Very honest establishment, my phone wasn’t charging. They checked it out and cleaned the insert and tested it out. Was working perfect. I was prepared to pay $69 to have the charging bank replaced but they fixed it and would not except a payment. Highly recommended!

Went in on a Friday afternoon and understandably they couldnt get my phone done that night. They told me if I brought the phone in at 10 am it could be done by 2 pm. I dropped my phone off at 10am sharp and they said the diagnostic would be done within 2 hours. I called at 1pm and it sounded like the diagnostic hadnt even been competed and my phone was definitely not going to be done in time as I had to go out of town at 4pm. I had to leave my phone over night and pick it up Sunday morning. I wish I had known up front that it was going to have to stay longer than planned and I would have been fine.My phone was back in working condition and they did a great job. Adam was super friendly and knowledgeable. I would come back to this location for my future Pixel 3a repairs.

I broke the screen on my Galaxy Note 9 a very long time ago. Even though I just got a new Galaxy Fold, I still needy note 9 for other reasons (no head phone jack, work apps that i dont want to move for security reasons).I called Unbreakifix and they had a screen in stock. I dropped the phone off and they had it fixed in little over an hour. Everything works beautifully. They even got my broken s-pen out. Great job guys. I definitely recommend their services.

Brought in an iPad that the headphone jack broke inside of. They took it back and had it out in a couple minutes and didnt charge me for it. Any other place could have milked $50 out of me (and i may have paid it). They have earned my trust and future business.

Great place! I took my Samsung phone and my HP laptop started having issues. They werent able to fix my issue but since I was under warranty for both products I could get it checked out from that specific company. I wasnt charged a thing due to their policy. Their rep at the Noblesville location was great, honest and helpful with information.

My work computer screen was flashing on and off this morning and the image was really distorted so I took it into this location and the guys were extremely helpful immediately. About five hours later they called me back and said my computer is fixed, I went to pick it up at the store and Zach and Adam were incredibly helpful. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend working with the guys at this location, they are great!

Adam gave me the absolute worst possible experience I could have received. Terrible customer service. UBREAKIFIX? More like UBREAKWEBREAKMORE. I will never come back nor recommend my friends or family to return. He was supposed to text me when my device was finished. 7 hours later I call the store he claims the message didn’t go through because the system doesn’t like me. What kind of lowsy excuse is that? I specifically told the guy I needed it for work and this was a time sensitive situation. I come pick my device up and get in my car. I start to play with the screen and IT DOESNT EVEN WORK! I come back in he said it worked this morning when he sealed it. BS. Just like the system forgot to message me my device was complete. I asked for a refund and he said he had to take the screen off that didn’t even work and put my shattered one back on. Complete embarrassment they hire these kind of people in noblesville. You’d think this was the east side of Indianapolis. If Adam is working, literally go to another store.

I broke my phone’s screen today so I filed an insurance claim and called uBreak to see if they could fit in the fix tonight; talked to Adam who was really polite and professional. He explained what I needed to do before he could do the repair and explained why he needed those steps done. My phone was done in about an hour and it looks great. Came in because of a charger and battery issue on a work computer. None of the major stores had the charger because it’s an older Lenovo and universal chargers won’t fit. I’m in the medical field and I can’t let them take it back so they brought the charger up and let me call my tech people and even talked to them. They were so amazing and helpful!

My insurance provider for the phone told me the fix should take 2 hours. I called this store to be sure and asked how long their wait was that day. It was a Sunday, and I wanted to be sure I could plan if I needed to drop off the phone. The person that picked up was not so friendly and asked why model phone I had. After I said Pixel 4XL, he told me that the phone takes 4 to 6 hours to fix a broken screen and that my insurance provider is always wrong in their timing assumptions. Since the store would close in five hours, he told me to come in another day, so I had to cancel. Since he was not the nicest person I ever spoke with, I called the other uBreakiFix on 82nd street, and they assured me over the phone my Pixel 4XL would take 2 hours to fix a broken screen. The UBreakiFix on 82nd ended up fixing the phone in 1.5 hours. I was not sure why this person did not want me on that day, but its terrible customer service lying to the customer.

I have 4 cellphones to play Pokemon Go and battery life is really important. The oldest phone needed the battery replaced and I know uBreakiFix was an official Google repair spot.I brought it in at 1p and was greeted by a very professional and knowledgeable guy (bearded and I believe glasses). I was told they didnt have the battery in stock but they would overnight it from their factory. By the next afternoon I had received a text that my phone was ready to be picked up. The pickup process was painless. I thought the price was extremely fair.I highly recommend bringing your devices here to get repaired!Edit: My Pixel 4xl was experiencing a battery issue which Google gave me the option of having repaired here. Due to my previous good experience, I chose this option.I brought the phone in first thing when they opened at 10am and had it back by 130pm! Everything works great now and Ill definitely be back in the future.

