Luke is hands down the most helpful guy in any AT&T store I’ve been in. I went into his store for a problem I had at a non corporate AT&T store. I could not get anyone to help me with a problem involving an upgrade back in March. Luke was more helpful than anyone I tried to get to help me anywhere else. He solved my issue effortlessly and efficiently and figured out exactly what happened. Hands down the best AT&T experience I have had and he treated me so nicely. I appreciated that so much. This is my “go to” store! I travel a lot for work. I have had to make stops in other stores over the years and truly have never felt the same genuine care for my needs as a customer as I do when I’m in your store. Your Sales Rep Vanessa has also become my “go to” girl. She has a way of breaking down the cost of services that have really shown me the value of what I’m getting. I’m a person that appreciates someone being real with me and not treating me like just another person walking into the store. She’s always been quick without making me feel rushed. And she always remembers my name! That’s huge to me. Keep up the great work!
Went to this store after my home store was out of stock on the new iPhone SE. while in the Anderson location I saw a deal too good to pass up. But seeing they were out, I stopped in on my way home. At first I was disappointed it seemed like the promotion wasn’t going on there and was leaving. As I was on my way out Nate looked into the issue and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to follow me and let me know that they would be able to honor it. The transaction was quick and easy and I left satisfied and with a new phone in less than 15 minutes. Great Job Nate! :-)
Busy but very efficient. Tyler helped me and his knowledge base was wide and thorough. He went out of his way to make sure I made the best decision with various needs. I have been an At&t customer for 10+ years and people like Tyler keep me a customer even when others from At&t (like calling the main At&t support are so unhelpful.) Went to the corporate store for and met with Vanessa. She was fast, efficient, and happy help very polite. I really wanted fiber, but found out it was not available in my area. Because of the need for something higher than 300 maps, we will have to wait. However, because of the service I received her help with trade in, I will happily come back and see Vanessa for fiber, once it is available.

Called - whoever answered was rude. My husband went to pay on the bill at 7:50 pm - doors were locked and they don’t close until 8 pm - the employee looked and waved at him. Not going back. 2nd disappointing experience with them sadly.

Let me tell you about my guy Bronson at the Att store in noblesville. This guy is amazing, he goes out of his way to make sure my business needs are completely taken care of. There is never a hesitation or a no when it comes to this store! They just get it done no question! Thank you Bronson and Att for the amazing service!
Someone I know posted on face book about the mis treatment they experienced from a man named Nate. He was rushing their process and being very disrespectful. The day after me and my mom went in to trade my phone out and we got Nate. From the beginning he was awful, he had a tone and was being disrespectful. He was very impatient and kept rushing me. He would stare down other customers and i felt very uncomfortable from his behavior. The worst part is his mask. He wears his mask below his nose. We are going through a pandemic and for him to not wear his mask correctly can put many others around him at risk. Several people walk in and out of that AT&T store and for him to not follow their protocol on masks is immature and un acceptable. I’m very disappointed that none of the other workers corrected him on his mask. Many things need to be changed. That attitude is un acceptable, I hope to get another worker next time I go.

I could not recommend this store less. The sales person did not give my husband all the details of the promotion he was getting, specifically in regards to the trade in device. So now we are stuck paying more than double for the new phone he got. An extra $1000 dollars!!!!! We asked to speak with the franchise owner, who was supposed to call us, no call yet. We were totally taken, don’t make the same mistake. Go to a corporate att store!
Terrible service and manager was rude. I have tried for 7 months for my bill to be correct.
Wow, I mean how terrible can a corporate store really be! GREG is an absolute waste and no help at all. I ordered a new phone and it came in tampered. When I went to ask for assistance on an exchange after confirming with a corporate rep, he simply refused to help in any way and kept saying, “I can’t do anything”, when in fact he could’ve helped order an exchange and get it safely shipped to the store if he didn’t have any in stock. Instead, he kept on a “paycheck” attitude and lazily refused to help.
We went to the store to swap a phone line to a different phone plan. The employee (who didn’t seem to have a clue what he was doing) swapped the wrong phone number to the new phone plan. Rather than just apologize and correct their mistake, they held that phone line hostage on the new, incorrect phone plan until we paid our full account balance (which we asked them in the beginning if anything would need to be paid for the transfers and they said no). $600 and nearly 2 hours later and the incorrect line was moved back, the correct line was finely moved. Absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous for just a simple phone line transfer. They don’t take accountability for their own actions and mistakes.
Vanessa Cretsinger gave us excellent service. Saved us a lot of money on getting our phones fixed. She was nice, helpful and wonderful to work with and made the whole experience of going into the store great!
I would say this it’s by far the best location for At&T, fixed my issues quick and no pain!!

