My wife and I went in for new phones and Demtrius answered all of our questions and got us set up on a new plan that wasn’t much more than we are paying now. Very easy going experience and we didn’t feel any pressure to buy. Highly recommend.

Great service every time we have been here. Molly helped us today get Tiles and it went quite smoothly. We even got them for less than on the tag, were helped very kindly despite not having a Verizon plan, and are very satisfied with the product. Always come here for any phone (Samsung or Apple) needs! Worth the prices for sure to take care of your precious technology.

On the afternoon of a rainy May 17, I stopped in the Hamilton Town Centre store to get some help with my brand new iPhone 11. Demetrius was able to do what the associate at the Apple Store could not. He was able to make the information from my old iPhone 6s plus transfer to the new phone in about 30 minutes. Two things the Apple associate told me were: 1. I needed a four or five digit code from Verizon to access my phone and 2. The current simm card in my old phone would not work in my new phone. Well, neither Demetrius nor I knew of any four or five digit code provided by Verizon, and Demetrius was very sure the old simm card would work. He made the switch of simm cards quickly and the transfer of info progressed smoothly. Not only did Demetrius get the new phone up and running, he tested it to make sure it would send and receive calls. I am more than pleased with the assistance I received at this particular Verizon store. It was beyond anything that I would have expected. Thank you, Demetrius, for be a truly customer centered part of the Verizon family.

Verizon has proven to be as big a disaster and consumer beware, black hole trap as AT&T was, which was why we switched to Verizon two years ago. My Google Pixel 3 XL began to swell like an early pregnancy a week or so ago due to a defective battery and finally the factory case began to swell until the case split on one side. Internet search revealed numerous similar events with lucky owners with reputable vendors replaced the defective cellphones under warranty and extended warranty, swapping out on site.The Noblesville Indiana Verizon on State Road 37 & 32 refused to do anything, claiming they are a third party source.We went to the Hamilton Towne Center also refused to replace the defective battery or phone, and referred us to You Break We Fix for warranty battery replacement. It is apparent that customers are valued ONLY when opening a NEW account when purchasing very expensive cellphones and contracts and after that you are on your own, even with warranty and extended warranty they will do nothing but refer you to outside repair sources. We have experienced that now with both AT&T and Verizon. Buyer beware !!!

Had to put 1 star but would have given 0 stars. Told them what I was looking for and was told it was a 30 minute wait, no problem there. Waited for 47 minutes they didnt check the stock ahead of time or keep track of what everyone was looking for. They only had 1 customer in the store the whole time until they took in a customer that hadnt checked in and then they texted me to come in. Then they had a person go check the back; he came back 5 seconds later and just stood there and didnt say anything. The other guy asked if they had the item and the guy replied no. Wouldnt recommend this store at all.

I went to this store I was told if I trade my current iPhone 11 You’ll get 12 on us with 24 months. 1800 Verizon told me my trade in not in the system plus I’m paying $34 a month for the phone now.

Very rude employees. What is the point of having a walk-in store when the employees inside wont even help? Waited outside for almost five minutes in freezing wind(sign outside says to wait) finally was brought it where there were 3 employees and no customers? I showed them my completely broken phone and asked what I need to do to get a new one that day. They gave me the insurance number and said for me to call. I told them I wasnt sure about insurance so they gave me a a piece of paper with instructions and said to have them ship it to their location and then told me leave.. big waste of time

I’m really torn about this review because the staff inside were incredibly nice, but it was also the beginning of my terrible online experience because we were directed to order online and that we can stop by in several hours to pick up my cool new phone. We were told that they do in fact have various iPhones in store (but we’re still given a paper with some instructions and escorted to the exits.) If I’m a paying customer and you advertise a product is in store; that store should then be obligated to sell me the phone I wanted as an upgrade. Makes no sense.So, now I am currently trying to understand why my VZ Wireless upgrade - that was sent “guaranteed” 2Day Delivery via FedEx - STILL hasn’t been delivered after 5 days. See pic below: And I haven’t been given any answers as to why my package was labeled not due for delivery?? Absolutely, 100%, no doubts, the worst customer service I have ever experienced as a 10-year Verizon customer. Seriously considering leaving VZW. The most pathetic thing is that my upgrade is being shipped from a FedEx/VZW facility that is maybe 10-12miles from my house. I called VZW and FedEx ~ 15x begging them to let me pick it up in person - NOPE 👎. Asked if I could cancel my upgrade and just process a new order - NOPE 👎. I pray that future lawsuits and regulations can prevent this much corporate stupidity, but it’ll probably just make it worse. So for future reference, during the online ordering process don’t let VZW ship you a phone; please save yourself the headache and only accept/demand an in store pickup. It’s best to call the VZW sales department to place your order because the online store doesn’t care about your preferences. 😤🤬🤬🤬 Struggling hard here. Regardless of how you feel about Verizon Wireless, this location has a great crew. I have been managing my plan / devices at this location since it opened. The staff has always been very helpful and they tend to have stock of the items I am looking from. The main thing to remember is to sign in as soon as you get there. That is the best way to make sure you get service in a timely fashion.