This place is awesome. Their work is always A+. Watch out for asurion though! Theyll tell you your brand new phone screen isnt available and steer you towards a $250 refurb. Instead of a $29 screen swap. Glad I called here first.

I asked them to replace the battery in my iPhone 6s since it was overheating. They did, and not even 3 minutes later it started overheating again. They asked to hold on to it for a while to diagnose the problem. I came back an hour later, and they admitted they didnt know what was going on; basically saying it wasnt worth trying to fix due to the age and cost of repair. On top of that, they refunded my money since the fix didnt get my phone in working order.Most other repair places would have given me the run around and charged me a fortune to fix my issue. These guys didnt. They were honest and fair, which is hard to find these days. If I ever need any electronic device fixed in the future, I know where Im going, its here to these wonderful people who dont BS me and dont talk down to me.

Went to this store because the Samsung site said they were partnered with this store and the display on my galaxy note 10+ had dead pixels on the edge of the screen. The guy at the counter took a 2 second glance at the screen and stated that I would not be covered under warranty. I called Samsung to see if this was covered and they indeed said that it was covered and proceeded to take me through the manufacturer repair process. Do not waste your time driving to this store for them to tell you your warranty isnt covered just call Samsung directly. Hope this information is helpful to those looking to get repairs.

Great service fixed phone same day

They have good prices and great customer service, but somehow cant figure out over the phone what battery my Mac needs. Ive provided the exact model number of my device, and still they insist I bring my computer in just so they can see what battery I need. Living an hour away makes this frustrating. Im not a computer expert, but this seems unreasonable and unprofessional.

Spent hours trying to get a stripped screw out of my laptop. Hunter and Adam had it out in minutes, and they didnt even charge me! Very satisfied.

I really like this company but this particular store doesnt measure up to the quality of work that this company is known. My phone wasnt fixed properly and they refused to correct it. I had to call corporate and take my phone to another store in Indianapolis to get the phone fixed correctly. Which the corporate authorized at no cost to me.The staff flat out said we arent fixing it. I dont think this company deserves a negative feed back for one bad store so I will continue to speak highly of them. But do not take your phone to this particular store.

These boys know their soldering! After reeling in despair about how Id fix my (very) small business $7,000 printers circuit board that had a bad fuse, I brought a handful of new fuses to uBreakiFix in Noblesville and had them surface mount solder the new fuses (and remove them). After two new fuses, my commercial printer is back to full operations and actually works better than it did with the faulty fuse. This place is a great asset for professionals and personal devices alike, Ill continue using them for my tech repair needs.

My experience was awful I recently visited the store 01/29/19 with my 2 kids and the gentleman at the store named Matt was extremely rude and was cursing in front of my 2 kids I asked him to refrain from using such language in front of my kids and he got angry and threaten to call the police. Wow what great customer service I will never go here again. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone else either.

I would give these guys higher than a 5 star rating if I could. Upfront with the cost of the repair, plus they will price match anyone in the area! They fixed my daughters broken IPAD in 2 HOURS! I will definitely use them in the future!!

Great customer service. I had come in because my sound was permanently muted and so Adam took it back and I had it done by Monday. I picked it up and the sound wasn’t working so I brought it in again and told them that it wasn’t working, so someone else took it back and I just picked it up today and it was working until I got home. I tried the key strokes and they weren’t working either. I’m frustrated because I need this computer for college and they say it’s fixed but it’s not.

Nice place and friendly people however they wasted my time. I went in with a computer that needed board level work and they told me that theyd look at it. Went back three days later and they gave it back to me and said they dont even do board level work there. What? Whyd they take it in the first place then? I told them from the beginning it needed board level work.

Went in to have my phones screen replaced because I had a small crack in it. I Have insurance on it and they replaced the screen, but now the screen is completely unresponsive. They told me that there wasn’t anything they could since the work order was completed and that I had to contact the insurance company. Luckily the insurance company is going to send me a new phone. Bottom line, I went in for a small repair and came out with my phone in worse shape than when I went in and they would not take responsibility for the mistake.

These guys are miracle workers! I ran over my S9+ with my car in a gravel driveway, I thought for sure it was done for. Brought it here and 2 hours later my phone is like new again!