Team member was very helpful during what was a difficult time. I had to remove my moms line from my plan because she passed away. Not only was the team members helpful and offered her condolences. She went above and beyond by looking at my plan and helping me to find a better plan for my family that helped me save some money.

Phone problems left me unable to perform any tasks I had planned for the day. Greg was very helpful and patient in not only helping me get a replacement, but transferring all my data over. When I thought it would take an hour to transfer, I went next door to get some work done on my laptop. Greg boxed up my phone and brought it over to me. Exceptional service should be recognized, and Greg went above and beyond.
The two men at the store who helped me today get a crazy upgrade sorted were amazing. Thank you Bronson & John( pretty sure this was his name!) We have been dealing with a crazy computer glitch after an upgrade order was cancelled back in November.I had called customer service twice and they just kept telling me to wait. Well almost a month and a half later, I was still not able to upgrade our phone and we really needed to due to our old phone slowly failing.Right away Bronson knew what was causing the issue and started to get it sorted, with the team effort from John they made a dreaded processes a great happy one!And they pointed out a current internet deal which gave us far better internet for the same price!Thanks so much!!

After several decades of patronizing AT&T via landline and eventually only cellphones, even with all the nearly intolerable problems that arose with them, their recent bait and switch scheme of cellphone upgrades finished it permanently. We got the same bait and switch scheme at two different stores, cut all ties to AT&T and went with Verizon cellular. I suggest you do the same.

Was able to get in and out fairly quick for the most part but I think thats mainly cause I came at a decent time when there wasnt too many people there yet. Never really a fan of the barrage of adds that are always offered (ie tv, home security, tablets, etc.) but I understand the retail business model enough to not really blame that one store for it. Overall, got what I needed and got home.

My wife purchased a Samsung Galaxy 8 on Sat. June 10th, noticed a horizontal line flickering on screen the very next day. Was able to finally get into store today 6/13 and was charged $45 restocking fee to replace phone. Im in shock... what a joke!!!

My review is relating to the company AT&T as a whole, not specifically to this Indiana store. I have had AT&T for 7 years now and I grow more and more dissatisfied. I have received good customer service, but I have an issue with their services and procedures. The HTC store has always provided me with great service, but they are at a serious disadvantage because AT&T services and procedures are a difficult sell to customers!!!! I am the primary number on an account with each of my sons having a line (2). Seven years back I shopped around to determine which provider would be best for my family, and that choice was AT&T. I STILL PAID ALMOST 120.00 WITH UNLIMITED TEXT, UNLIMITED VOICE, AND 300mb DATA. Since this time my bill has gone up and up progressively over time. I saw it go $$$$ up, fees here, fees there, fees that I had no idea what they were for. Some fees just showed up on my bill. These fees are all non-text, voice, data related items. I still dont know why there are so many darn miscellaneous fees on my bill????? Over time to lover my bill I would eliminate data, other services, but my bill would go up in one area because I lowered the cost for another service. NO MATTER WHAT I WOULD DO MY BILL KEPT GOING UP. NOW I PAY ALMOST 180.00/ MONTH, IF I DONT HAVE OVERAGES, SO IT COULD BE MORE THAN THIS AMOUNT. I am very frustrated with this company!! Ive talked to friends family and co-workers and have concluded that all the major companies are exactly the same with hidden fees i.e, activation, upgrades, taxes for every reason under the sun, service fees for everything. I am not sure what the answer is for the average consumer. The fact is that this is a matter of supply and demand and the major cell providers have more leverage than consumers. I need a plan with unlimited talk, text and approx. 5mb data with 3 smartphones lines for less than $140.00/month. Anybody out here have any good ideas????? ***SORRY ABOUT MY RANT***
