The guy that took care of us did an amazing job. He was very helpful and set up both phones. He even took a complaint about Daniel at the Anderson Cricket store and said he would let his manager know. Cause Daniel needs fired.Thank you very much.

I am still trying to get help frm Cricket. Its been almost 4 months now. My phone is still droppings calls and my family cant txt or call me. I live in a nursing hm. This problem happens every two weeks. Help

Best Store NOW!!!!! I have been with Cricket for years!!!! I love their service! The people in the store is defiantly friendly and informative! I have been in there a lot trying to make a decision on what phone I want to get. I have worked with all four staff members in the store at some point in the last month.I did have a slight problem picking a phone and made many trips into the store to upgrade. After I decided between 2 phones (the LG X Charge or the Samsung Halo) there was a problem with both not being in stock right after Christmas, the lady in the store let me know that it was due to the holiday sale and they would be getting them in within a week or two. She took down my name and number.She called just the other day telling me that they just got a big order of phones had just come in. I hurried down to get my NEW phone!!!!I got the LG X Charge and I love it! Its battery lasted almost a full 2 days and Im just about always on my phone. The sales lady set me up with a nice case that came with a screen protector. I wanted a tempered glass but she told me those will be in in roughly a week as well. She insured me that she still had my number and would call me as soon as those come in. At least the case comes with a screen protector to prevent the scratches until the tempered glass comes in.

Cricket is a great provider at a very competitive price, HOWEVER STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. The sales rep talked me into the phone that she has (which is fine; its a good phone) but I waited until after Christmas to buy for financial reasons.I walked in just a few days ago and asked for the same phone from the same rep, and at the same time that she did not remember me, she was also quick to tell me that they were out of stock, but would not provide me any details for when they would be back in stock. When asked when/if they were getting more, she (as if she was not getting paid on commission) told me Im not sure. and left it. she did not provide me any more details or offer me any other phone. i left.I called again today and asked the same thing, and it must have been the same person, because I got the same response, Im not sure... i waited for a few would seconds for her to follow up with ANYTHING, but she did not seem interested in me or my sale.Again, I am very loyal to Cricket, and even though the store is 5 minutes from my house, due to poor customer service and a seemingly overall visible apathy, I would advise anyone that it is worth the drive to go to a different store. There is one in both Anderson and Indianapolis, about a 20-minute drive from this location as well as a very helpful kiosk inside Castleton Mall.

I had a great experience at the Noblesville cricket store. Emily and Justin made it a smooth transition from my other carrier plus they answered all my questions and were very nice and helpful through the process. Im happy with my decision to switch to cricket. I would highly recommend it. Thanks again for everything.

Manager is awesome. I keep going back due to the customer service. Started with 1 phone line from a Verizon switch. Now have 2 plans and use them for my data as well. 44 gigs? Beat that Telecom Giants.

Yesterday Asher helped me set up my replacement iPhone, going out of her way to assist me when Apple Support would not. I am so grateful to her and to the management at this particular store. Even though there are Cricket stores closer to my home, I will always make the drive to Noblesville because the customer service is worth it. Thanks again!!!

We love Cricket. We have been with them for about 4 years now.

The store attendant was having a hard time getting the tech people on phone to solve problem of people before us, so the wait was long.

Do not shop here! The staff does their best, but they are not empowered by management to take care of their customers.

Went into store with a phone I had purchased. For some reason the guy working the store removed the nano sim card but put the adapter back in with no sim. Then when he tried to get the adapter out and put in a new sim card he broke the phone. Tried to talk with the store manager but he was very rude and refused to help. The store manager said he would have his district manager call but two weeks later still have not heard anything. Cricket is good just stay away from the store in Noblesville Indiana.