Phenomenal service. Adam Whitlow was personable and answered any questions I had. It was also finished a half hour before the quoted time, so hats off to the staff. Highly recommend if you have a broken screen and want it fixed quickly. The cost was a tad high, but only because everything is proprietary from Samsung.

This is ridiculous! This place seems like a hoax. I had my daughters screen replaced for her iPad and got the warranty. Within a week the new screen cracked on its own, I called to use the warranty and they said it wasn’t covered??!? What was the warranty for if I’m not to cover the screen. So I compromise and have hem replace it again and here I am 2 weeks later and it’s cracked again. I have a warranty but it’s.m not good for anything. My belief is that they use less than quality flawed screens. My other two children have iPads and their screens have never cracked not once and they are tough on their iPads. Again the materials must be knock offs and they get you coming back in over and over to fix the same problem, offer a warranty that doesn’t cover anything. It’s a hoax.!!

My Samsung Galaxy s6 edge screen gave out on me. I took my phone in to go see these guys. Best decision ever!Theyre so patient, and know exactly what they are talking about. They dont string you along. They tell you exactly how long it will take to fix the issue. They have a lot of experience and it shows in their workmanship and diagnosing the issueId recommend this location any day!

Awsome experience: They fixed my Pixel 2 xl in about 2-1/2hrs. It had been ran over by a car, good as new now. Wasnt cheap, but then again a new phone isnt either. Recommend checking them out.

TL:DR Terrible customer service, botched the repair. Avoid this store at all costs and go to the keystone one. Its worth the drive.Took my phone in to get a new glass screen. Was told it could be easily done within a few hours and left. Coming back, I was told that they, could not get the phone to pass the Samsung waterproof test and that they legally not give me the phone repaired due to this fact. The keystone store, whom repaired it previously had no issues with this test. They informed me the phone was now not waterproof and Samsung would not touch the phone, and my only option was to go to their competitor. So I left and called the keystone store, who said they would keep the phone till it did pass the test. I was on my way to drop the phone at the keystone location (who had previously worked on the same phone and had no issues repairing it as well as returning me the phone completely in factory condition), and the back glass completely came off. So they completely botched the repair and handed me a more broken phone. Even further, the back glass was completely scratched up and was now not in, like new condition.Livid, I called their corporate line, and filed a complaint. The tech on the phone was very confused as the tech notes stated, The phone is in like new condition and the interior is perfect. Which begs the question on why they could not repair the phone. I was referred to their resolutions team and after a few days of bickering, I was told to return to the Noblesville store, where they would (as per the resolutions teams words, HAPPILY, replace the back glass free of charge and replace the phones front glass.Returning to the store, the tech greeted me and stated, We guarantee nothing, the same thing can happen as last time, and when I referred to the broken glass tried to attempt to not understand what I was talking about and played stupid about not seeing the very deep and visible scratches.Somehow, either through Gods prayer or sheer luck, they repaired the phone. No sorry about the back glass, no sorry about their terrible customer service, no explanation on how they were able to repair it after I complained to corporate. I imagine the corporate call was the only reason they decided to properly repair my phone.Edit: Also I forgot. They charge you for the amount it takes to replace the factory AMOLED screen when they replace it with an LCD, even though theyre partnered with Samsung and state they use OEM parts.

I had brought my work phone in after I broke the cable ribbon to the home button on a Iphone 6 plus. I was trying to replace the glass screen myself ( that I had also busted myself) and I messed up the connections to the new screen, so when I took the phone apart again I accidentally ripped the cable. I gave up at this point and brought it to the store. Adam was the one who helped me and got everything put back together for me in working order, including the new screen I bought online. Only problem was that they didnt have a new home buttons in stock. That was no problem, fortunately Adam activated the on-screen home button for me to use so I would have full functionality of the phone back, and he said if they get more home buttons in stock he would give me a call. After all this, Adam didnt charge me one penny for everything he did. Awesome service! That phone was very important for my job and I got it back the same day with it working again.Thanks Adam!

These guys/gals were awesome. I brought in my sons Nintendo 3DS to see if they could repair a stuck shoulder button. I feared my son had dropped it or spilled something inside. Indeed that was the case. These guys had it knocked out in a few hours and it worked great again. I understand it was kind of out of their wheelhouse working on cell phones usually, but I was very impressed and I couldnt beat the price. I feared that his $300 DS was destroyed. After stopping by here, it was like new again, and I couldnt beat the price. Thanks again.