This is a great store. The lady who helped me, Eva, was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She took care of all the stuff I needed to do without any hassles or hoops to jump through. It is worth a drive to this location even if you arent nearby. Even the other employees who were not helping me were friendly and personable. Highly recommended and the best Verizon store experience Ive had.

Had an employee tell me that I couldnt use an unlocked phone on my plan, tried to say it was a hardware issue and that I should buy directly from them rather than online. Went into another location and got my unlocked phone hooked up right away, no problems at all. Thanks for trying to scam me out of hundreds of dollars.

I would recommend this store to anyone with Verizon, the staff are always nice and helpful. This is also a corporate store so they can do things with your account that many retailers cannot which is an advantage. Dont waste time at other stores, just swing by here.

Sometimes it’s better to have an expert do it then rely on my brain which happens to have a TBI. Had to ask for my lady sales person to do it for me several times but in the end thankfully did it for me. Not to mention I’m going from a lifetime of Android to Apple.

My experience with this location has been hit and miss as I have been there many times. They seem to be more interested in getting sales than actually helping you. If you go in there to buy something, they will be charming, helpful and up sell you left and right. If you go in to try and get something fixed, they really dont seem to be caring or knowledgeable on the phone policies. I understand they are in sales positions, but it would be nice if I felt like they were really trying to help me as opposed to product push. On multiple occasions I have left this store feeling tricked.

Great store and service. Went there to move my parents and I over from T-MOBILE. Had a sales person by name of William. He was AWESOME!!! William took his time to explain everything and how each phone/charge/etc would be handled. He also recommended products (a internet web camera) but did not try to hard sell them. The product was recommended because of my parents health. I believe that William wanted to make sure my family was taken care of, and from a verizon point, we are. Cell service is great where T-MOBILE failed countless times.Thanks William! We appreciate your service and help.

I went to the store yesterday to be taken off my moms service and to start my own account as well as to get a new phone. Every thing went smoothly except for when I tried to use the phone and get connected to iCloud we realized that it wasnt able to access data. Something to do with a system glitch when the took me off my moms service it didnt remove the data restrictions. It was unfortunate and they couldnt fix it, we waited for a good hour or so trying to get the issue solved with no success. The representatives that were working on it were great considering. Very helpful. One of them (I think her name was Heather but dont quote me on that) cared enough to called me this morning to make sure tech support was able to fix everything, which they did everything is great now.Customer service at this store was surprisingly outstanding.

This store seems to be more worried about making a sale than addressing/fixing your issue. They immediately dismissed my issue and tried to sell me a new phone. Come to find out -- after spending hours on PHONE with Verizon -- it was a very simple issue that should have been addressed WHEN I WAS IN THE STORE. I wasted hours of time, gas, and energy all to end up on the PHONE with Verizon...

Dont believe the fake reviews, I just left the store and it was a sad experience. The manager was relatively clueless on the new Droid Turbo, and the sales associate didnt seem to be competent on the contractual agreements. They lost two easy sales today. I would avoid this company store like an authorized retailer. Worth about as much!

Worst customer service . went their to switch to Verizon . The representative that was helping me was new, he was nice but was having a hard time with number portability . The rest of staff instead of helping him just kept talking to each other and 2 of them were enjoying game of thrones to kill their time till 9 pm when the store closes . Spend close to an hour and then later when i reached home, have to call Verizon myself to port the number . Wound never recommend this store to anyone .

DAMON, THE GM, AND MOLLY, THE AM, ARE LESS THAN EDUCATED!!!!IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A BARREL OF BUFFOONS, YOU HAVE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!Upon entering this location, I was never greeted. My reason for going there was to purchase a new phone for my grandmother, as her galaxy phone was not working. I asked the GM Damon, to transpose my grandmothers old sim card to a new nano sim card. He went to the back and returned with the nano sim card. He then gave the task to his less than brilliant assistant manager, Molly, who had zero inclination on how to carry out the task. As I was trying to explain to her how to get the transfer accomplished, Damon was on the phone on a call, probably ordering a pizza from Papa Johns, with extra cheese.He then returned to Molly and Is conversation after his phone call in an effort to aide Molly with the task. Ultimately, they were of absolute NO HELP, NO SERVICE, NO COMPETENCY.I have a business account with verizon and pay $800 each month. After this experience, with the HEALTHY bunch at the verizon noblesville store, I can say with absolute certainty that I willbe canceling the account with verizon and switch to AT&T at the end of the contract.I am disgusted with Verizon. With this level of service, their decline is surely eminent.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, AND NEVER SPEAK WITH ANY STAFF MEMBER AT THIS LOCATION. IF YOU DO, YOU WILL WITNESS THE DISPARITY BETWEEN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CIRCUS.

Bought a new samsung s6 on July 20th by august the 2nd it went haywire called the 800 number did the resets nothing worked was told to go into the store and replace it. Well my next day off was past the 14 days so when I went in they told me I had to stay with my s6 and that was ok but they wouldnt give me another s7 however they told me I could return it within 14 days pay $35 restore fee and select another phone but they would not let me do that even though my phone went bad within 14 days needless to say I feel like they took advantage of me so Id be cautious about buying from this store
