only had one type of phone in stock in one color😅 Not really an issue and more of a me problem because of circumstances but overall very positive experience

Absolutely love tmobile. Best phone company Ive ever been with. Friendly, helpful workers who know what theyre talking about and always eager to help. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to switch phone companies or open their first plan

Friendly and fast service! Amanda was great, fixed my screen cover and was very detail oriented. The team here was also really helpful in sharing information about switching over from Sprint to T-Mobile. Highly recommend.

They were helpful and nice

Before we drove 10 miles to their store we called ahead to make sure they had the phone we wanted. They said they had it. When we got there we spent several minutes selecting accessories and backing up the old phone. Then they told us they were sold out of the phone we wanted. What a huge waste of our time.

Visited this store specifically due to the positive online reviews for stores in the area. Came to the store when no other customers were present, but the two specialists working did not seem interested at all in assisting me. They were shocked that I had not upgraded my phone from what I have now; and very tersely reinforced that they were more surprised that I didn’t know what I wanted as my next phone. One associate offered helpful information about 5G and upgrades. But, I would not recommend visiting.

I had a great experience at this store, I was trying to port from Sprint to T-mobile and with the recent merger between T-Mobile and Sprint it seemed like an impossible task, after going to another T-Mobile store and several long hours of chat with customer service .It seemed like it is not going anywhere . As a last resort I went to this store to try my luck, If i remember correctly Amanda was the person who helped me make this transition .I really admire the technical capabilities of Amanda along with tons of patience to get thisissue resolved . Thank you !!

Everytime I go here I have issues. This time I went to upgrade my phone using jump on demand and the associate put it in for delayed trade in. Said I would get a email and then confirmed with manager and she said yes. I never received email and contact led customer service and they stated that I had to go back to store and turn it in.I went back to same store and the Manager was clueless. I even showed her a screenshot of the message I got from customer service. She tried denying that she even helped me with the associate. It is not the first time Ive had issues here so I will never go back. I ended up going to the 146 and Hazel Dell rd and they said that no delayed trade in was on my account but the helped me out.

Always get a very good customer service either I came or just call. Today I spoke to Amanda and she was very friendly. Thank you.

Staff didnt know the current promotions/offers and were disrespectful over the phone.

The bigger guy in there with the brown hair is awful. He was the only one working when we went and waited almost 45 mins just for him to give us super poor service. Was told he would remove a feature from our account only to find out he never did it. He wouldnt sell me a new phone and told me to go online and do it. Went to the 96th st T-Mobile and they didnt everything this guy wouldnt without any issues.
